The managers seem nice, but it's obvious no one cares about the maintenance of the grounds. I would never allow my dog to enter the pet park -- full of weeds and old poop. The restrooms are decent -- roomy and pretty clean. But there are weeds everywhere -- including the manager's yard. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very friendly owners were great. They are very accommodating and will try their best to make you happy. Like camping in woods, don't expect groom grass or paved sites. Nice laundry facilities. Close to West Glacier entrance and activities. Would stay again. Thanks so much! We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit Glacier Park, bike ride, river rafting and lakes galore. We SUP the middle fork flathead river and Lake McDonald. We took fly fishing with Glacier Outdoors and than practiced all week in the park, fishing free in the park no license needed. Have fun! Check out Glacier Distillery and Backslope Brewery, have the fried chicken sandwich.

The owners of the park were very nice and helpful. Our site was right next to the dog park and I can verify that people don't pick up after their dogs. The reason I gave this park low ratings is the noise from the trains. They run all night, as many as 13 per night. They blow the whistle as they cross over the street behind the camp sites. They sound like they are going right through the camp ground. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Pull through sites offering only W/E. Good electric and good quality water. They have some tent sites; playground; wifi; no cable, but there is a repeater on the mountain top to get antenna stations. No rec hall or other amenities. They have a dump station and offer a honey wagon for $10.

Dog park needed to be mowed and some of the sites needed mowing and maintenance. They have a nice road in the back of the park to walk around. Also, I found a huge field on the next street over to let the dogs run loose (watch out for deer and skunks). We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Of course, Glacier National Park is very close. Also, Glacier Distillery is just down the street, along with lots of good restaurants. There is also one of those "Mystery Houses" here where the earth's vortex does some strange things. (There is one near Rapid City, SD too.)

What this park may lack in amenities it more than makes up for in friendliness. The nice little family that runs the place work from morning till after 10pm emptying the garbage and making sure everyone is happy. Some spots were a little tight, lots of trees, but we were there in a 40ft motor home and fit just fine. We would stay here again. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Trains, Trains, and more trains...LOUD HORNS all throughout the night. Sometimes as 0ften as every 15 minutes! Road noise with truckers using jake brakes was just another annoyance during the night. Weedy, messy park with small narrow sites. And I can't forget to mention the quiet hours from 10pm to 6am...what quiet hours?? Rowdies partying up to 2am with slamming car doors, yelling, and carrying on with absolutely no consideration for others...None! Can't say I'll stay again even if the restrooms were clean and the showers were hot. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Tent.

This is a very rough campground. Trees too close, dirt path for the road. Power but no septic, no internet, no amenities. Terrible value for the price and very hard to maneuver in a motorhome. Won't stay again. Very closely spaced also. Sites are not level. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We loved our stay at this rv park. Location to the west entrance of glacier national park was only 7 miles.

Electrical worked well we did not have any problems. Dump station available, stay for 7 nights for the price of 6 and get a free honey wagon.

The owners are great, very helpful and friendly. We reserved for a week, extended another week and then added 5 more days. Would have stayed at month if we had the time. The site we were in was a little narrow due to trees but the site next to us is included to give you plenty of space. We will go there again. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is very foresty, like not all spots will get TV, but it is in a good location. Owners very nice. We called last minute to get a spot; they said come on down. We got there just before her crowds were coming in. She gives a price, no discounts, no adding tax back on, just a price! Will be back.. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This seemed to be the least expensive park near Glacier, so we stayed before and after GNP, glad to have showers , power and laundry. One site worked fine, but other was on the hillside and quite sloped. Park is in the trees but not great shade when it's in the 90s. Strange set-up with some tent camper sites tightly next to the RVs, which was bothersome when the tenters had fires going til midnight, with smoke smell too close. Didn't seem to be any rule enforcement here, with speeders and dust flying, and campfires going even tho there was a health alert and smoke from WA heavy in the air. But this park works for an overnight, has a great though small laundry room and bathroom. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Fairly spacious layout amongst mature trees and just a few miles from Glacier NP. The park was quiet and peaceful and our site had plenty of shade throughout the day. The bathrooms were impeccable - some of the nicest I've seen. Pads and driving surfaces are gravel. We had a pull-through site, which had ample electricity and good water pressure. No sewer hookups at this park, but there is a dump station. Spacious site with picnic table and fire ring.

If intending to use the Wi-Fi, be prepared for bandwidth and connectivity issues. This is not the fault of the RV park, as this issue is consistent throughout the area due to limited providers and complete saturation during peak times. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Beyond just Glacier NP, there are a number of amenities if you're willing to drive to Columbia Falls, Kalispell and Whitefish, including great restaurants, groceries and retailers.

Not much to talk about on this park. Has a rather wilderness feel, lots of trees, and few amenities. We were traveling with friends and the owner put us on adjoining pull thru sites so that our doors opened onto each other. We also received a discount for paying cash. No other discounts are available. Very quiet place. Would come here again. Very close to the west entrance of Glacier. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The owners are nice and the park is very convenient to Glacier Park. Stayed a week and the internet did not work one day at RV. Also did not work at office well either. To get internet we had to sit in yard next to office. Usual campground excuses. The sites are great but VERY narrow. we could open slides but not basement doors due to terrain and/or bushes. Showers and laundry were excellent and clean. Hot water. Be careful with reservations. Had posted high wind warning in East Glacier and also had awning damage from high winds so we called because we would be delayed a day. They did not charge us for not showing up ONLY because they were able to rent the site that night. Scheduled 8 days and stayed 7. Would stay again except for internet. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome. The first thing I want to say about the campground is that the picture they show on their web site of a typical pull-through campsite at the campground was not to be found in the campground we stayed in. What we found was a run down campground in need of a lot of aesthetic upgrade and clean up. All of the sites we saw were stacked side by side, way too close together, with some that actually limited the extension of awnings on RVs, etc, because of trees or neighbor camper vehicles so close to your RV. There were tenters that were allowed to erect their tents on regular RV sites in between regular RV units (?) do not understand that, at all. All sites were crushed gravel and dirt. The interior roads of the campground were rutted crushed gravel. There were weeds everywhere. We would not stay here again. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

The rate shown is the daily portion of the weekly rate of $204. This park was very convenient to the West entrance of Glacier National Park (the park was the reason we came to the area). Bill and Melanie, the owners, are very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy. Sites are gravel, and water/electric only (you get one free visit from the honey wagon per week if your stay is a week or more). We could not get satellite due to tree coverage. My only complaint with the utilities was the low water pressure. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Sundance RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.
