The campground staff was pleasant and bathrooms were new and clean. The campground was well maintained but the wifi wasn't working when we were there. We thought it was a little expensive for one night and would look for somewhere else if in that area again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

I like this park. Yes, there is a lot of traffic noise from the freeway, but that's the only drawback I could see. The restrooms/showers are all new, clean, and modern. All pull-through with FHU. Pretty close together like most RV parks, but better than some. At least there is a patch of grass between each site. The grounds are clean and well cared for. Wi-fi worked better than most places we've stayed and good Verizon signal. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Truck Camper.

Tips for other Campers:

The "Old Prison" museum complex in town is well worth a visit. The prison was interesting even for a non-history buff like me and the auto museum was excellent with quite a few really rare vehicles. The other smaller museums were cool too. And don't miss the "hobby store" with prisoner made items. The prices are insanely high but the quality is amazing and it's worth seeing even if the items are way out of your budget.

Overnighted here. Place filled up late in the afternoon. As more people arrived, the Wi-Fi got worse and worse, even though I was close to the repeater. Water pressure was about 40 PSI. Pull-through site was just long enough to park my long bed truck in line with my coach. Yes, there is a little highway noise, but it is not bad. At check-in, we got discount tickets for fuel at the adjacent truck stop and meals at the restaurant. Diesel was cheaper in town so I bought there. This is a basic RV park that serves a purpose as a place to park and take a rest after a day on the road. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Museums in town (less than 2 miles away) are kinda neat; old prison, antique cars, antique dolls, western stuff, etc. Also a Safeway and gas station plus restaurants.

We've stayed here twice and we like this park. Good WiFi and full hook up. Satellite worked good as did our Verizon hotspot. About 40 minutes from Butte and an easy drive. We would stay here again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If you have time visit Butte and see all the different mines. Worth thr ride from the RV park.

Close to I-90, behind the truck stop, noise was not an issue. Combination pull-thrus and back-ins. Utilities are mid-site. Roads and sites are gravel with grass buffers between and picnic tables. Not all sites are full hook-up and the dump station is convenient, near the exit. Restrooms, showers and laundry spotless. Typical of most high plains CG, the wind does blow here and the smoke from the NW fires is ever present. Staff was friendly and helpful, there was a nightly charge for 50AMP service, $2. Most amenities are available in Deer Lodge but there is no RV outlet anywhere nearby if you need parts or service. This is a pleasant CG and we would return if in the area. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Montana Historic Prison with antique car museum. Historic cattle and horse ranch close to the CG, National Historic Site.

Wide open spaces, gravel roads and sites with grass between sites. All sites are pull thrus, full hookups. Good water pressure. You pay extra for 50 amps and cable. Free WiFi with good signal. It's behind a truck stop, next to I-90. You do hear constant noise from the highway and the truck stop so if you're a light sleeper, this isn't the park for you. Sites are fairly level. At check in, you get discount coupons for the adjacent restaurant and gas/diesel truck stop. No pool, playground or off leash dog park. Clean orderly park. We enjoyed our stay here and will stop by again in the future. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice, clean park. Level, gravel roads & long, level, gravel sites. Roads & sites are Big-Rig friendly, long & wide. Plenty of green, mowed, grass (no prickly stuff) to walk dogs. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Very close to Conoco Station, McDonalds & 4B Restaurant.

We stayed for two nights while going to and coming from Glacier Park. The utilities are as good as they come with great wifi. They also give you discount coupons for fuel at the next door station and for food at the nice diner. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

This was just a off-the-highway, one-night stop for us so the campground was adequate for that. Clean, small pull-through sites. Very well maintained. Wifi was not very good. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Pretty park. Clean, spacious restrooms & Showers, all tile, Beautiful view of snow capped mountains (May 31-June 1). Saw the biggest White Tail doe I've ever seen just outside the park. Just off I-90 but noise did not bother us. Decent laundry. 3 of each machine $1.75/load. Had good WiFi connection. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Several museums in town. Really impressed with the Old Montana Prison and Auto Museum. $10 entry fee also gets you into a toy museum, a frontier museum and the county museum. Pretty architecture on main street. All just a mile or so from CG.

Great for overnight due to access from highway. Noise was not a problem for us. Lots of grass for dogs. Beautiful views of mountains. Utilities good. Cable tv is working but is an extra $3 charge. Nice gravel roads. They will give you a 2 cent off per gallon coupon to the Conoco station next door when you check in. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Disappointing park due to absence of cable tv and wifi during our stay. Apparently they are working on both. Also borders the hwy so constant noise day and night. Clean park, friendly office staff, but poor value for what we received. Would not stay again based on noise, but ok for overnight. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site nearby. Deer Lodge also has several unique museums.

Friendly staff, very nice restrooms and showers. Fairly simple park, but great signage, well maintained roads and sites, and good proximity to gas/groceries/restaurants. Highway noise is perceptible, but isn't a problem for us. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

This campground is handy off I-90. Sites are roomy and fairly level. There is plenty of grass/bush area for walking dogs. Restaurant and gas station are on the same drive area, and McDonalds is across the road. The cable service had been terminated due to ??? and they offered portable hookups but we didn't try one out. They are supposed to have the cable service back for 2015. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.
