At the last minute, we called and got sites that back up to the river. The view out the back window makes up for the road noise. We have enjoyed watching the eagles that are hanging around. Lots of grass for dog walking and the entire campground is very well manicured. Great satellite signal available. We drove down to YNP north entrance one day since it's about 30 miles down the road. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Park located on a bend on the banks of the Yellowstone River so to the East, you have a lovely river and mountain view and to the West you have a view of the main highway going to Yellowstone NP North Entrance. In the sites close to the highway, you get endless road noise all day and night making the stay unpleasant. That said, on the plus side, this RV park has the cleanest, nicest bathrooms you will find anywhere. On the minus side, Verizon cell signal was mostly unreliable, the park Wi-fi was mostly unusable and there is no CATV or OTA TV available. All things considered, this park is OK if you are going to spend the Summer, thus be a favored guest and get a nice site near the river. If you are visiting only for a few days or a week, you may get a site near the highway and hear road noise day and night during your stay. This park is not a good value for a short term stay. Won't come back. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed 2 nights here for access to Yellowstone. The north entrance was about 35 miles south of this location. This was a wonderful park with spectacular views right on the Yellowstone River. We got a site right across from the river, but could not really see it unless you left your RV the way they had the sites laid out. I know we blocked our neighbors view pulling in and vice versa. They site layout is a little odd and confusing so they do have escorts. Nice dog area on the river with benches. Site was pricey but you are paying for the scenery and access/proximity to Yellowstone. We would stay again. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

I don't have much to add to what all other reviewers have said. The views at this park are incredible. This park is a "10" in every aspect. At $58 before discount it is a little pricey, but you are paying for the location, so near to YS. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Gorgeous setting. Presents itself well. An easy 20 minute drive south of Livingston, MT. Roads and sites were gravel. Lots of grass, and some trees. Our back-in site was right on the river. Services were fine. No over-the-air TV. Staff were friendly and helpful, pointing us to a local repair shop for a coach issue. Right on the highway so some road noise. We will return. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here in a 40' motorhome. The roads are gravel but very little dust. We made our reservation in March and wanted a river view site and they were all taken. I asked to be put on a waiting list. When we arrived they had a cancellation, and we got a beautiful river view site with a large concrete patio. The park is very well maintained , nice grass everywhere. Dog walk area along the riverside. The park store has a very nice selection of items from shirts to fresh ice cream. This is a real first class park. A lot of the campers are seasonal and they were very friendly and welcoming. The views from are really breathtaking. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a wonderful surprise when we pulled in. It's a lovely campground right on the banks of the Yellowstone River and looking at the Absaroka mountains in the distance. Sites are a little close, but there is grass between and the roads are a bit narrow but not a problem. We spent two nights here and enjoyed the views. Great dog walk area next to the river with benches for people to sit and meditate at the beautiful scenery. I would definitely return although it is a little pricey. It is about 35 miles north of Yellowstone Nat'l Park so can command the $$. Well worth it, though. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

About 4 miles south on 89 towards Yellowstone is the small town of Emigrant. We had a nice lunch in the Wildflour Bakery and Cafe. Fresh bread sold there as well as pastries and a limited breakfast and lunch menu.

A lovely campground in Paradise Valley alongside the Yellowstone River, south of Livingston, MT. Friendly, helpful staff make check-in a breeze. And they lead you to your site and make sure you're parked for easy hook-up. Site are placed so that every site has a breath-taking, spectacular view of the river with a back drop of snow covered mountains. Interior roads and sites are gravel with grass strips separating the sites. Sites are level with convenient water, power and sewer connections. Each site has at least one mid-size tree and a nice picnic table. Sites are roomy enough that you don't feel that you're on top of your neighbor. Interior roads are easy for big rigs to navigate. Entire park is scrupulously clean and neat - and the bathrooms and laundry rooms are even cleaner than that. One small drawback might be the distance from both Livingston and from Yellowstone Park itself. Livingston is 18 miles to the north and Yellowstone is about 40 miles to the south. Also at the time we were there (In May, just prior to Memorial Day) there was quite a bit of road construction going to Yellowstone, causing several lengthy delays along the way. So might be best to make sure the pantry and refrigerator are full before you get to the campsite. Having said all that, we'd definitely stay here again. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nightly rate based on monthly stay. We stayed the month of May 2017 and really enjoyed our stay here. Our site was wide enough and we had magnificent views of the Yellowstone river and mountains. Livingston is close enough for groceries and eating out. There is a small grocery store in Emigrant also. Yellowstone National park is about a 30 minute drive. Bozeman is about a 45 minute drive.

The staff was very nice. The park was clean and well maintained. Our gravel spot was big enough for our 45', tow car did not fit on site well, but it was not an issues sticking out a bit.

Sits along the main road but not too much traffic noise. The river along the park was nice with a short walking trail.

Verizon was pretty good, WiFi was workable. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The entrance to North Yellowstone was 1 hour. The drive to Old Faithful was 2 1/2 hours due to speed limit 35-45.

Highly recommend going to Lamar Valley to see a lot of wildlife. We did the Mammoth area and Lamar for a full day.

This is a very well maintained campground, with friendly and helpful staff at check in, we also had a friendly escort take us to our site. Interior roads are gravel and big rig access was fine. Our gravel pad was a long, level and spacious pull through, with plenty of space for our towed. Privacy between sites, shade trees, grass and a picnic table. There was some road noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. This campground runs alongside the Yellowstone River, so we had wonderful views of the river and the mountains from our RV. The bathrooms were modern and beyond spotless, and the laundry was spotless too and well equipped with four washers, four dryers, ironing board and plenty of hanging and folding space! Very pet friendly with a lovely dog walk by the river and plenty of pick up bags and disposal station. Wifi was average and AT&T signal was poor. We did not unhook our towed so local amenities were not used. We would stay here again, pride of ownership is obvious from the second you check in, and we can see why they have a very loyal following year after year. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park off of 89, about 30 miles north of the North entrance to Yellowstone, and 18 miles south of Livingston. A little pricey, but typical for the area. The park is quiet although it's near the road, and right on the Yellowstone River with great views of the mountains across. The staff was great, and they host a bonfire each evening.

Book in advance. People come year after year and stay for a month or even the whole summer. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park 35 miles from northern entrance to Yellowstone NP. We stayed here a week in a 42' 5th wheel. Park has dirt interior roads but decent pull-through sites with grassy areas in between and good Wifi. No issues with the electric and nice screw-in threads on the sewer connection.

There is no pool or hot tub, but there are nightly campfires and a nice rec room. The people were very nice and all hook-ups were good. There is no cable TV nor over the air channels to receive. The Yellowstone River backs up to the park with nice benches to sit on as the river flows by. Probably the nicest RV Park this close to the Yellowstone NP. We camped at Yellowstone's Edge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The Yellowstone NP rules here but it is 35 miles to the Roosevelt gate and another five miles to the Mammoth Springs area in the park. It's a beautiful drive with lots to see on the way in. Gardiner is on the edge of the park and has some nice restaurants, decent diesel prices, and a clean supermarket. We never went into Livingston which was 18 miles north of us, but it appeared to have good services as well.
