One of the best campground I ever visited!

The owners were extremely friendly and explained us the the historic of the area.

You can see that they built and decorated the campground with love to the detail.

I never saw a cleaner shower or restroom on a campground.

Only the wifi doesn't work on our side because we stayed in the last row of the campground with a nice few to the countryside. (a second wifi antenna would be great for the future). We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground in the middle of nowhere, so bring what you need. There's about a 1/4 mile of somewhat bumpy gravel road getting you to the park. Interior roads & sites are gravel too. Our 65' site was level front to back and leaned enough side to side to lift one set of wheels just off the ground when level. Most sites looked like they had a lean as well. Utilities worked fine and park wifi worked pretty well, which was good since Verizon barely had a data signal at all. Verizon phone worked fine. There's no cable TV but satellite access is good. The ice cream at check-in is a nice touch plus they escort you to site. Sprinklers activated during the night for the small grass areas between sites, leaving hard water spots on my RV and pickup. Very nice staff. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our second time to stay here. This park is privately owned by meticulous owners! It is perfectly landscaped. The sites are spacious and level with great utilities. They lead you to your site and give you free ice cream! We love this park! We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

The 7th Ranch RV Park laid out on the side of a hill. The roads and sites are gravel with natural landscaping between sites. There are a few trees. All the sites are pull-thrus. The roads are easily navigated. We were escorted to our site upon check-in. Our site was at the top of the hill. It was very long, but not very level side to side. The utilities were laid out well. Although, the sewer pipe came out of the ground at an angle which made getting a good connection a challenge. The park has a hiking trail to the top of the hill which gives you a great view of the surrounding Montana countryside. It also makes a nice place to view the sunset. We stayed at 7th Ranch to visit the Little Big Horn National Battlefield. I doubt we will return to this area. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Camp staff couldn't be nicer, such really great folks! They have an amazing arena setup right as you pull in, made me almost want to get a horse, so great! Park is set on a hill in such a way to appreciate the Montana view, so beautiful! Camp works real hard at providing some grass outside the sites, there are areas outside the campground to take your pets off leash in a big open field. We don't do that sort of thing, but you could do it if you wanted to.

We felt nothing but at home at 7th Ranch RV Camp. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely stop back here. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Got one of the last electric and water hookups at the end of a hot day. Fortunately we did not need septic and they do not have a dump station. This is a very well planned and managed park. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even though built on a hill, the sites are level and our pull-through site was easy to enter and exit. Even had a tree that provided some shade. Shower/bathroom facility was very clean and very well set-up. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Little Big Horn Battlefield National Monument is absolutely worth the time and history to learn about what really happened.
Nice little hike and view at the top of the hill to see where the indians lived and roamed before the government took it from them.

The last .25 mile to the campground is gravel and can be dusty. Verizon cell worked so-so. Sprint MiFi did not work. Campground WiFi did not work (rarely appeared as an available network to connect to). We used our Verizon cell hotspot for Internet access. DirecTV signal was fine. Hook-ups worked perfectly. Water pressure was fine. This is a lovely campground on a hillside with terraced, level pull-through sites. You can position your chairs for a nice view of the rolling hills and lovely sunset. Efficient reservation and check-in process. Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a free ice cream bar upon arrival, which was well-received in the August heat! Personally led us to our campsite. Great location for exploring Little Bighorn National Monument. Very quiet. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Maybe it was us but our Google GPS did not have this mapped correctly. There is excellent signage for the campground on the 90 and on the roads leading to the campground. Watch for and follow the signs and you'll be fine.

We spent the $7.50 per person for the Custer Museum which includes a 45 minute movie (in Garryowen - not to be confused with the National Monument). It's a private museum with many interesting photos and artifacts. The movie was excellent and is a good "warm up" before going to the monument.

Love, love, love this place! This is the kind of place I am thrilled to find. It's in a rural area. There are beautiful views, photo-op sunrises and sunsets, great star gazing and then there is the history in the area. All sites are pull-through and the spacing is very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers are roomy and very clean. My only problem was the WiFi. Even though the booster\repeater was pretty close, the signal on my smart phone was weak and kept dropping. I wasn't doing anything complicated or data-intensive, so I don't know why I was having such a problem. I did notice that when the RV in front of us moved, I had a much stronger signal. When I pulled out my laptop it worked much better. All said, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

In my opinion, this is the best park in the western U.S. A short gravel road to the campground is not a problem. The washrooms are emaculate. Close to the Bighorn Battlefield. All campsites are pull throughs. It is pretty easy to get here and to like this place. Free ice cream when you check in. Every site has a great view of the wonderful Montana sunset!

There used to be old western music played in the washrooms. It was real nice. I understand someone complained about the music and if the musicians had approved 7th Ranch to play the music. Most of the musicians have passed away and if that is a complaint someone had about this park, they need to rethink why they camp!

Thank you owner couple and keep up the good work. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Travel Trailer.

Best park to stay when visiting Little Bighorn battlefield. Sites were level gravel sites. Free ice cream and nice staff welcomed us. We were escorted to our site. All sites are pull thought and are big rig friendly. The park is well kept and clean. WiFi was below average. Satellite is available. No CATV. We enjoyed our stay there. N. Read great reviews about this place and they turned out to be true! Long level sites on the side of a hill that offers wonderful views and sunsets. We were at the top of the hill and even though it was warm, we really liked our spot. FHU but wifi was weak, which we have found to be normal, and there was no cable, however the satellite signal was great. Verizon also worked well. Rumors that they offer you an ice cream upon arrival are true as well. Escorted to site and the staff is very friendly. Lots to do in the area with tours of the Battlefield. Within an hour of Sheridan Wyoming which is an interesting town. We wondered why so many folks just spent one night. We spent a week and would happily return here again. The access road that parallels I-90 has so many bumps/heaves in it, our refrigerator shelves came off and all the goodies were jumbled about! Put on your flashers and take that road slow. Interior roads were dirt/gravel. Sites were terraced on a hillside, with level gravel pads with good spacing and utilities placed at the rear of the site. Sites had picnic table, fire ring, grill and nice grassy area with trees. Sprinklers watered grass at night. Owners are nice and friendly. They have aluminum recycle container. Noise is low and CG is remote so security is not an issue. WiFi was OK but large upload/downloads are discouraged. Verizon cell signal was poor, but we were able to make a couple calls. Just don't walk around while talking. They also have a tipi (tee pee) for rent. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Built on a hillside with great views. Sites are almost level. We did need a single 2x8 on each downhill wheel. Roads and sites are heavily graveled. Dust is not a problem if everyone drives slowly. Very nice staff. Wifi is excellent (maybe because we're next to the repeater). Antenna-TV is very good after fiddling with the antenna direction. Convenient to I-90, can see it but not hear it. Small laundry with 2 stacked washers and dryers. Close to Little Bighorn Battlefield. Nice path and grassy pasture for walking where dogs can run loose. Fires not allowed because of dry grassland. Lots of trees but they're still young so not much shade. Would definitely stay again. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.
