Mgr yells at speeders quite a bit. Big sites, most are level. Water pressure was 75 PSI so make sure you use regulator. Close to shopping. No road noise despite location to I-15. No real family type amenities. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Location is right off I-5 and the main thoroughfare through the city but it's surprisingly quiet. Check-in was easy, very nice staff. Park is easy to get around, sites are very easy to enter and exit with a big rig. Convenient to all kinds of shopping. Wifi and over-air TV are both good. Many long-term campers but most are on the other side of the park from the short-term sites. Dog area is rather run-down but at least it's there. A word of warning about July 4th.......the park doesn't allow fireworks but they are set off in multiple places around the park so the noise is really bad. If this bothers you don't stay here on the days fireworks are likely to be set off. Nothing park management can do about it. We would stay here again. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Great Falls and Fort Benton. Park is very loud, the highway noise is bad. We had to run our air conditioner to try and drown out the noise even though we didn't need AC. The park was clean and had good amenities though. During the day the kids were very loud. I don't mind kid noise when they play but the kids next to us had whistles and blew them non-stop. The staff were friendly and the WiFi and TV cable worked great. I just wouldn't stay here again due to the noise. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is an older park with some full-time residents. The back side is storage of RV's and equipment. The location is next to the major thoroughfare and pretty noisy. The laundry facilities are quite old, but functioned properly. The office staff are great and accommodating. Wi-fi is available; however doesn't work at the back side of the park, need to be close to the office to get it to connect. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was our worst experience of the year. The site we were assigned (#34) was in the far corner of the campground. It was the closest to the highway, on our left was a permanent resident with pieces of plywood used to create a private area and next to it was a falling down metal storage shed. We were facing the RV/trailer storage area. Our site was very slanted and we couldn't put our slides out on one side because of the trees. When we asked to be relocated, they told us they were completely booked but did send someone to trim the trees. In order to get our service compartment doors open we had to move blocks that were retaining a patch of dirt, rocks, broken glass and garbage. Each time we wanted to access the lower compartments we had to walk through this patch. The site itself had no gravel left and was nothing but dirt. It was impossible to ever get on the wi-fi which they claim is available throughout the campground. The only redeeming aspect of this campground is its proximity to Great Falls. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Once again, i can't possibly explain other people's ratings of this park. While it's stuffed full because there is nothing from Miles City to Great Falls (300+ miles), it is not anything like what their web site shows. You have to wonder where they got their pictures. Permanent people get the trees. Overnighters are out in the open. It's a bit difficult for big rigs but not impossible. About 10 ft between sites with a patch of grass. Some roads are asphalt, some gravel. RVs park on gravel. It is certainly not what we are use to paying $38 for! We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a very busy park. A little interesting to get to but not a bad location. They gave you directions to anything you would need and allowed you to wash your rig for $15. We had just come through a lot of construction so it was a needed expense. The sites were close together but had a lot of room to maneuver. Would stay here again without a doubt. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Half of the park has trees for shade, half doesn't. Our site was near the office. Good WiFi, good antenna signal, friendly folks. Somewhat difficult to get to. It sits on the corner of two major streets, but the drive from that corner is about 3/4 mile to get to the park. Good interior roads. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground was just fine. Gravel sites that needed to be leveled. We had one tree. Some air on TV, but that was all. Office staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We found it relatively quiet. RVs pulling in and out every day....mostly big rigs. Our friends had to move their motor home over one site in order to get their dish to work. No big deal. Nice grassy area out the door with a picnic table. Place is messy in spots and the speed bumps are uneven and different sizes, but sites were clean. We would definitely stay there again. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Chili's was very good. Golden Corral was really bad. Good place for breakfast is Lippi's. Waterfalls are a bit of a disappointment - dams hold back so much of the water, but river is beautiful. Giant Springs was absolutely beautiful. Went to Fort Benton, which was interesting. Plenty of good shopping.

This is an average RV park and a far more economical choice than the KOA on the east side of town. For those traveling I-15, Dicks is very convenient. Pull thrus are adequately spaced with some grass between sites and long enough for big rigs & toads. Utilities worked fine. Road noise can be bothersome during the day but it wasn't bad at night. Most of the pull thru sites are good for satellite. Verizon had a strong signal. There were quite a few long-term campers in the park with the expected overflow of junk in their yards. The showers/rest rooms by the pull thrus was a refurbished mobile home. It was clean inside with 2 shower stalls plus toilets. Overall, an okay stop. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We literally called them from the exit to see if we could et a spot for the night (weary trip from Canada). They were more than accomodating! Easy access from 15. No problem with our big rig and tow. Gave us a pull through which was plenty long. Our satellite didn't work because of a tree, but we got digital antenna fine. Park is gravel and grass. Many obvious seasonals- some site were junky looking, but overall a nice park. Road noise did not bother us at all. Good place if you need a day or 2 stopover. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good park with easy access. Good water pressure and power.
Site was very level and a good size.
Unfortunately there is a couple highways that run besides the park and the large trucks are constantly using their modified engine retarder brake. This is very noisy and it goes well into the late night!!!
Surprised the city allows this.
Otherwise this would be an excellent park. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for one night in May, while visiting the Russell Museum. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's right in the middle of town, so is not a quiet, rural location. Knowing that, it's no worse than anywhere else in the middle of town, and the management has made the facility comfortable and convenient. The management was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities were clean and worked well. We stayed in an Aliner popup, and used the park restrooms. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I stayed here one night and will stay here again. Park was conveniently located. People were very friendly and helpful. Service was great. I stayed in a pull thru, and have a 30ft motorhome with a tote. I had full hookups, no cable. Power level was good. Everything worked fine. Restrooms and showers were fine. This met my expectations. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.
