Nice well run campground. We were fortunate to have a site number 75 near the back of the park and intern had no road noise to disturb. Our site was Almost level and hook ups were conveniently located. So we did not use the showers or bathrooms I did stop by and they could certainly use an upgrade. In the rear of the campground there are many stored vehicles and other things . It would be nice if those were hidden by fence or otherwise as they take away from the overall comfort of the campground. There appeared to be as many seasonal RVs as there are trenches. . It would be nice if those were hidden by fence or otherwise as they take away from the overall comfort of the campground. There appeared to be as many seasonal RVs as there are short timers. We we saw very few people enjoying the out-of-doors but that may have been because of the smoke from nearby fires. On the other hand when we went to sit outside we found ourselves disturbed by many bees. We too and it up inside the trailer. Wi-Fi was available but very poor connectivity. The Over the air TV stations that were available as per the park's literature were clear and the major stations were covered. The park is ideally located near visitors center, the Missouri River, the interpretive center and restaurants and shopping. We most enjoyed the bike path being right there next to the park. Great bike route along either side of the river all paved. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Park tucked at end of dead end street. Must pass under railroad underpass to get to entrance. Large park with some paved, nicer sites closer to office with nice grass between sites. However many sites, including ours, were gravel, out in sun, no shade, little grass. Entire row of stored RVs, some in not very good condition. Several permanent residents, including a very shabby site right next to a tiny dog park with no shade and no benches. However you can walk pets down toward the entrance road, which is a nice grassy, shady area. Lots of bunnies around! We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Big park located between two major highways. Many permanents and some pretty trashy. VERY noisy, even at night. I use ear plugs to sleep. The lay out was good, mostly gravel and sites are not always level. Staff was friendly enough but hurried to tell you things. probably would not stay here again but good for one nighters. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Passage under a railroad bridge, makes you think "holy cow, I'm lost," but then it immediately opens up at the entrance. This park, while not fancy, is adequate in all respects for a transient stay. The sites were level, roomy, and with conveniently located hookups. Staff are friendly. Lanes are gravel. Sites are gravel. Utilities work well. No Cable TV Satellite set up is easy. Many of the rigs are owned by folks who live here long term and work in the area so once they get home around 6:00 PM WiFi gets very slow. AT&T Cell service is good. Verizon Broadband is good: There is a fenced Dog park in the very back corner next to the hiway. No Pool. No Play area for kids. No Bugs. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Visit Museum at Malmstrom Air Force Base. Be sure to call the Director of the Museum at . This is an active base and you will have to go through check in process at the gate. This was the home to B-17 bomber training during WWII. We were the only visitors and Rob spent 4 hours with us. Absolutely fascinating tour of the museum. Open 10 AM - 4 PM Mon - Fri. Rob is the manager. Call to make reservation: (406) 731-2705

August 24,25 Dick's RV Park, Great Falls, MT 120 sites mostly full hookups. bathhouse with showers, propane, dump station, $40 with Good Sam, Laundry, pet areas. This campground has 120 sites right next to each other and there seems to be a lot of seasonals but it's a great stop right in Great Falls. The bike trail starts here but you ride along a busy road so it's better to pick it up at one of the parks along River Drive or the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. This town is not hard to drive around. Check-in was easy and the people in the office were very nice. We met a lot of nice campers here. One can walk to some stores and restaurants right from campground. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stopped for an overnight stay. Sites are gravel, and have been recently leveled. Our site was to the rear. Wifi was spotty. Good Verizon Signal. FHU mid site. Good pressure/electric. Interior roads wide easy to navigate. Can unhook toad at checkin or at site. Make sure to follow the camps directions to the RV park. 14' high RR bridge just before park. Grass strips at each site. RV park good for overnight stay. There are some full time people in the park. There is park cable, did not use. Sites to rear are satellite friendly, sites to the front have trees. Site was long enough for 36' RV and toad, without disconnect. Can wash RV for $15.00 fee. Would stop here for an overnight again. Not a lot in the area to choose from. Staff was very friendly. No escort to site. Small camp store. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed for a couple of weeks. ALL utilities work very well. Some road noise until 10 pm. Lot spacing is nearby and offers some shade. Site does have a picnic table.

Caravans to Alaska start here in the Spring, very crowded. Some other Caravans (Lewis and Clark Adventures) visit here also. Office staff very helpful.

Plenty of history in area, lots of museums and Dams, Parks. Many Golf Courses and shopping available. Will stay again. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Pull through sites were large enough for bus and towed, gravel and paved roads to get in and out easily, sites were level albeit a little tight. There was a small grass area between sites. Hookups including electric, sewer, water and cable all worked well. Satellite reception was good. Campground Wi-Fi was slow and could not use. AT&T 4G and cell service was just OK. Stayed for 5 nights. Campground has some permanent residents, but the short terms are at the back of the park. Note, there is no shade for the short timers and the temperature was around 100 degrees. Location was great, right in town and close to shopping and restaurants. No pool, spa or playground. We would stay there again if in this area. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

friendly staff, nice grounds, good location for shopping or casinos, good facilities, very spacious, good site pad, nice grass, very good shade! Downside: our site was up against the freeway and there was LOTS of highway noise and sirens. **if this is going to be a problem to you or your pets, you should ask for an inner site. ***There is one speed bump that is VERY high and even creeping along, we drug our landing gear. ** BE WARNED- or you will ruin your levelers. There are a significant number of full-timers (which is fine) but the park appearance would be greatly improved if there were more stringent rules regarding maintenance. Many of the full-timers has cluttered yards, and unsightly weather skirts, etc. This is really a very nice park-- and this one improvement would make a world of difference. You can live on a tight budget and still keep your place tidy. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Noise, noise noise and more noise. Planes from the airport, The occasional train whistle, drag boat on river and the forever hwy noise. Not counting the noise this is a very hard park to rate. It has a strange vibe about it. I think it is because of all of the long term people there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely not worth the price. Bathrooms were clean but in desperate need of updating. WiFi barely worked and we were right next to the office. Sites are separated by grass which is watered every night and gets your rig wet because pads aren't bid enough to take slide outs into account so they hang over the grass area. Our site was in the open in 100 degree heat not very pleasant especially because the sites are facing the wrong way with hot afternoon sun at your door. We would not stay there again. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a super nice park. The sites are wide as are the roads. The staff is very helpful and courteous. This is one of the few parks that allows vehicle washing (for an extra fee). We're just passing through on the way to Alaska, but this would be a good place to spend an extra day or two. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.
