The nightly rate includes a Good SAMs discount and is for a 50 amp full hook-up pull thru site. This is a nice easily accessible park from the east or nearby I-15, making it a good choice for a stop over coming or going up into Canada. There is an underpass just outside the park with a height clearance of 14 ft 4 inches, most likely more than enough clearance for the tallest motorhomes. We were lucky enough to get what is probably one of the nicest sites in the park, #74 with a very large area to the passenger side of our site. Satellite access should be good from most of the sites located on the north west part of the park. There are several OTA TV channels also available. There is a lot of nearby shopping highway 87 that runs east/west of the park. The local airport is located to the southwest of the park, but in our three days at the park, we only heard two aircraft, and that was in the early evening hours. The park also allows washing of your RV and Car for a $15 additional fee. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

An older campground. Relatively quiet given its location next to a major highway. There was noticeable road noise during the day and a single, very loud train late afternoon. Approaching the campground, there is 14' clearance under the railroad bridge. Inside the campground, wide asphalt access roads with a few trees that need trimming for taller rigs. Mostly level gravel sites with decent spacing between sites. Grass between the sties and picnic tables on the site. Power ok, did not use other utilities. Satellite access ok in most sites. Campground wifi had decent signal, but unusable speed. Verizon was 5 bars with good speed. TMobile was highly variable ranging from no service to 3 bars (mostly around 2 bars), did not check speed. No recycle on site. Probably ok road bike riding in neighborhood We would overnight here again. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

August 24,25 Dick's RV Park, Great Falls, MT 120 sites mostly full hookups. bathhouse with showers, propane, dump station, $40 with Good Sam, Laundry, pet areas. This campground has 120 sites right next to each other and there seems to be a lot of seasonals but it's a great stop right in Great Falls. The bike trail starts here but you ride along a busy road so it's better to pick it up at one of the parks along River Drive or the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. This town is not hard to drive around. Check-in was easy and the people in the office were very nice. We met a lot of nice campers here. One can walk to some stores and restaurants right from campground. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed 3 nights. Good park. Easy to get around in the park and plenty of room. We'd stay again. Site surface is gravel and offers some shade. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park tucked at end of dead end street. Must pass under railroad underpass to get to entrance. Large park with some paved, nicer sites closer to office with nice grass between sites. However many sites, including ours, were gravel, out in sun, no shade, little grass. Entire row of stored RVs, some in not very good condition. Several permanent residents, including a very shabby site right next to a tiny dog park with no shade and no benches. However you can walk pets down toward the entrance road, which is a nice grassy, shady area. Lots of bunnies around! We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

friendly staff, nice grounds, good location for shopping or casinos, good facilities, very spacious, good site pad, nice grass, very good shade! Downside: our site was up against the freeway and there was LOTS of highway noise and sirens. **if this is going to be a problem to you or your pets, you should ask for an inner site. ***There is one speed bump that is VERY high and even creeping along, we drug our landing gear. ** BE WARNED- or you will ruin your levelers. There are a significant number of full-timers (which is fine) but the park appearance would be greatly improved if there were more stringent rules regarding maintenance. Many of the full-timers has cluttered yards, and unsightly weather skirts, etc. This is really a very nice park-- and this one improvement would make a world of difference. You can live on a tight budget and still keep your place tidy. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pull through sites were large enough for bus and towed, gravel and paved roads to get in and out easily, sites were level albeit a little tight. There was a small grass area between sites. Hookups including electric, sewer, water and cable all worked well. Satellite reception was good. Campground Wi-Fi was slow and could not use. AT&T 4G and cell service was just OK. Stayed for 5 nights. Campground has some permanent residents, but the short terms are at the back of the park. Note, there is no shade for the short timers and the temperature was around 100 degrees. Location was great, right in town and close to shopping and restaurants. No pool, spa or playground. We would stay there again if in this area. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stopped for an overnight stay. Sites are gravel, and have been recently leveled. Our site was to the rear. Wifi was spotty. Good Verizon Signal. FHU mid site. Good pressure/electric. Interior roads wide easy to navigate. Can unhook toad at checkin or at site. Make sure to follow the camps directions to the RV park. 14' high RR bridge just before park. Grass strips at each site. RV park good for overnight stay. There are some full time people in the park. There is park cable, did not use. Sites to rear are satellite friendly, sites to the front have trees. Site was long enough for 36' RV and toad, without disconnect. Can wash RV for $15.00 fee. Would stop here for an overnight again. Not a lot in the area to choose from. Staff was very friendly. No escort to site. Small camp store. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

There is a Super Walmart and McDonalds about 1/4 mile away. There is a gas station just down from McDonalds on the right in the parking lot good for gassers. Also grocery store in the shopping center.

This is a super nice park. The sites are wide as are the roads. The staff is very helpful and courteous. This is one of the few parks that allows vehicle washing (for an extra fee). We're just passing through on the way to Alaska, but this would be a good place to spend an extra day or two. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Not easy to find; you must pay attention to detail. Entry is via a narrow passage under a railroad bridge, making you think "holy cow, I'm lost," but then it immediately opens up into a reassuring sight with plenty of room at the entrance. This park, while not fancy, is adequate in all respects for a transient stay. The sites were level, roomy, and with conveniently located hookups. Cable and WiFi work well. This is a pretty large park. There are a lot of permanent tenants. Utilities are well placed and good. The site is unlevel. They are very strict about how fast you drive through the park which is a good thing. It looks a little run down but ok for an overnight stay. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

For the price I would expect cable and WIFI along with the 50 amp FHU. WIFI was generally good depending on the time of day. Owner claims he can't add cable since they went digital but we've stayed at a number of parks who still offer cable despite the cable companies' having gone "digital"-poor excuse but they didn't lower the price either. This park may be convenient to the interstate but it is in a seedy area and we were not impressed with the access. There is simply not enough competition in this area to keep the price down. We will not return. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Once again, i can't possibly explain other people's ratings of this park. While it's stuffed full because there is nothing from Miles City to Great Falls (300+ miles), it is not anything like what their web site shows. You have to wonder where they got their pictures. Permanent people get the trees. Overnighters are out in the open. It's a bit difficult for big rigs but not impossible. About 10 ft between sites with a patch of grass. Some roads are asphalt, some gravel. RVs park on gravel. It is certainly not what we are use to paying $38 for! We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was our worst experience of the year. The site we were assigned (#34) was in the far corner of the campground. It was the closest to the highway, on our left was a permanent resident with pieces of plywood used to create a private area and next to it was a falling down metal storage shed. We were facing the RV/trailer storage area. Our site was very slanted and we couldn't put our slides out on one side because of the trees. When we asked to be relocated, they told us they were completely booked but did send someone to trim the trees. In order to get our service compartment doors open we had to move blocks that were retaining a patch of dirt, rocks, broken glass and garbage. Each time we wanted to access the lower compartments we had to walk through this patch. The site itself had no gravel left and was nothing but dirt. It was impossible to ever get on the wi-fi which they claim is available throughout the campground. The only redeeming aspect of this campground is its proximity to Great Falls. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an older park with some full-time residents. The back side is storage of RV's and equipment. The location is next to the major thoroughfare and pretty noisy. The laundry facilities are quite old, but functioned properly. The office staff are great and accommodating. Wi-fi is available; however doesn't work at the back side of the park, need to be close to the office to get it to connect. We camped at Dick's RV Park in a Motorhome.
