This RV park is right on Hwy 2. And immediately on the other side is a major train depot. So you get noise in stereo. And this park is an unusual design. Not in a good way. It is fully paved. All sites do have full hookups. But the sites for rigs over about 25' in length are all curbside on a median. This means that water and power are on the wrong side of the coach. There is a sewer on both sides. There are lots of nice regular back in sites on the perimeter, but only short rigs will fit.

When we were there most of the longer sites were occupied by long term trailers. These were occupied by agricultural workers. The ones we met were from South Africa and very nice. But they are in the 20s and do like to drink beer outside. Since all the rigs open into the middle that means you may have a late party right outside your home, like we did. And then left over beer bottles and other trash all around your site the next morning. However, the loud beer party noise was much drowned out by the engine brakes of OTR trucks slowing down to our left and many trains on the right.

Nice staff. Very friendly to me. There is a large gas station next door for fueling up and casino. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

Large rigs park parallel to the medium, while smaller rigs park around the circle drive. It's a tight squeeze for 40 foot rigs. Just enough room for your tow vehicle. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very tidy, paved, cement curbing but sites very short and small. The extra amenities (pool, spa) are in a hotel - to get to it you have to walk down the street, past a gas station. It is situated between the main highway through town and the railway. The night we were there the train was shunting cars all night with numerous blasts of its horn! Our first and last stay. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Here is one odd RV park. The outside of the park are all back-ins and you park your car in front. Sites in the inside circle, with grass, are horizontal parking BUT the water and electric are on the passenger side and the sewer is in the road itself...inside your space. Strange. The staff was helpful. Water leaked at the unit. They're replacing the valves one by one. There was grass there so it did not muddy up. The guy behind us left a ton of oil on the pavement after he left. I told the staff. "I'll be right out there to put something on it". Never happened. They have one maintenance person for 4-5 properties. Cozy place though. All of us RVers were close to each other and friendly. The railroad yard, right over the fence, was not a noise problem, nor was the street at night. It's the only real RV place in town. We'd come again. Oh, on the 4th of July, the ENTIRE TOWN's power went out. We ran our generator all night. Next morning, it still had not come back on. HUGE lightning storm barreled through. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

Registration clerk was not friendly at all. The sites are very closely together. Pull-thru sites are around an island in the middle of the campground, resembles parallel RV parking. The hookups for the water and electricity are on the opposite side of the rig, had to run the water hose under the rig to reach the hookup. There is no WiFi available which is way below par especially for the price they charge per night. Nope, we won't be coming back to this one. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were just passing through. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next store was a plus. I thought the staff in the store were very nice and friendly. Spot was very narrow, no amenities. This is a pass through park, there are restaurants & little "casinos" around. Train horns and bells were a bit of a negative but we got used to them. No WiFi in the park, which is way behind the times, they said they are working on it. But the hotel has it so I went & used it on the pool deck while my son swam. RV guests are entitled to use pool and WiFi at hotel next store. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

We only stayed one night. The spots are like a paved parking lot where you pull in horizontally next to a parkway. The parkway has sprinklers which go off around 7:00 in the morning and makes everything wet where you need to open the door. Access to the pool at the neighboring Best Western is available. The kids running the store were too busy on their cell phones to pay attention to the customers. Oh, almost forgot the train that passes right next to the campground and blows its whistle. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

Location is good. It is right on Hwy 2 next to a fuel stop and hotel. If you need to stop for one night, it is okay. Park conditions were below par (the grass was very long) and some sites had permanent looking campers, because of the stuff around their campsite. It is next to a rail yard, but that didn't bother our sleep at all. One word of caution, if you are going to back into the campsite and there is a motorhome parked along the boulevard, watch out for the motorhome slide outs. We witnessed a very close call. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is what it is...it's a place to stop for a night if you can't find anything else. All spaces are paved concrete. Grounds are well taken care of. It is located next to a nice convenience store and gas station. You can use the Wi-Fi from the Best Western next door, but the signal doesn't reach to the campground. The Verizon cell signal was excellent, 4G five bars. The campground had small back-in sites. The pull-through sites are two rows of parallel parking spaces with a grassy area in between. The park is located adjacent to a railroad yard. The noise from the trains and the engines goes on all night. This was the nosiest campground we've ever stayed at. We would not stay here again. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The facilities at this park are nice, sites are paved and has some grass area but it would be a hard to describe them as campsites. Some sites are actually lined off asphalt parking spots which curb to a grassy area. If sleeping in a noisy area is a problem for you then you should not stay here. The railroad noise continued well past 10PM and noisy trucks were in and out of the park at 2AM and 3AM. The staff was understanding when we had mechanical problems at checkout time and were not able to leave until after checkout time. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice overnight location smack dab in the middle of town. My GPS could not find it, but if you go by the address you'll be fine. It's really a small parking lot with a small bit of grass, the the longer sites you actually park near the curb. The only worry was that my slide-out was in the traffic lane, but so is everyone's. Clean place to park overnight. It's very clean and has a wall around it that blocks out the traffic noise. There is a train yard nearby, but we sleep with our AC running and never heard a thing. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a well maintained, clean parking lot next to a convenience store/ motel, with trees and paved sites. For our purpose (waiting a couple of days for parts and repairs), it was just fine ... but not true "camping" ... merely parking in a decent facility. Road noise to the south ... railroad yard to the north ... bearable. For a quick stop overnight without a desire for a wonderful view from the campsite, this would be fine. Facilities were very clean and private. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a well maintained campground. However, it is in the middle of town, so tends to be a little noisy with US2 on one side and the rail depot on the other. The parks unusual configuration, as noted by previous reviewers, is that you parallel park around a central island. It can be challenging to get into your space particularly if you have a big rig. We had a 40 ft RV and towed to shoehorn into a small area. It was not easy. There are really far too many RV's for this small park to handle. Space is at a premium here. Road and pads are paved; however, there is no space and no privacy around the RV. In fact your slides hang out into the roadway. There are a few shade trees and some grass, but nowhere to walk a dog. No Wi-Fi but it is available in the hotel lobby. Cell is good. This is the best in the area; however, we thought it was expensive for what it was and would not stay here again. Rate reflects Good Sam discount. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.

Level site, easy to get to, street and trains noisy until about 10 PM then quiet till 8 AM, and paved. The center island with coaches parked around it is OK if not busy. If busy it could be a real test of parking skills. Not busy night we were here. How ever with oil boom and lack of parks in area, might just be best option in area. Nice park for overnight, level spots, parking around an oblong cul-de-sac with utilities on the right rather than left. Sits between the rail depot and US 2, but stone fences made it quiet enough. Easy gas access beside park and several places to eat. We camped at Havre RV Park in a Motorhome.
