Overall Rating:

We spent 3 nights here. We echo the other reviews in 2018. 26 Spots are grass, arranged in a circle. Very close to Glacier Park west entrance, however, the park was shut down on the west side due to wildfires in the area. That being said, there were only 8 RV's in the park during our stay. Heated pool was always locked up, and it's in the middle of a building with no roof. Laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers, very dated. Wash and dry are $1.00 each. Owners are nice enough, but nothing given to describe the park, amenities, local sites etc., just a receipt. We did not know about a breakfast in the new log office... it was always empty. We connected to cable TV at the site only to find out later from the owner it had been disconnected years before. We did pick up several over the air stations. All utilities worked fine, however, be prepared to get on your hands and knees to connect power. All boxes are about a foot off the ground. It is fairly quiet, and close to Glacier. Nothing else to do at this park, just an OK place to stay while touring the area. Pricewise, its really up there with the others in the area but without the amenities others have. We would probably stay elsewhere next time. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Very conveniently located near Glacier N.P. about 15 miles from west entrance. Easy check-in and the lady at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The owner, lead us to our site and helped us park. The site was somewhat tricky to get into but with Henry's help it went well. The rest of the sites, all back-ins, were easy to get into. Nice heated pool and very clean. The bathrooms were clean but could use some updating. We checked out several of the nearby RV parks and are glad we chose this park. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice little park close to Glacier National Park. It's Montana dusty and more as the adjacent road is being worked on. It is just a circle of 26 back-in sites under the trees. Very pleasant. WiFi is poor, speeds of 0.7 to 2.0 were seen when the WiFi worked which was not all of the time. The water is very good at 140 ppm. We would be happy to stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This little park is the best kept secret in the area. Only 26 spacious sites, very well maintained, shady, quiet, and a place where everyone is friendly and helpful. There is a heated pool and playground for children. They even serve RVers breakfast of waffles, donuts, coffee, bananas and juice in their new log lobby. Ten miles from Glacier Park, beautiful scenery all around but away from the madding crowds. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The main event is to visit Glacier Park, although when I was there, the Going to the Sun Road wasn't open yet as they were plowing 80 feet of snow off of Logan Pass so it didn't open until after June 22. There is fishing, boating, white river rafting, a big water slide, zip lining, a maze, hiking, and wild life watching all around. Be sure and get a huckleberry milk shake from the restaurant next door. Hungry Horse Dam and Reservoir are nearby and interesting to visit as well.

Overall Rating:

This is a nice little family owned park, that makes a great basecamp for Glacier NP. The sites can be a little confusing, if you enter the wrong way, as I did! The indoor pool was a big plus for the kids, although not heated much. The bathrooms are in the pool building and are basic but clean. The shower is one room with 4 showerheads, "military style". Overall this is a nice little park, and I would stay there again if in the area. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Not the best place to stay. Nice owners, restroom could be cleaner and could supply soap. Showers were community without curtains...just 4 nozzles. Pool & showers were open to community so not just Rv'ers were there. Too close to road and motel, just not a good experience. We lasted a week. Many other cleaner, well kept places all around. Would not stay here again. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

A haphazardly arranged little campground set in a field behind a motel. Very short sites in the grass. We had to park sideways in front of the trailer, and still hung out into the road. We chose this place because earlier reviews said that it had cable TV, but the cable company has gone out of business. The owner put satellite TV in the motel rooms, but didn't bother with the RV park. There were virtually no stations that came in over the air, what does come in is of very poor quality, and is usually unwatchable. No campground map or any other information about the place or the area was given at check-in. Water pressure was very low. On the bright side, Wi-Fi was very good, and the location was good for accessing Glacier National Park. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is an older, but well-kept motel/campground, with an indoor pool available to guests and, for a fee, non-guests. The bathrooms and showers are clean, but are part of the pool facilities (not so great when the pool is crowded). The Wi-Fi was excellent. The hosts were extremely nice. Our kids loved the old playground. We stayed here 3 nights. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We were here for the 4th of July and had a ball, this town goes crazy on the 4th. We didn't know this we just happened to be there visiting Glacier National Park. The owners are very nice, friendly, hardworking and helpful. It is a very laid back atmosphere and we enjoyed it a lot. We had family staying in the motel, which was freshly renovated and updated. Small but nice. We stayed 3 nights. The sites are kind of close, but very few came in during our stay so it was not crowded, however the motel was full. We would go back. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Motorhome.
