The park is a mixture of storage sheds, permeant trailers, full-timers and mixed in is an RV park. The man at check-in was unfriendly but efficient. The whole park had a run down feeling after you left the entry. The hook-ups where good and there was a little grass that was half dead between the sites. It was fine for one night but would not return. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our stay here, 3 nights and would return. This park has some nice amenities for kid. Very nice playground with western themed buildings, pond with shallow water and dock.

Not much grass but the site was level. Very nice staff. All the hookups were good, Wi Fi was spotty during peak times but Verizon picked up the slack. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There are lots of recreation opportunities in this area. We did the treetop walk at Whitefish Mountain Resort and thoroughly enjoyed it. And of course Glacier national Park!

Staff were extremely helpful. The site was level and spacious. $27 reflects weekly rate. Would stay here again if in the area. Kalispell appears to be a thriving community. Excellent base for visiting Glacier National Park. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of shopping, restaurants and services. Check out Mooses Saloon, a very unique dining experience. They are located on North Main in Kalispell.

Rate reflects weekly rate. We used this park as our base for visiting Glacier Nat'l Park. We were about 30 minutes away so it a bit of a drive but that was ok with us. We are a 45 ft coach and tow a vehicle but were able to maneuver this park ok. Some of the areas we wouldn't have been able to so be sure and tell them your length as they have a lot of various size sites and big trees in some areas. There's a nice pond and play area for children, grounds are well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. Kind of "out in the country" but the town of Kalispell is within 5/10 minutes. Out site was spacious enough with a picnic table provided. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

No sense in reiterating what others have said. We agree with all of the wonderful 2015 ratings given. This is a very nice park with sincere caring owners and maintenance workers. We stayed 3 weeks and would certainly return. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Glacier National Park is a half hour drive away! Don't miss it! Like BBQ ? Go to the "Back Door" restaurant in Columbia Falls! Its absolutely the best!!

Nice pull throughs, park is pretty easy to navigate. Grounds are kept in great shape. They have a variety of sites - smaller backins, large pull throughs, wooded/shaded and sunny/exposed. They even have some rental cabins. Creek and kids' playground is fantastic - my kids would love it if we could just stay here all summer!! :) Laundry facilities are nice. We did not use the bath house, so I can't comment on that. All our hookups worked fine. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Interior roads are paved and the sites are gravel. Our site was level and shaded with a small grassy area. Not all sites are shaded. All our utilities worked well. Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent but we were able to log on and look at mail. Area seemed to be well maintained and clean, It was nice and quiet except for one morning when there was some aircraft noise. There was a nice play area for kids and a small swimming area. Access to Glacier Park is easy and only about 30 minutes away. A small convenience store in the park with ample shopping available in Kalispell. Pay VERY close attention to the length and width restrictions on Going to the Sun Highway in Glacier. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Had planned to stay one week ended up spending three!

This is one of the better parks in the Flathead valley it is centrally located to Glacier Park and several of the nearby towns. While located in rural farmlands and quiet it is close to shopping RV service, repair shops and many good resturants!

Park is divided into two sections. There is a heavenly wooded area and a new section designed with pull throughs for larger rigs, fewer trees and satellite friendly

Creek runs through the park fed by year around springs that has a shallow swimming hole which is great for cooling off and kids play

Park is pet friendly and we found staff helpful and friendly. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice CG but is off the main highways. Good sites, strong WIFI signal. Park is very clean and well maintained. People running the park were very helpful and friendly. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We used this park as a base camp for the west side of Glacier NP. In hindsight we should have used a closer CG to the park. Lots of available shopping in Kalispell including Wal-Mart.

It was a bit of a drive from the main highway but worth it. I loved the cookies we received at check-in. There was a lot of trees and very family friendly. We only stayed one night. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice campground and sleeping cabin in front of pastureland. Washrooms/showers were clean and accessible from our cabin. Easy to find, clean sleeping cabins and grounds with a nice playground for kids, plus a stream that kids were swimming & fishing from. Treed campground in great condition with paved roads.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back! We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Cabin.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of shopping in the town of Kalispell! Went to the State park and did some sightseeing all over. Pretty town and beautiful scenic areas.

Easy in/out access. Far enough from the highway so no highway noise. An occasional jet flying over was all the external noise there was. Roads were paved and sites were gravel. We were in the open area which has a lot of space between sites and few trees so we got a good line of sight for our roof mounted satellite dish. Utility hookups were OK except for the sewer which had a high entry point requiring a lot of bracing so that the flow was somewhat downhill. Park WiFi was free but real slow so went with our jet pack. Good Verizon 4g and cell coverage in the area. We would stay here again as other sites did not have the high sewer entry. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The rate reflects the weekly rate. Loved this place, and if we could stay all summer we would! Super kid friendly, great laundry room and lovely people at the desk. We extended our stay a million times and they were fantastic about it. They bent over backward to make it work. We loved the dock and the stream and the playground was top notch! We will be back! We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is nice and situated in a quiet area. The site we were assigned was level and had a nice grass area. As others have commented, the WiFi is non existent. If you need internet and don't have you own means of connecting don't stay here. Otherwise it's a nice park. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Rate is a Good Same rate including tax. The nice part about the park is there are heavily shaded sites and some pull thrus in the open for satellite reception. Our site was in the open with beautiful views of snow capped mountains. All sites in the open area were level, gravel pull thrus of ample size. Utilities were very good including cable. We had difficulty with the WiFi though, but Verizon MiFi worked fine. The park was well maintained with adequate grass between sites. For those with kids/g'kids there is a huge playground with a really cute western city built for their play. The park provides a beautiful spring swimming hole with a floating swim dock for swimmers. The owners were very nice and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Kalispell offers lots of shopping choices including Walmart and Costco, shopping malls, etc. We would definitely use them again if in this area. We camped at Rocky Mountain Hi RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
