Great RV park with many mature pine trees, friendly staff and close to town. Park is very well maintained and has a stream running along one side. Very quiet at night, staff is excellent! We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice park. It looks like and older park which they are upgrading. It's just off the highway so some noise but not bad in anyway. Some pull throughs, mostly back-ins. Gravel roads and sites. Well maintained park.

One large community fire pit with wood provided. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small town. Good fishing area. Visit the Libby Dam and Koocanusa Lake.

There's a really nice museum in town.

This is a nice little park, very pretty setting in the pine trees. Good WIFI, good cable if you use it, satellite service in some sights but a lot of trees to block the signal unless you are in the right site. I was in site I was in site 24 and was able to get a satellite signal with Dish. I would probably stay here again if in this area. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice older RV Park with lots of trees and open grassy spaces between gravel sites. It is on U.S. Hwy 2 and the sites closer to the highway may be noisier but we chose a "Creekside" site for an additional charge which was back farther from the highway and very quiet. Our site #13 was near the creek which was not very high and in the summer it could encourage bugs. Lots of open grass area behind our site. The bathroom/showers were individual rooms with each room having a toilet, sink, and pay shower. Even though it is a pay shower it appears that it is as long as you want for 50 cents. Owner is very nice and helpful and will guide you to your site and help you back in as there are a lot of trees so it would be easy to back into one if you are not aware. There were not a lot a people here so hard to tell how it would be if it were full. Wi-fi was very good - but again with more people there it might have slowed down and the cable tv was very good too.

Rate is reflective of Good Sam discount plus an additional 10% for reserving online. We would stay here again. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is kind of an oddball place. The sites differ widely, some very spacious with a lot of separation, others right in a line pretty close together. We were in a pull thru site by the restrooms. The utility hookups were very weird. Hard to even figure out which ones were yours! The elec & water were at one end of this very long pull thru and the sewer was on the other end. We will have to move the rig when we leave in order to dump the tank. There are two bathrooms with showers. Very clean but the showers are coin op. It says 50 cents on the door for a shower but doesn't say how much time you get for it. I just used our own shower. The laundry room is large and also very clean. Washers were $2 which is a bit spendy to me. Dryers are $1.00 for 32 minutes. As near as I can determine, there are only two RV parks in Libby and I chose this one because we needed to do laundry and the other one doesn't have laundry facilities. If I came back to Libby, I'd probably give the other place a try because I think you could maybe walk to some places to eat from there, but this place was ok for a couple nights. Wi-fi worked better than most places and Verizon had three bars. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Rate paid reflects weekly. The park is quite nice, the host couple were very friendly and helpful. Level spacious sites among large conifer trees. Would have give a higher rating but the owner was less than accommodating. Actually quite rude. Would not return because of that fact. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We were fortunate to have been there for the Ignite the Nites car show. It is held annually the third weekend in August. Cabinet Mountain Brewery is an excellent place for local micros and the food is outstanding. Everyone we encountered in Libby was most friendly (except the park owner).

Incredible wide shaded sites right on the creek with grass. We would have rated this park higher except for their pet policy. Guests were not allowed to use pet pens, kennels or to tie up pets. Anytime a pet was outside it was to be on a short leash and with owner. However, the owners Rottweiler was allowed to roam free and into guests sites. Not cool. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Wonderful park to stay in. Because we were there for many days, they were nice enough to put us in the back instead of near the front where the one-night only people would come in and out. Our pull-through was long enough for our coach, a trailer and our car could fit. Bathroom were very clean. Wi-Fi was decent. If we wanted a fire at the community area, they got it all set up for us. All we needed was a match. Simple check-in and they escorted us to our site, a feature I appreciate. We'll come back. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is our third year staying at Woodland. Each time we return the improvements made over the last winter are very evident. The owner is on site and working every day. The park is very clean, well landscaped with level gravel sites. If you like fly fishing the Kootenai River is some of the best in the country. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a well maintained park and they’re still improving it every day. My motorhome/trailer combination is 65’ long and this park was able to accommodate it, although some areas were a little tighter than I’d like. The site we were in was quite nice; long, wide and nicely landscaped. The trees are old and tall, so satellite reception left a bit to be desired, but that’s expected in campgrounds in the woods. Campfires are not permitted at individual sites but there’s a community fire pit. Unfortunately it wasn’t used while we were there. In the evening deer stroll through the park adding a little ambiance. The manager was terrific, going beyond what’s expected and helpful in planning our next stop. There’s no question that we’d stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 3 days in a travel trailer. The grounds and facilities are well kept. You do pay for showers and laundry facilities. If the office was closed change was available next door at the car wash change machine. We were in a well shaded site with good amount of grassed area between sites. We would stay here again. Fairly well maintained. Clean and level. But a word of advice. Don't spend the extra $4 per night for the stream sites. The stream is very small and covered in weeds. Cable TV is good, but Internet is spotty. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 7 nights. One of the best maintained, friendliest RV parks we visited in 30 years. The park features huge Douglas Firs, Cedars, and Pines that provide excellent shade on hot days. Our site was quite large with a creek along the back and side. What a relaxing place! Animal sightings (deer, racoons, etc) were frequent. We plan to return in 2014 for 2 weeks. While there, visit the dam, falls, and giant cedars. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful campground, but they charge for showers. No electrical plug in in bathroom for drying hair or showering and they charge $2 per pet per day. They do have good laundry, but office was locked when I needed change. Overall it is an OK park We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.
