Very well maintained campground. Site 14 was level. Utilities very good, but on this site the water is on RV door side. Verizon 3 bars. ATT 3G only. The pine trees drop a lot of sap. Landscaping and cleanliness was great. Good roads, easy to navigate. We did get satellite but most sites wouldn't. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here before. Nice park and we stayed in creekside spot. Our traveling friends were having electrical issues. Park owner offered to assist in tracking down problem. Upon inspection they found transfer switch was broken. The park owner suggested a business in town that could either repair or order new switch. The switch was repaired in less than 1/2 hour. Owner not only friendly but very helpful. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good park. Owner was superb. I can see how this park could be tight getting in and out as the landscaping is pretty close to turns and was all marked off when we were there. Our site was fine. It was creekside but not much of a creek to speak of in August. Cable TV was provided and was fine. Satellite would not hook up. Verizon signal was ok. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Go fishing. We crossed the river in Libby then drove to the end of river rd. Several good places to walk down to the river and fish while hiking downstream. Beautiful place. Folks were extremely friendly everywhere we stopped in town. Keep an eye out for sasquatch!

They have very nice back in and pull through sites; 30 and 50 amp service along with tent sites. No full time residents. Electric was good and water quality was good. They offer FHU, WiFi and cable. There are only two restroom/shower combos for the park; laundry room clean and well maintained. There was no rec room, pool, dog park or playground. But the roads were good, park is well maintained, utilities good and nice large grassy area next to our site. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I did find a high school within walking distance where I could let the dogs loose, and it also had a paved walking trail around the track and into the woods.

Beautiful park in the trees. Creekside sites are worth the extra $4 cost. Park is extremely clean. Gravel sites with grass and cement pads with picnic tables. Very helpful and friendly owner gave great info on the local area at check-in. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Enjoyed staying at Woodland RV Park. The above rate is approximately the monthly/daily figure. Easy in/easy out, lots of lawn, nice space between sites, shade. Train noise (it's Montana!) but not terrible. They sell propane at the park. Will stay here again. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Really loved the Libby area. Great visitors center at Libby Dam, Kootenai River is beautiful. Libby has everything you need including a Ford Dealership that works on many other brands (RAM, Chev, etc.) and did a great job for me on short notice. There are a couple banks, a really nice grocery store, fuel, Ace hardware and a 'must see' sporting goods store. Their heritage museum tells the history of the area displayed with great detail. Don't miss Kootenai Falls.

Nice long pull-thru sites with good grass, shade and picnic table. Our site was a little uneven which caused the steps to be higher than normal causing us to use a portable step. Friendly staff. This is a nice park to stay at while visiting the area. We stayed here based on a recommendation from someone else we met in another campground and would stay here again. Generous space between sites. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a really nice park. It looks like and older park which they are upgrading. It's just off the highway so some noise but not bad in anyway. Some pull throughs, mostly back-ins. Gravel roads and sites. Well maintained park.

One large community fire pit with wood provided. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Really nice park. Very large sites, big trees, quiet. I will stay here again when I come back to the area. There was one negative issue though. One night there were a couple trains that were close enough to be noticeable. Not a big deal for me though considering everything else about the park was good. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

A decent grocery store with an excellent selection and good deli is about two blocks down the street. Libby is a very pretty and friendly town. I had occasion to go to the vet, hardware store, grocery store and restaurants and found people to be very outgoing and helpful. In fact, I am considering locating there when I get too old to travel all the time.

Nice shady, well maintained RV park on the west side of Libby, MT. Run by workampers who were friendly, but a bit lacking on hospitality industry norms (a bit pushy & opinionated). Kind of feels like a nice state park with layout of curvy roads, shade, and more spacious than many private parks tend to be. Communal fire pit with wood provided. Cable TV hookup. The five bucks extra for a creek view is not much of a creek, but the flowing water sound was soothing. This is a really nice park, highly recommend. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice little park, very pretty setting in the pine trees. Good WIFI, good cable if you use it, satellite service in some sights but a lot of trees to block the signal unless you are in the right site. I was in site I was in site 24 and was able to get a satellite signal with Dish. I would probably stay here again if in this area. We camped at Woodland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
