This quiet campground is located 52 miles from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The spaces are on gravel and mostly level. We didn't feel like we were shoe-horned in. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The laundry facility contains 4 washers and 4 dryers. Wifi is offered and is passcode protected.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

A great location about a mile from the interstate with an Albertson's just down the street and Bozeman a half hour away. A narrow road takes you to a tight turn into the park. The park is laid out nicely. Good spacing. Grass patio areas. Sites are gravel and mostly level. We got a lot of rain one night and there must have been a sinkhole on our site because our left rear sank about six inches (Site #B4.) Utilities worked fine. Basic cable. WiFi was very good. No problem getting satellite reception. Clean, modern "private" bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and sink. Staff was a bit overbearing. Big on rules, and they were constantly circling the park in their golf carts looking for infractions. Reminded me of my HOA back home! A bit pricey. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Office personnel are over the top with the rules. Explained dog policy twice and also the grass policy. Almost wondered if I would get reprimanded for walking on the grass. Dog policy not evenly enforced. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a tough park to review because the size of the sites vary as do the shade and grass areas. Our site was under a big tree so we had great shade but no satellite. The utilities where well placed (although we did not use sewer). The lady who is in charge of the landscape did a beautiful job with nice grass and potted plans. It has all gravel roads with gravel sites with grass between the sites. Better to unhook your toad before entering the park, the turns can be very tight, they lead you to your site. The park was quite and like others have mentioned the staff/owners run a tight ship we did not find it over the top but it was close. We would stay here again. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

It is 50 miles to the North Yellowstone entrance and a beautiful drive following the Yellowstone River. Livingston is spread out with a typical Montana downtown look. When the northern entrance was the only way Livingston railroad stop was the most convenient way to get to Yellowstone and provided prosperty to the town.

Lady owner misunderstood our phone reservation and was perturbed at us when we didn't arrive on the day SHE expected us. She didn't want to listen to me - just dismissed me with her attitude, and she wouldn't let me finish a sentence about my rental vehicle, just said she would take care of it. She was condescending and with a smirk said, "Someone didn't check their confirmation email." She wanted to know what was in our enclosed trailer. When we said our motorcycle, she was firm to inform us it could not be left outside of the trailer. We remained friendly and respectful to keep things cordial. My husband is non-confrontational. No store for supplies, but only 1 mile from town. Quiet, small park with wide pull-thru gravel and grass sites. Merrill Ln is narrow and there is a double gate to get into the park so be prepared for that wide right turn. Well-maintained. Fenced dog park. Trees around perimeter but not at sites. As with most of the RV parks, there are plenty of rules. The owner made it clear that if we didn't like them we could find a park "for us". We were fine with them. We always respect other RV'rs. We did not use their restrooms or laundry facilities. They close the double gate at 9 pm so if you leave and return after 9, you must open & close the chained gate. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Great location off of I-90, with access to Yellowstone, 50 miles away. But be prepared to be micro-managed. Lots of restrictions and rules. A guy on a golf cart will escort you to your space, and stand there, watching you, while you set up. Trying to tell you what to do, who we ignored since my spouse is the seasoned director. They close the entry gates at 9:00 PM despite the fact it gets dark here at 10:00 PM this time of year and you have to unwind chains to get it. We were backed up four deep to get in while we tried to unwind the chains. In my opinion, amateurs running the park. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice park but as stated in previous reviews there are lots and lots of rules. You have to pay upfront and no refunds if you can't get there before 9:00 pm. Automatic sprinklers are situated at the very end of the sites so it is difficult to get in and out of your site without running over them, which is a NO NO. Will not stay here again. We camped here in a motorhome. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We parked our 5th wheel in a long-term site for the month of June. Our site was back-in. You disconnect tow vehicle and have designated parking in front. The accommodations were excellent. Owners have very strict park rules and do enforce them. Gates open and close hours. Visitors on site and where they should park. Grounds are immaculate: mowing, watering, maintenance are done routinely. There is Wi-Fi and cable hook-up at all sites. There are a few sites that do not offer sewers. Owners are on site and available 8:3o a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (after hours if emergency). We have family in the Livingston area and Osen's is our campground of choice. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a lot to do in the Livingston area. It is a tourist destination year round for different seasonal sports/activities. Osen's is off of Hwy 89 and only 51 miles from Gardner WY and Yellowstone Park. If you are unable to find what you need in Livingston, Bozeman MT is only 20 miles away!

Arrived without a reservation (still early in the season) and was given site D1 close to the washrooms as I mentioned my wife cannot walk great distances.

Our hosts, were excellent, very accommodating.

Washrooms were very clean. Laundry (4 w/d) was very clean. Wifi was excellent - no problems at all.

We stayed 3 nights.

We'll probably return next year to visit the other (closed) half of Yellowstone. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

As others reported, there are a lot of rules. Which is fine but the rude enforcement not so nice. My husband used a hose to wash flies off windows and the front of the coach. Not so fast, even though that rule was not on their list of rules. No please or thank you on the signs etc. The park itself was okay. Sites not crowded and grassy areas between. Gravel sites and level. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed 1 night passing through the area.

The park is a short drive from I-90 (Exit 333: US 89) along a multi-lane paved road until you reach Merrill Lane. Merrill Lane is very narrow. It would be difficult for 2 RV's to get past each other.

There was an extensive check in process that included collection of a lot of personal information and showing identification when paying with a credit card. There was an escort to the site.

The sites are a mixture of back-in and P/T's. There are a few sites that appear to be extended stay sites. The center sites are open but there are some trees along the edges. Site had sufficient room for opening slides. This park doesn't understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were not level and flat. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. No fire pits as open flames are not permitted in the park.

There are trees scattered around the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon site assignment and your dish configuration. The park brochure showed 25 cable channels but made no mention of broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels.

The park provided WiFi was good. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception.

The designated fenced pet area with a grass surface was located towards the back of the park. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads and the adjacent rural residential roads.

The park was quiet in a nice rural setting but there weren't many campers. There was a warning that Livingston can be very windy.

We would probably stay here again if traveling through the area. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Laundry has only 2 washers and dryers @ $2 ea but was clean and had a convenient folding table. Individual rest rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hosts very service oriented. I spent a week at Osens. A very nice park especially considering it's within the confines of Livingston- It didn't seem that way. The site (b2) was spacious and open, gravel and grass with a picnic table. The owners are both good people. Very nice and helpful. They gave me a good lead on a repair shop. A lot of rules? I guess, but sometimes that makes for a better stay for all. I slept well every night. Kind of got use to the trains in the distance during the night.

I plan on staying again. My only complaint would be that I feel for a weekly rate, during the off season of $250 (with tax) is too high. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.
