A gravel and dry grass campground with about 10 percent long term residents. Good WiFi and Verizon wireless connection. Good cable. Swimming pool and playground. Full hook ups. Close to I-94 with no noticeable road noise. No 50 amp service at my campsite. Neighbors are close to each other. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lovely campground right off I-94 but no noise from highway at all. Sites are a little narrow but you park one rig one way, the other the other way. Inground pool (!), playground, level sites, new picnic tables. Convenient to town about 3 miles and it's much larger than we thought. WalMart, Albertsons, fast food and loads of nice restaurants. We are not museum lovers, but the Range Riders Museum has more memorabilia than anywhere other than the Smithsonian and is well worth a visit. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is fairly run down. We did a water-sewer only site as this was just an overnight stop but even the FHU sites did not look better. Owners were friendly. It's OK for a one night stop as is close to I-94. Sites are long but landscaping is basically nil. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice, accommodating owners. Keep the park very clean. Didn't use showers or laundry. Spaces are very long and no trees or rocks to try to get around to get into space. Some people say the spaces are too close, but there is reasonable space and not as close as some. Water was fine and had no problem with 30 amps. Easy on and off freeway, much easier than KOA would be. I don't usually do reviews, but feel some of the comments we have read here are not warranted. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great place for a few nights. Opposite direction parking with neighbors fairly close. Every to navigate and nice long level sights. All utilities worked well but is only 30 amp. Small pool and that was about it. No real recreation facilities. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park was a good stop-over for a couple days in our 42' 5th wheel but had several concerns with respect to site (dirt, stone and clay). When it rained it turned to mud and was difficult to wash off. Interior roads were bumpy and dirt/gravel. In addition, the water was way too soft (very slick) and did not taste the best (even after double filtering). The 30 amp only service was rough since the day we arrived; it was 95 F and could only run one AC unit. On the good side, the cable selection channels were good as was the Wifi. You also got the farm-life ambiance with the sheep and cattle nearby. Close and easy proximity to I-94 a definite plus. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Price is for water/electric. Higher price for FHU. Though this RV park is near the highway, we did not hear much road noise at all. Sites are in a gravel lot with a bit of grass and no trees, and are incredibly close together - our door opened right into our neighbors and we could hear everything they said with our door open. They do have a picnic table, but being so close, I wouldn't use. There is a pool, as well. WIFI was useless. The bathrooms were tiny, but spotless. All that said, for the price, I would spend the night again. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The trees shown in pics are at the edge of the tent sites. For the RV's and trailers you park on grass/gravel/dirt in the middle of the campground, sites are very close together, not much grass to be found when we were there. There is one tree at the last site. Bathroom was clean, didn't use the showers, unfortunately to get to the bathroom you had to walk past the owners who sit outside on a covered patio and smoke. You could smell the smoke in the bathroom. They were very friendly but I didn't appreciate the smell. The place was clean but I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to. Not a comfortable place to camp. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small park, convenient to I-94, pleasant owners who kept the grounds clean and nicely mowed. Extremely clean showers and lavs. Some permanent residents noted, but they kept things orderly as well. Some traffic noise noticed, but not bad. It was rainy when we camped, but the roads and sites had some gravel on them, so it wasn't a muddy mess. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were going to stay 2 nights at this campground, but ended up leaving after the first. Seems like a decent campground when we first arrived. Check in was easy and the owners seems good. When we got to our site, it was ok. The problem was with what we were next to. One neighbor seemed to be a long stay or even permanent. There were milk crates full of items stored underneath and behind their camper. Their door was slightly opened and as I hooked up, the smell of cigarettes was strong in the air. I never saw the neighbor, but as I walked my dogs in the middle of the night, I could still smell the stale cigarette air. We were supposed to do some hiking, but did not have a good feeling about leaving our camper alone.
Cost was great, but just didn't feel very secure. The owners seemed very nice. Unfortunately there are permanent residents who don't seem to care. We
camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small and rustic with a few permanent trailers but very clean and neat. Fast free wifi, free cable. Located 6 minutes from town (Walmart, Albertsons, casinos, fuel, restaurants, etc). Nice owners. Plenty of tourism brochures and postcards. Need a water filter (sulphur in the water). Close to the highway and railroad but buffered so I barely noticed. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a VERY basic but very clean campground. The couple running it are exceptionally nice. The pool was perfect after a hot day for the kids. Not a lot of kids at this campground when we went through so our kids had the pool to themselves. The sites are gravel with sparse grass and no shade. But that's pretty much everywhere in Montana. It's perfect for an overnight especially since Miles City seems "about it" when it comes to eastern Montana. If heading east it's a good place to stay before going northeast or southeast to either of the Dakotas. In summary, it's cute and convenient right off I-94. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

There are not many options in Miles City and this small park was surprisingly decent. Has a swimming pool and a playground for the children. 30 Amp only with cable tv, which we did not use. Our spot was long enough for our 40 ft 5th wheel. Very quiet. We stayed for 2 days. Nice owners who are helpful. Nothing special, but reasonable for a couple of days. Easy on and off freeway. They do not take credit cards. Either cash or a check. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
