This national forest campground is worth a visit if you have a smaller camper unit. I was able to back into a site with my 25 ft fifth wheel. Pit toilets and manual pump water. But modest price ($5 if you have a golden age passport). Relatively quiet with creek nearby to drown the occasional truck driving by. High altitude means cool nights and lots of trees scents the air. We camped at Many Pines in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
