We stayed a week over the 4th of July. We had a beautiful spot on the end. We have a 42 ft 5 th wheel and getting in and out was tight. Nice green grass and shade trees. They have happy hour every night, a nice place to bring your favorite drink and talk to all of the other guests and the owners.

The owners put on aspectacular 4th of July BBQ, and the BEST fireworks display I have ever seen! Only park guests are allowed in the park to view the fireworks.

The staff is very helpful and watch out for the guests. We have already made reservations for next year. Other than slightly tight for large units (not the sites, the roads), I can't think of anything that stops this park from being a 10*. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. The sites all have about 15 feet between them, good grass and paved patios. The utilities work well, the wifi is excellent. The camp hosts are phenomenal. The location is well off the road and with a golf course between the park and Flathead Lake. Safeway and Walmart are nearby (not positives for us) and other stores. The town is nice with some good restaurants but Big Fork (30 minutes away) has more interesting shops and many more restaurants. The lake is beautiful. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a pleasant park, clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and very friendly. Host drove me to several sites in his golf cart and allowed me to choose the site I wanted. This was very helpful as access roads were rather tight where turning could be an issue for larger rigs. After checking in the host led us to our site and assisted in parking to ensure a trouble free set up. Our site was on the east side of the park and was fairly level and had a nice patio and picnic table (sites on the west side have a lot more trees/shade and tighter maneuvering). Utilities were all satisfactory. Wifi was very good, cable just OK (limited channels, some a bit grainy). Laundry was clean and well kept. Restrooms/showers satisfactory but not sparkling. A swimming pool was on site but closed for the season but a hot tub was still available. Pickle ball courts were available and seemed to get quite a bit of use. The golf course adjacent to the property appeared to be well maintained. We used this as a base for touring the Flathead Lake area including Glacier National Park. This worked OK but In hindsight a park closer to Kalispell or Whitefish may have been more convenient. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

When choosing a site consider exit as well as entry. My entry was relatively easy but I could not have made a "standard" exit due to obstacles and a turn of about 135 degrees (my bad, should have looked closer). Fortunately I was able to back out of my pull thru site into an empty pull thru behind me and use an alternate route to exit.
If you have time be sure to visit Big Fork, Whitefish and the St. Ignasius Mission.

Overall.....a very nice park and is very quiet. The views around the park are wonderful. It's right next to a golf course and is close to Flathead Lake and other recreational activities. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Our only criticism of the park is that if you're driving a large RV, be EXTREMELY careful maneuvering around the park. Some parking rows have VERY narrow lanes and with other vehicles parked on the rows, pulling your rig in or out can be quite challenging. We had a minor fender bender while making a tight turn on one of the rows. :-( We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. When I was talking to the owner, I found out it is an older park, but it looks like it is under 10 years old, VERY well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night but now plan to go back and really visit Flathead Lake. We were close to the office and had very good wifi. Lots of lawns. Real nice pool and hot tub. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We had reservations for May 19 & 20, 2015 for a center site on the west side. My 1st observation indicated it would be too short unless we unhooked which we did not want to do, so we opted for the end site, 1st row on the west side. We setup, put the slide out and the coffee on and then found out we had no wifi. I reported to the manager and his reply was that, "Yeah, it's not too good on that end", but if you want to move closer to the office it should work there". Not especially thrilled about the word "should" we moved and setup again. In that spot the wifi worked for about 2 hours when the SSID disappears. Thinking it will come back I waited for a couple of hours to see. It did not so I tracked down the manager again and we trotted over to a dish installed and found out that he had unplugged and moved the router. He re-plugged it back in but no go and I left thinking they might have it fixed in a couple of hours. They didn't and no one came back to apologize and say that they were working on. We never had Internet again and we had no contact with management after that. No offer of a reduced rate nor a reduction on a return trip. For the poor service I would not return to this RV Park. The site we were in was labeled as a "Pull Through" but there was no way I could pull through because the trailer in the site directly ahead was too close to make the turn, so I had to back out. And the dog runs listed on the site brochure are not dog runs ... they are tiny strips of grass up against a chain link fence about a foot out and about 15' long. So ... a little misadvertising here. Also, all the black water hookups are in the center of the site which means if you have a trailer you will need to pull into the site ahead to dump. The reason I make a reservation for a pull through is for easy ingress and egress. It wasn't. The park is very well kept, the scenery beautiful and the greenbelt along the highway nice. But I won't be back. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a really nice RV park - clean, well-maintained, friendly and quiet. A lot of the sites are taken up by Snowbirds. In many RV parks that you stay in that have a lot of returnees, full-timers or seasonal campers, you find yourself being treated like an intruder. Not so at Eagle Nest. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. There are a number of RV's that have decks built around them and obviously aren't going anywhere anytime soon. They are nicely maintained and don't have the tacky feeling you see in other parks that allow people to do this. Access to this park is through a quiet residential area. The restrooms were spotless. The folks in the office were friendly and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. We really liked this park and look forward to coming back when our travels bring us back to Polson and gorgeous Flathead Lake. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Flathead Lake is stunning. Polson is historic and worth exploring with a lot of interesting shops. Take time to visit the Miracle of America Museum. What a fascinating collection of Americana and the West!! It will take a full day to go through it. They have built a town complete with all the shops you found 100 years ago or so. The collection of boats, tractors, cars and motorcycles are terrific.

What a lovely, well-maintained park! Paved streets and walkways, concrete pads and nice grassy sites. Beautiful pool, hot tub, pickleball courts. Happy hour every day! Owner lives on site and is very nice. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. This park borders a golf course and has great views of the mountains. Short drive to town and Flathead Lake. Only negative was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working well and we had to go to the clubhouse to get a connection. But they said they are working on that so it may have been a temporary problem. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This a very nice park. Appears there are several snowbirds here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only problem is the lanes are fairly narrow, but staff went out of their way to assist us getting parked. Will stay here again. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stopped here in mid-July and were planning on staying one night. After checking out our full hookup, pull-through site with 70 channel cable TV and being happy with it, we checked back with the office to stay a second night. We asked about their reliability of the Wi-Fi and they indicated that it was fine, so we signed for a second day. The Wi-Fi was not reliable at all. It was off and on until 6 P.M. and I could not get back on that evening. I spoke to 4 or 5 other customers and they all had the same problem with the Wi-Fi. On our second day, I had similar problems connecting and staying connected for more than a few minutes again. I would have given the park an 8 if not for this issue. They lose a point for unreliable Wi-Fi and 1 point for lying to us about its reliability. The pool is small but nice and there are some other recreational facilities. Even without the Wi-Fi issue, I don't understand all the 9s and 10s. I think part of it is the lack of families and kids - this is pretty much a seniors haven. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Would like to have rated higher except for the fact that this is one of the tightest parks for ingress and egress, the WiFi is totally useless. We were there for several days and never once got lucky enough to login!!! Spaces are small and you must park your tow vehicle elsewhere. The next morning your vehicle is saturated and covered with hard water spots. What a mess. We camped at Eagle Nest RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Eagle Nest RV Resort is a very well maintained facility with an extraordinarily friendly and welcoming staff. The camp hosts encourage guests to participate in the nightly 'social hour' as well as invite them to join in weekly pizza night and excursions such as whitewater rafting and Karaoke at local establishments. The resort has two pickleball courts and a very well maintained pool. It is located on a bike/pedestrian path that links to a path system and abuts a lovely golf course. Our site backed up to the golf course which provided relaxing views. We liked it so much we made reservation for next year. The nightly rate is calculated on the monthly rate. Beautiful, well maintained. Good facilities all working as expected. Sites are well designed with plenty of room for big rigs. Camp hosts are friendly and very helpful. Poulson and region are a great destination for outdoor recreation. We travel around the country often and this park definitely deserves our '10'. We look forward to coming back.
