Overall Rating:

Rollins Restaurant and RV is a really nice RV park. All sites face east towards Flathead Lake with views of the lake through the trees. The park is approximately ¼ mile from the lake. The sites are long enough to hold a 40'+ motorhome and wide enough to park your toad with plenty left over. The sites are mostly grass with a nice picnic table and mostly shaded. There are full hook-ups and 50 amp service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is good, not great. Showers are clean and laundry facilities are available. There are community firepits and BBQ grille that anyone can use. We did not eat at the restaurant. There is an ice cream shop open until 7:00 PM. Try the "Moose Tracks." One of our favorite parks; we'll be back. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This park is situated on a relatively steep hill, so the sites are terraced with a road winding between the terraces. The road is asphalt and site pads are grass. I think all sites are back-in. We had a back-in with full hook-ups (50 amp electric) and picnic table. We were not able to get satellite due to trees and could not get any over the air TV. Also, the Verizon 4G signal was weak and their WiFi was spotty. There are some sites that could get satellite, but I would say most cannot. There's a restaurant on-site but we didn't try it. They have a dock on the lake across the road but the parking is limited and walking isn't a good option. The bathrooms are in good condition and are kept clean, however, they are the type with shower and toilet combination. This is good for someone taking a shower but if you just want to use the toilet they may be tied up with someone taking a shower. We paid $50 per night. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

Roads are paved, campsites are green grass. Lots of trees. Views of Flathead Lake across the highway. Widest sites I've ever been in. Spent about a week there in June 2018. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amenities: 3 communal firepits with wood furnished and large modern free standing modern "backyard" style grills; badmitton/volleyball, frisbee golf, horseshoes, children's playground, and nice clubhouse with table tennis, foosball, video games, kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, and laundry. Showers and restrooms modern and clean. This is a real traveler's rv camp, not a long-term rv lot. Only drawback is that of the three levels of sites, the lowest is off the busy highway about 50 yards and very noisy. Unless you have small rv, don't rent one of the 4-5 very small spots at the south end of the front row (they are tiny and next to the highway). We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

For shopping---about 20-30 miles to Kalispell: north end (use 93 by-pass rather than through heavy through town route) is Cosco, Walmart, Krispee Cream donuts, Cabella's, Target). About 40 miles west of Kalispell are the beautiful Thompson Chain of Lakes--Horseshoe is good for kayaking as is the smaller Little McGregor (lots of mosquitoes in the area). Rollins is in driving distance of Glacier but too far to be convenient; if that is your main destination, perhaps choose a rv park closer.

Overall Rating:

This is a really nice park and the people who work in the park are among the nicest and most helpful I have run into. The sites are terraced up a hill and all sites are grass and pretty level. All are back in, but there is plenty of room and the hosts help get you into your site. Many have really nice views of Flathead Lake. There are play grounds and lots of games for adults and kids. There is a recreation hall and the laundry is very nice and has good dryers. There is a restaurant on the premises that serves good food and ice cream. The only downside is the main highway runs in front of the campground and it can get a bit loud. You have to cross the highway to get to the lake. There is no pool, but there is a beach at the lake. I would stay here again in a minute! We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The rate included Good Sam and Escapees discounts for 4 nights. The hosts and staff are very helpful and friendly. The campground and facilities are very well kept and clean. The showers and restrooms are nicely decorated/clean. The rec room is decorated in a western lodge theme, and has a ping pong table, arcade games, chess table, books, puzzles, dining and kitchen area. The laundry area is very nice and clean with a $2 wash and $1.25 dryer. There is an on site restaurant too. BBQ grills are provided, as well as outdoor games on the grounds. They have a boat launch and slips on Flathead Lake for your use too. There are two dings! First, You must wear ear plugs at night due to the busy highway 93 in order to sleep! The traffic noise is loud. The second ding is there is no cable, and only one Over the Air channel, PBS. We would return here again, if in the area, with ear plugs and books to read! We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit the cute town of Big Fork, as it is very quaint with nice shops. Hike along the river in Big Fork. Visit the Bison Range in the earlier part of the morning. Kalispell has Walmart and Costco for shopping, along with many nice restaurants. Go to the Visitor center in Kalispell for helpful information on the area.

Spent 3 weeks here in July of this year .. Very nice place and some of the nicest people I've run into. I'm a full time rver and have stayed in some nice places but none any friendlier or more accommodating!! Paved roads, grassy sites and good food in the restaurant!! Going back next June for the summer. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed for a week, taking a break after over 10 weeks of travel. It was a perfect spot for us, located on a hillside facing Flathead Lake with a beautiful view of the lake. The site was plenty long for our 40' RV with ample parking for our toad. A nice rubber covered picnic table was provided. The park also had 2 campfire pits for all to use and they provided the firewood and kindling. Across the road and down the hill were docks and parking also for use by campers. The restaurant was simple but good and the huckleberry shakes were delicious. We travel with 2 dogs and a young man working for the park took them for walks on our one long day away. (we gave him a nice tip) We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The camp hosts, staff, and owners were great. The grounds were immaculate. We ate at the Rollins Restaurant for breakfast everyday, which was delicious. We will definitely go back. It is a great base camp to Glacier, Flathead Lake, Wild Horse Island, National Bison Range, Rafting and zip lining just to name a few. Awesome place!!! We made a reservation for 3 nights. After checking in and staying in the park for just a few hours we extended our stay to 45 days. This is what we call a campground and not a parking lot park. The owners, staff, and even the guests are so friendly. Beautiful view of Flathead Lake from our site. Community fire pits with firewood provided, propane grills in the park for guests to use, very nice recreation hall, and several outdoor games for the entire family. Sites are spacious and interior roads are good. Access the lake from the boat dock across the highway. Great food in the restaurant at the campground. Be sure to try the huckleberry shake and sweet cream pancakes with homemade caramel syrup. We are planning on returning next summer. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stay here for the summer from Arizona. We love the tall pines. Some sites have a view of the lake. The park also has a private beach with fire pit that is nice to sit around. The staff is very accommodating to all your needs. The new owners have made many improvements. The bathrooms are all remodeled, the rec room is beautiful and looks like a lodge. The roads are paved (no dust). WiFi is good. The grass is cut on a regular schedule. They have all new picnic tables. The little restaurant has great food with homemade desserts, jams and jelly and more. The docks and boat slips are in the process of being remodeled as well. We are retired RV park owners. It's definitely one of the nicest park we have stayed in during our 40 years of RVing! We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We pulled in and pulled out after discussion that this was not what the internet page had displayed or indicated. The site we were assigned was NOT the one discussed and reserved a month earlier via phone. The site assigned would not have accommodated us at all. Next to the assigned site was a full timer small camper and a parked boat in the site next to that. Totally unattractive park that is across the road from the lake and cramped behind a small walk in hamburger joint. Again, not what you see on the web page. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Super Friendly Park Staff, Awesome weekly and monthly rates. Wireless Internet is available but we have to pay by the day/week. There's a simple but super clean restaurant in the park and on Fridays they serve Prime Rib. Their ice cream is delicious! Small grocery store/meat market in the premises as well. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of shade trees, beautiful views of Flathead Lake, some road noise, and clean all around. We will sure save this as one of our favorite spots! Only back in parking - made difficult because Management let people put satellite dishes blocking backing in easily. Small restaurant featured huckleberry ice cream and buffalo burgers. Also meat store next door selling buffalo meat. Had view of Flathead Lake from campsite. Trees sheltered area from wind. No cell phone service because of hill - had to drive about 1 mile each way to get service. We camped at Rollins Restaurant & RV Park in a Motorhome.
