Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $1.00
For what this is, it is a great place for overnight. Public owned on the banks of the Musselshell River under huge cottonwood trees. From downtown turn at Fairgrounds sign. Campground is about 1/2 mile. No hookups, but some tables and campfire rings that were the only indication of a parking place. We found a level spot and didn't have to unhook. Paved sidewalk into town. Easy walk to groceries and to a great local museum which we highly recommend. There is a walk along the river which starts at the fairgrounds and goes very near the downtown. Saw lots of deer. Very quiet. Donations accepted. Would most definitely stay again. We camped at Cowbelle Corral in a Fifth Wheel.
