This RV Park is very well maintained. All asphalt roads in great condition. The sites are not right on top of each other, room to breath. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hookups are in very good condition and located in the central location of the sites. Landscaping is abundant throughout and pretty well maintained for getting in and out. A pinch of some tree trimming would be nice on some sites. Just blocks from West Yellowstone makes it nice for biking and walking in a very flat terrain. My only complaint is my fellow humans that allow their dogs to defecate on the very nice grass areas that takes away from the impeccable grounds. COME ON PEOPLE with dogs CLEAN UP after your pet, don't ruin things for us. Grizzly RV Park allows you to wash your rig and tow vehicle, nice. PS COMPLEMENTARY HOT CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE each morning. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Location, location, location! That's what the real estate people say about how you price a home. Well, this park is only a couple of blocks from the West Entrance of Yellowstone and that's worth a lot IMO. It's an attractive park and is exceptionally clean. Our premium pull-through was roughly twice the width of a standard commercial park site and easily accommodated our toad and our 40' MH. The site had grass and a concrete patio. The park roads were asphalt and easy to negotiate. The sites were packed, smooth gravel. Each site had a large picnic table. We arrive shortly after noon on a busy day and there were quite a few RVs checking in ahead of us. However, there were lots of people manning the registration desk and we were out of there and on our way to our site in a surprisingly short amount of time. Everything else we encountered at the park in the 10 days we were there seemed just as efficient. The staff admitted that the wifi wasn't very fast, but both AT&T and Verizon had excellent high speed signals. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed 4 nights in a 43' motorhome to visit Yellowstone NP. Arrived from Grand Tetons NP on Rt 20 over the Targhee pass. Smooth check-in - ample space/multiple lanes to park your rig. Site is FHU PT, level gravel with cable. Good spacing with nice grass between sites . Interior roads are paved and BIG RIG friendly. All utilities worked well and are placed mid coach. Bathhouse/restrooms are excellent. ATT service was good and WiFi was adequate for Emails/Internet. CG is 2 blocks from Wolf/Grizzley Discovery Center and 3 miles from YNP west entrance. Numerous restaurants in downtown and small market for groceries. Lots of space just outside fence line in open fields with opening provided to walk dog and bags are provided. Large playground, free coffee and hot chocolate in morning. When visiting YNP will stay here again. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Signage directing you to the park should be improved. Staff is pleasant. Roads are easy to navigate for big rigs. Our site was just long enough for our big rig and toad. Utilities are well placed and worked well. Campground is attractive and well manicured. There is no traffic noise. They don't have a rule preventing you from washing your RV. Wifi is horrible. Cable was okay. Overpriced. Campgrounds that charge this much should have decent Wifi. I would stay again, but not before looking around. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice RV park and being located right in town is a huge bonus! It was great being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and other attractions. The grounds are well cared for and the restroom facilities were top notch. There were four friendly ladies assisting with check-in which was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us back to West Yellowstone! We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. Very clean, paved roads, great store/gift shop. Lot's to do if you have kids. The park is always full but it has a great "vibe" about it. Tons to do in West Yellowstone and Yellowstone NP is just around the corner. We could have stayed here for a long time. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

We've stayed at this park every time we've come to Yellowstone. It never disappoints. The gals at check in are a little slow (but hey...age catches up to all of us). Immaculate, clean, convenient park with decent $$ rates. We will always stay at this park on our trips to this part of the country. Internet not great but AT&T has good service here. Alright, let me begin by asking all the reviewers who gave this a 5 star rating, if this is a 5 star RV Park, what would you give Fort Wilderness? Lake George? Normandy? This is not a 5 Star RV Park . . . period. Let me be a little more sober. First of all, yes, it is very well run and the sites, grounds, store are meticulously maintained. But let's think about all the things that are important: 1. Amenities - this park does not have a pool, dog park, outdoor activities such as a basketball court, shuffle board, etc. All they have is a mediocre playground. Their map shows a pet walking area around the outside of the park, but it's just state park land that they have been generous enough to provide access to through their fence. It's a not even a trail or grassy area, just woods. lol. 2. Sites - Yes they are level, well maintained and the hookups are very good. However, they are so tight that even the "premium" sites leave no room to spread out. A small cement pad with just enough room for the picnic table they provide, and ONE of your chairs. There are no fires allowed, other than propane fire pits, so there is not a fire pit either. 3. Service - The service is good. The staff behind the desk was friendly, but they were the only ones, and it was a fake sort of friendly. It seemed as if they were unhappy. Hosts, maintenance people, never even said good morning or even smiled at me or my family. Lastly, the rules in this place are over the top. They read me the riot act when I checked in, and after reading the handout I felt very restrained and uncomfortable. I like well run, clean and fancy campgrounds. Fort Wilderness, Lake George, etc are perfect for me, so I'm not some kind of nut that want to be allowed to do whatever I want and stay up all night drinking and singing. The best way I can describe it is that this place if not "family friendly" it's "family tolerant." They don't want to. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is nice and well maintained except for the worst infestation of mosquitoes I've ever experienced. Park employee said will last 2 more weeks. Could not grill or spend anytime outdoors during 4 nights there. If you must go now, insist on a site up front of park. We were in 130 in the back...really bad. The good news is Yellowstone is awesome and no mosquitoes. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. The sites are a little close together, but there are trees in between, so you do have some privacy. We would have liked if they had propane available for sale....that seems to be the only thing missing. Be aware that mosquitos are very prevalent in the area. We really enjoyed the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery center and, of course, Yellowstone Park. When going into the park, go as early as you can to avoid the tour bus crowds that overpower every attraction.

Nice place but a little expensive. Great if you have kids. Nothing to offer adults. It would have been a lot nicer if we could sit outside but the mosquitoes were on a rampage. The wifi system is strange. You get one device connected to wifi for every night you stay. If you stay 5 nights, you can connect 5 devices for 5 nights. If you stay one night, you can only connect one device for one night. We would stay again if there were not mosquitoes. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate does not include tax. GS discount. The park is not really what we expected, but very nice. We thought it might be a little more rural (out of town), but it is located right in the middle of a small touristy town. If you have pets, their dog walk is amazing. At the back of the park is a forest which has trails. Its really great to find something a little different when walking your dogs. All roads were paved, our site was gravel with a concrete patio. Hookups were good. There are a couple of small super markets, but they are well stocked. We had a back in site which was adequate. The toad parks in an area next to the coach. No complaints. It was a good stay, and we would stay again if in the area. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Camping fees are 1/2 price in May and Oct when not all Yellowstone Park amenities open. This park deserves all the great reviews. Friendly staff, long level sites, super clean grounds, close to YNP entrance and walkable to town. Big rig friendly. We are 65' total and fit fine in a regular pull through, which is a good thing as the premiums were booked. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.
