Nice park, but large, lots of people. Wifi slow. Good facilities. For the price I prefer Colter Bay. Don't enforce their rules too well... Grills and Ice chests left out for bears, cars parked out into roads, drone flying. Good option if you only want to see Yellowstone. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We had a great site with a couple of pine trees, grass and space to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather. Pull through site with more than enough room for our 37' motor home and small SUV. Lots of kids playing in the playground just across from our site, very pleasant park with fairly good wifi and just a short walk to the downtown area. Post Office just outside the entrance. No real dog park, but places to enter the woods that are around the park (go there with caution, since bears are common). We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Downtown is a short walk from the park, and the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just a 5 minute drive. Lots of shops and eateries, as well as the Playmill Theater. We went to see the play "Singin' in the Rain" one night and the cast puts on a fabulous show! We also went horseback riding at Parade Rest Ranch, just a few miles outside of town.

Nice campground, very well maintained. Couldn't hook up sewer as the hole was in the middle of the site. Had to park further back so I could open slides on both sides because of trees. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

A very clean and well kept park. A little pricey but this is Yellowstone. Conveniently located near all the amenities the town has to offer and close proximity to the park itself. We could only stay one night even though we booked months in advance as the place fills up very quickly. Our site was just barely long enough for the 40 footer and the toyota toad and very narrow. There are many larger sites if you can get one. Ignore the posted price. I don't remember exactly how much we paid. We would stay here again. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

I was really looking forward to staying here after all the great reviews. It is a beautiful RV park, very clean, nice trees. Site fairly level, long enough for 40ft motorhome and toad. If you're trying to call them, it may take you awhile to get through. If they have customers at the desk they don't answer the phone. Nice for the customer there, not so nice when you're trying to get there and need an answer. Everyone there was pleasant except for one older woman, she was very snooty. The brochure they give you is full of rules, but have fun. Wifi for only 2 devices. With 5 people that was not fun, then my son fiqured a way ;) No campfires allowed, but the lodge right down the street had huge fire pits. No mats or carpets, and their sprinklers come on everynight to douse your stuff. You must park your RV and toad in a straight line.(so you don't disturb the sprinklers) No hammocks.....lots of rules. Very nice grounds, but if ever back in the area will try a different cmpground. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

There are other parks in town, but none is as nice as Grizzly. The place is spotless with level, gravel sites, a cement patio as well as a sidewalk from your car to the patio. There is also grass on either side of the site. Grizzly is a little pricey, but you are right in town. There's a nice store and the employees were very helpful. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very well landscaped park, conveniently located to West Yellowstone Park entrance and located in walking distance of the town of West Yellowstone. However, for Big Rigs and those pulling toads, the sites are short making it difficult to use. While the park has many things going for it, we felt it was overpriced. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

When we arrived to our site its was in the back corner very quiet and beautiful yet unable to log on to their WiFi. Called the office and they were able to change our location closer to one of their hotspots. After that we had no problems and the front office was very nice about everything. The location of the Sewer was far away for our hook up, so we needed to use 3 hoses. If we had moved our trailer closer than our tow vehicle wound not fit in the site. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The park was perfectly located to walk into the small town and drive to Yellowstone Park. Even our dog loved this park because the pet walk takes you into a natural forested area with alot of trails to hike.

Nice park, clean and well landscaped. Avoid the pull-through sites that are on the end of streets, they usually have trash bins next to them, and people bang the bear proof door all day and into the evening. They water the grass daily, and the sprinklers sprayed water on our coach. The cable was terrible. Very few channels, and ours was snowy. Satellite reception can be blocked by trees, ours was OK. Good Wi-Fi. Good walking distance to the town of West Yellowstone. Plenty of restaurants and stores. Only about a mile from west entrance to Yellowstone. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lots of driving needed from the west side of Yellowstone. 30 miles to Old Faithful, and much farther to places like Mammoth Hot Springs, Canyon Village, West Thumb, etc. Many 150+ mile days to see everything. Plan on driving a lot.

This was our 4th stay at this RV park. Yellowstone is one of our favorite places. Beautiful RV park with large grassy sites. Friendly staff. Our main complaint is the sprinklers. They come on every night and in our site hit the side of the motorhome keeping us awake. The grass was a wet mess most of the time. The water ran down into the dog walk making muddy puddles every few feet. In fact there was a big puddle in front of the dumpster the whole 10 days we stayed. When we said something to one of the staff we were told there was nothing to be done. We would recommend this park in spite of our complaint because it is a nice place to stay. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

My experience here was not as great as many seem to have. First, I was assured on the phone that an ADA accessible site large enough to accommodate my 35' fiver and long-bed, crew cab truck would be reserved. When we arrived, the only site available was a short back-in in the far corner of the park. Just barely big enough for the trailer, much less the truck.

Wi-Fi was non-existent. Phone was spotty. Then "security" comes by and leaves a nasty note because one wheel of my truck was on the grass. Their answer was to park a half mile away at the office. When I explained I couldn't walk that far they offered no other solution.

I ignored them for two days and then we left. I don't know whether this was a management issue or just a couple of unpleasant, unhelpful employees, but we will not stay here again. If it is management, it is unfortunate that they have so many customers that they don't seem to care. Yellowstone is still great. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

High end park... Paved streets, big pull thru's, grass, spacious and quiet. The Wi-Fi is marginal and they only allow two devices to have access... most people have two phones, two computers and a tablet???? So we tethered one person's phone via blue tooth to the other devices. Didn't work very well. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very clean beautiful kept grass, there are paved new roads, only the site where the RV is parked is gravel. There is a paved patio and a lot of grass on both sides.

There are pull-throughs in the "middle" of the park, and back ins around the periphery. We had a "standard" back in which meant that we needed to park our truck in the over flow parking. Premium back in specifically includes space for your truck too.

Our 5th wheel is 31ft and when we backed enough into the spot to fit the truck as well, our electric cord didn't reach, extension cord would have solved it but we didn't have.

Wifi, don't bother, doesn't work. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The town is very clean and relatively quite. Few nice restaurants: Madriz great great Spanish food, also Branch that will have some unique GF and vegetarian dishes.

Drive even just a little bit towards Jackson WY but NOT through Yellowstone, rather through Idaho, the scenery is outstanding!!!

Nice facility. Fairly spacious sits. Restrooms clean BUT you'd think for $60.00 a night, they could keep the hand dryers working....e.g., no hot air. The staff, at checking, asks more inane questions than necessary and, when "challenged" by external phone calls, they seem to become flustered.

For $60.00 a night, I'd expect a concrete slab, not gravel! We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park that is very well maintained. I originally booked this site (120) back in May for our 5th wheel. Well we ended up getting a MH so my selection site wasn't as I had planned, but it worked out. The space is only about 45' unless you run the rear tires all the way to the grass. I didn't want the sprinklers hitting the coach so it didn't give much room for the toad. On the driver side a tree was in the way so I had to park it right along the grass on the passenger side which meant stepping out onto wet grass the entire week. Park has some really nice grass but ours was wet the entire week (no rain), too much water IMO.

Park does have some really nice big rig sites that I wish I had reserved. Had no problem other than the wet grass. I did notice a couple of bigger 5th wheels had to run over grass areas to make their turns when leaving the park. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.
