1 Park near Elm Creek, Nebraska
Mar 2015 - $15.00
Other reviews call it as it is. A gravel, level spot with adequate utilities.
WiFi was great. Have not had wifi this good at any other park, so that does make up for the lack of frills. Did get a phone call late on the night of our arrival asking if we needed any assistance.
Overall, it was a decent place, but the restrooms/laundry area could use a good thorough cleaning.
Would stay again if in the area. - Rick & Pam

The park is easy to get to from I-80. It is about a quarter to half a mile off the freeway. Not much noise from that source. But the park is right on hwy. 183 which is a busy north / south route so there is a bit of noise. There is no owner/manager onsite. This is completely self service type park. You complete an envelope with your payment and drop that in a slot at the "office". The park itself is all gravel/dirt but is fairly level. We did not unhook and had no trouble with level. To get to the bathrooms you enter through the laundry. The laundry room looked relatively clean but I would not use it. The bathrooms are a joke. The door looked like someone had tried to kick it open. Once inside the layout is very strange. The door opens directly into the toilet! If you are sitting down to do your business and have forgotten to lock the door (which seemed to be broken) the door will knock you in the head! They could have used a "deep" cleaning and probably a good paint job. The lower number sites are relatively short and if we had stayed in one of them we definitely would have had to unhook. We opted to go to the higher numbered area. This area is OK but just seemed a strange layout. But the electric the water and the sewer all worked and were easily connected. This park is a desperate; one night only; "I've got to stop and get a nap"; type place. We would most likely not stay here again and definitely would not stay if we had to pay full price of $30! Thankfully PA rate was only $15. This, for us, would be an "emergency" type stop. - DWHill

There is no office and no attendant. You pay by leaving your money in an envelope, but there was nothing wrong with this RV park. It is not a fancy RV resort but it was clean and it was close, but not too close, to the interstate. We parked here in a 45 foot rig and would definitely stay here again overnight. - travelingpeople
