We stayed here the end of April and the first of May, 2017. Beautiful park. Laid out so that all the trailers/motor homes have shade on the patio in the afternoons. Concrete/asphalt sites with picnic tables, concrete patios and most have trees and flowers planted at each site. There were outdoor grills at sites also. We were on the back side of the park away from the traffic. It was very quiet and a beautiful spot. The price was reasonable. Had a laundry, which I didn't use, but glad it was there. We would stay here again. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A true gem of a campground. Definitely one of our top 5! Beautiful grounds and large to huge sites. Full hookups with 50 amp and good cable, but you have to use their remote. Concrete parking pads and patios. Paved roads with easy access. Pull through and pull in sites. Yes, pull in-back out. Sounds weird, but it works well. Bathroom and laundry facilities are great and clean. Large grassed area in the center of the park. Large play area for the kids. This is THE place to stay while visiting all the tourist attractions in the area. We will be back. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. This park is amazing. The only down side is that the roads and entries into the sites are so narrow you end up killing grass to navigate if you have a bigger rig. Clean wide open spaces with a huge green space in the middle of the park. Our site faced the bluffs. Very quiet as well. There were some graduation celebrations going when we were there and you could barely hear them. The WiFi for us worked quite well and our Verizon signal was good. If we ever have a reason to go back we will stay at this park. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Incredibly well manicured park. Nice roads in the park. Long concrete sites, which fit our 43' toy hauler with no problem. Gorgeous view of Scotts Bluff. Nice staff--even followed up with us to make sure we were coming in that day. No fires allowed. Be forewarned--a lot of burrs in the area--no fault to the campground. We began a family bike ride and within 5 minutes had 9 of 10 tires flat! We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Really a nice park. Very large sites, level cement pads and patios, grass all around. All hookups in the right place and work well. The wifi is very slow and could be questionable if lots of people are using it. The cable is kind of funny with one remote provided and the cable box located outside. We have 3 tv's but because of the cable setup all tv's have to watch the same program. Never have seen this before. Other than that the campground is a must stay in the area. It has great views of the national monument.
Would definitely stay again. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very well maintained, city owned, RV Park. The negative side of this park is that it has pretty much been taken over by long term campers. We had to adjust our travel plans a couple of weeks to get a campsite reserved. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the nicest parks we've ever stayed in. Very nice camp host. Could easily spend weeks here just relaxing. Lots of space, great view of Scott's Bluff, convenient to shopping. Lots of room to walk dogs. Utilities worked well. Wifi off and on, but camp host said it worked when it wanted to. Verizon cell and hotspot worked very well. Over-air TV was good. (We didn't have a site with cable.) Only problem is narrowness of pavement in the sites. Getting our 38' 5th wheel lined up straight and avoiding utilities with our slide was a chore, but once done everything was fine. Be sure not to have anything touching the grass (hoses, electric cords, tires, etc). Would absolutely stay here again! We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Scott's Bluff National Monument is only 2.5 miles away. Legacy of the Plains Museum is on the same road as the monument. Chimney Rock is 20 miles east, one of the most important landmarks on the Oregon Trail.

Walmart is 4.5 miles north on the road the campground is on.

Gering Laundromat is 1.5 miles away. One of the nicest and cleanest laundromats we've ever been in.

This campground is run by the city, I believe, and sits on a hill overlooking Scottsbluff. It has super large sites with lots of space between you and your neighbor. The WIFI worked fairly well. Lots of grass everywhere. Laundry room nice and clean. Quite and peaceful. A few long term people, but plenty of sites open when we checked in. It looks as if they are doing some improvements and adding sites near the office. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Close to town and the national monument. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. Spaces have lots of room. Concrete pads in a park like setting. Plenty of trees. Close to shopping. Only negative was that our space took some work to back into and there were several vacant pull thru's available. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the campground, knowing that it was a city run facility. The previous reviews were spot on. Very large grassy are in the middle of the campground, lots of space between campsites. Some sites have full hook-ups and cable TV, some have full hook-ups, but no cable, and some have electric and water, no sewer or cable, so make sure you know what you want if/when reserving. We had a beautiful view of Scottsbluff from the front of the camp site. The site was long enough to park the 2500 crew cab in either the front or rear of the camper. No fire pit but we used our portable one on the patio. Loved this place, lots to see and do around the area, we're going back in October for another 5 days. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

What a nice stay this campground was! Bathrooms were clean and air conditioned (a real plus when it was 106 outside!), the park itself is well maintained with plenty of space between sites and landscaping. The view of Scottsbluff and the Five Rocks can't be beat either. The campground host was both friendly and helpful. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Tent Trailer.

City owned and operated. We have stayed here for 4 consecutive years and will go back I'm sure. Campsites are long, spacious, and the RV sits on a concrete pad with asphalt streets in the park. The park has Charter Cable TV, but changing channels can be challenging. We had to go down the hallway of the 5th wheel, outside the bathroom to change channels!! We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
