Stayed overnight while passing through. Easy to access of interstate. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Cabins on site. Sites were level with all the necessary hook-ups. Gravel sites. Pull-throughs were easy to access and maneuver. Staff was friendly and courteous. Facilities were all clean. We did not use any of the extras. Seemed a bit pricey, but the campground was well maintained and clean. We would stay here again if visiting the area. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

This camp ground rv park was very busy when we arrived , not many empty spaces available. Sites were easy to get into. It had a great gated area on a hill for dog,.they even provide poop bags! It had a pool, games room, jacuzzi, play ground, lots to keep the kids busy. We just stopped for one night on our road trip. It was in a great location , close to shopping.Saturdays they serve all you can eat pancake breakfast I would have enjoyed that but we arrived on a Wednesday. Friday's and Saturdays they read bedtime stories to the young children. I probably wouldn't make it a destination stop but for an overnighter it was awesome and I would definitely come back again. We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park, long pull thru site, friendly and helpful staff. A little noisy from I-80 but a/c helped drown the sound for sleeping. Site was long enough for our class 8 truck, 39' 5th wheel and Smart car. We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.

Just off the interstate this is an excellent place for a stopover. Very green and lush in areas especially considering it's proximity to the city and interstate. The road noise from the interstate was noticeable.

The staff was immensely helpful and courteous. All of the access roads were wide and easy to navigate. Overall the camp was clean and well maintained. We camped at Camp A Way in a Travel Trailer.

Perfect location for on/off freeway access and distance to sights. At check-in our hosts recommended local bar/grill and we ate there 3 times in 7 day stay. Pretty and green and we highly recommend. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

This is an older RV park that has been kept updated to fit today's big rigs. The pull through sites are reasonably level, long enough for coach and toad with room to spare. The back in sites are also good sized and level. The park is fairly heavily treed so satellite TV could be a challenge, but they have excellent cable with 59 SD and 17 HD channels. OTA is also a possibility. The hook ups were placed in the rear third of the site and all functioned as expected. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

Excellent park with easy access; most of the spaces where pull-through with generous space between users. Park was clean and beautiful with the creek, trees and flowers. Staff was outstanding; very helpful, professional, and courteous. We will come back and stay when in the area. We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped over Memorial Day weekend. Had annotated that we were Good Sam and military but we and they forgot to ensure it was taken into consideration. Children had a great time on the "Hey" ride (no hay but everyone says "hey"), large bouncy (adults can bounce too), and Water wars water balloon game, and barrel train ride. Great customer service with staff making sure everyone is having a great time. Nice sundry store on site. Laundry clean with 5 washers ($2/25 min), 8 dryers, ($0.75/45 min). Nice and quiet dispite being next to interstate. Had a large dog-run area. WIFI worked well. Cable TV worked perfectly with large number of channels. Would definitely stay again. Tips for other Campers:

In Lincoln (10 minute drive) the Children's Zoo was nice (small since competes with Omaha), "Farmers" market lots of fun, capital has great tours and can visit the tower observatory, Sunken Gardens very nice.

It was clean and not fancy. Verizon and antenna worked well. Although we had no trees blocking our satellite it would not work as the sites were in the bottom of a gulch and the signal must have been blocked by the surrounding hills. We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.

For what it was it was expensive. Charged $2 extra for a weekend night in the off season. Site was not level and we had to un-hitch our car on a pull thru big rig site. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

It was an ok place. As I pulled in I was concerned about our side but it all worked out. It was gravel and grass areas. No complaints but it's no RV resort either. It's actually kinda cute. Winding roads and quite interesting. Overall a good place to stay. Nice big mature trees. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

Great park ideally located for access to Lincoln. Spacious big rig pull thrus as well as back ins. We paid $4 per night extra to have a concrete patio site with table/chairs/BBQ/fire ring Site D7. BBQ and fire ring cleaned out and plenty of trash bins around the campground. All sites are spacious and are gravel sites with grass besides. Road nearby but noise no problem. Pool and spa tub both heated. Very friendly staff and escorted to site. Stayed 3 nights to sightsee. Would stay here again. Travelling in 38ft motorhome with tow. A nice park with a mix of back-in and pull-through sites, many of which are long enough for big rigs. Sites are gravel with grass between. Lot of trees; we couldn't get satellite but there is good selection of cable channels. Friendly staff, provided escort to site. Wi fi worked pretty well. Downtown Lincoln and University of Nebraska are only 15 minutes away. Convenient to I-80, which did result in some road noise. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 15 days due to a family member's decline in health. The staff were very accommodating to our needs, working to fit us in with only 2 nights notice and then making room for us to stay an extra night. You are guided to your site by a staff member -- the only time that happened on a 6 wk trip. We were across from one of the workampers who shared with us tomatoes from their garden. Our dog loved the dog park area and watching the many squirrels near our site. While just off the interstate, it was quiet (a/c may have helped with noise!) We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Check out the Lincoln sites -- State Capitol bldg., Sunken Gardens, Quilt Museum, Larsen Tractor museum. Travel to Omaha for the Henry Dorley zoo and to Beatrice to the Homestead museum, each an hr away. They have special rates for Nebr. football home games. Want ice cream? Nice park overall. Entrance/exit are good, but a little tight to maneuver through park. Sites are long and wide enough. Space between sites is grassy, nice and shady (but ok for sat dish), and dog run is fantastic! However, there is no walkway from the back rows to the restrooms, laundry, or pool, so sites B3, B4, and B5 become public walkways, with people walking through your site at all hours of day and night. Office staff is nice, and check-in was fast. We camped at Camp A Way in a Fifth Wheel.
