This was a very nice park. Space was large enough for our 34' motor home & tow vehicle. Our space was level. The roads were wide & easy to maneuver through. The map we received at check in was very detailed & there are signs all through the park. The staff was very friendly. We received a Good Sam discount & an additional 5% for payment in cash. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Level gravel spots with trees. There was a trash can conveniently located at every other site. Easy access and exit. This park has everything. Would camp here whenever given a chance. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed overnight here. It had rained before we got to the park and there were a lot of pot holes filled with water. There was standing water in our site which made it difficult to hook up the utilities. Also the sewer is in the rear and if you want to stay hooked up to the tow vehicle you will need a long sewer hose. Staff was very friendly. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Holiday RV Park The park has large old shade trees on some sites. All sites are gravel and fairly level, although fairly close together. Ok unless your neighbor wants a late night smoke under your bedroom window. We arrived during a thunderstorm and many sites including ours were covered in standing water making it difficult to set up. My leveling blocks kept floating away. Although the water drained away soon after the rain passed, a few truckloads of gravel would improve things greatly. Good wi-fi until park fills up. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a fairly good park. Our space was plenty big for our 40' motorhome and toad. The hookups were fine. The access from the interstate was easy. Maneuvering in the park was pretty simple. The office person was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Visit the Bailley train yard and the Golden Spike Museum and Tower. It was a hoot. There was nice RV parking in the Golden Spike Museum. Getting to the museum was unique, circuitous, and a little concerning at times but be calm and follow your GPS. There was a really nice walking greenway area next to the "ditch" or whatever the waterway was called. It was fairly new. You can walk to the greenway from the park just ask the nice office lady. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a one night stopover. Was pleasantly surprised by this park. Very quick off and on I80, staff was nice and efficient, reasonably priced. Nice little campground with plenty of room to manuever our 40ft motorhome. Several restaurants within walking distance and walmart right down the street. Being very close to I80 wondered about road noise, was not an issue. Wifi was good. Not much to do within the park, but a great little campground, would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Right off of I-80 and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Very nicely landscaped park with some amount of shade. Solid electric and good water pressure. WiFi worked very well, but cable TV was a little fuzzy. There was an ant problem around our pedestal. I informed the office and they sent someone right over to take care of it. The location is convenient to everything. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Penny's Diner is within walking distance and open 24/7. There is cheap diesel to be had at the Sinclair over by Walmart. Big rigs need to make the right turn just before McDonald's then make another right to come into the end diesel pump between the Sinclair and the Dollar Tree Store. Head over to the Golden Spike to visit the country's largest active rail yard. Very interesting.

Next to I-80 so expect highway noise. Just once we would like to have some water pressure at an RV Park--not here. Very old park with huge trees to navigate. Filled to near capacity each night, but nothing is put back into improvements. First time ever that we tripped a circuit breaker on a 50 amp service. Irresponsible pet owners were abundant--park had a pet area, but nobody used it!! Several long term occupants. Power washer would work wonders in cleaning dry bird dropping off of the picnic tables. Didn't see any site prep between occupants and we were there 3 nights. Some sites have hookups at one end and may not work with some new RVs that have the hookups at the center. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Conveniently located adjacent to I-80, easy pulloff and get back on the interstate. Extremely helpful and friendly check in. Highway noise was not an issue as we were pretty tired from our long day of travel. The park is older, but well maintained, the roads and sites are gravel but they are pretty smooth, not many holes. The cable is more than adequate, as is the wifi. As the evening progressed the park began to fill up. We will definitely use this park again if in the area. We stay here a couple times a year. Very clean and well maintained park. Staff is awesome. They have sat friendly sites and very shady sites as well. Verizon signal is pretty weak but the WIFI is very usable. Pretty spacious sites. Some interstate noise but not aggravating. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A walk down to Whisky Creek for a steak will not disappoint. A walk the other direction to the arcade is a must simply because you have to be able to say that you tried to beat the tic tac toe chicken.

We have stayed at this park many times over the years traveling to&from our home in Iowa to mountain West states and have never had a bad experience. The facilities are above average for a public on-interstate campground. The sites we have stayed in have all been on gravel and level with reliable water+electric service. We have stayed in both W+E only sites and full hookups over the years. The bathrooms/shower area, office area/store and other facilities have always been clean. Our favorite aspects of the campground are the mature trees and shade, clean facilities, and especially the in-ground heated pool. Our kids have always had a great time when we've stopped here for a night and have really enjoyed the pool. It'll be tough for you to find a better off-interstate stop over campground than this between Kearney, NE and Denver, CO. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

If traveling with kids enjoy the pool and check out Buffalo Bills Trading Post next door. Buffalo Bills is a lot of fun for adults and kids, and has some fun products and interesting historical information about Buffalo Bill Cody who lived north of North Platte for many years, his famous Wild West Show, and fascinating history about the area in the early settlement era of the wild west days.

This is a good park easily accessed from I-80. Check in was quick and easy. Site was a long pull thru with good utilities, including wifi, and easy in/out. good interior roads. Grounds less than spectacular but it was very early spring with recent poor weather. Bathrooms were clean but showers could use an upgrade. Good spot for a stop if passing thru the area. This is an older park that is showing its age. It has lots of trees, gravel sites, and is very convenient to I-80. There is traffic noise, but that kind of goes with the convenience. The rate was a special winter rate including tax; no other discounts are given. There was central water but no water to the individual sites this time of year. Electricity and wifi were good. A nice spot for a night, but not a destination place. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Easy access from I 80. Long enough pull-throughs to avoid unhooking if desired. Fuel, restaurants and souvenirs within walking distance. Spotless restroom and laundry. Rather frumpy looking exercise room. Strong WiFi. The office included a small market which was poorly stocked. Although there appeared to be a number of permanent residents, the park was clean and tidy. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
