Friendly and welcoming staff upon arrival. We used this for an overnight on the way West. Reservations in advance were easy, and they provided a site that would allow satellite service, with a dish on the front third of the roof. Our site was a pull through with full hook ups, and was easy in and out. We didn't unhook our toad. There are full shade sites, and some with partial shade. Our site, #83, had no trees in the immediate vicinity, and satellite reception was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

One of the fastest check-ins I've ever had at a campground. Close to I-80, but freeway noise was blocked out by the front office and trees. Some sites are treed, providing shade, others are not, giving a clear view of the sky for satellite. Some long-term/seasonal spots along the east and north side of park and were well-tended. I had no issued with either water pressure or highway noise, but our site was towards the back of the campground. Bonus: The pool is shaped like the state of Nebraska. I will definitely choose this campground when in the area again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

The campground is easy to find. The staff is pleasant. It's easy for a big rig to navigate. The site and roads are dirt and gravel. The utilities are well placed and worked well except there seems to be an intermittant water pressure problem. The campground is attractive. Wifi is poor. Cable is analog, but works well. Traffic noise from I-80 is very loud. We stayed overnight. We would stay again, but only for overnight. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

A very nice campground. We had a level spot with no trees to use our satellite. We stayed 2 nights. I noticed as RV's left someone came by and checked the site for trash, etc. Landscape was very well kept. We parked in a 44 foot motorhome. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground right on I-80. Lots of trees and grass. A bit tight for big rig, but was able to maneuver through without unhooking dinghy. Front office very friendly. Services all fine. WiFi issues though. We would return. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice clean park. It is close to the highway, but not that noisy. Front desk staff very friendly. Lots of nice shade trees, easy in and out from the highway. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed at Holiday RV Park while enroute back to Texas. We were really surprised at the Oasis style park. There were trees and more trees. We really enjoyed this park. The lady at check-in even waited on us being arrived at 9:30pm. We would definitely stay here again. We really liked this facility.... We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Conveniently located near interstate and the sights and stores. Quiet clean park with shade which was good since the temps were around 100 at the time we were there. Plenty of room on the site for our 34' fifth-wheel and truck. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

You have to go to the Golden Spike Tower, even if you aren't into trains. It is amazing how they maneuver all the trains around.

Great mom and pop park. We stayed overnight on our way to Colorado. Lots of trees - spaces between sites - park, pool and playground included. Can walk to nearby restaurants - tourist activities- quiet though the highway is close. Would definitely stay here again! We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park close to North Platte. Wife and I visited some of the museums and stayed for two days. Sites were level with picnic table and a place to cook out. We had a drive through so both motorhome and tow car fit nicely. My site was very level and didn't need to use my leveling jacks. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd be glad to stay here again. Tips for other Campers:

Nice museums just outside of town including Buffalo Bills Ranch and Lincoln County Historical Museum. Both worth taking the time to see. If you take your time, museums will take at least two hours. You should be able to walk well and cover a bit of area.

Tips for other Campers:

Visited the "Grain Bin Antique Town" which is out in the countryside. It consisted of 20 historic wooden and octagon shaped granaries with boardwalks connecting them. Great inventory and breathtaking views. Very unique and family owned. A must visit. So neat! Great lunch at Penny's Diner.

A lot of their business is "drive thru" for one night for people driving through Nebraska. The bulk of their sites are pull thru's for that reason. We were there for two nights and it seemed to empty by about 9:00 and fill back up by 6:00 in the evening. Unlike several other campgrounds along the Interstate, they have pretty decent shade and the sites are not on top of each other. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were looking for an over night stay. It was perfect for that. There were also some people around us there for the weekend. It appears that there are some longer term also. The spots near the highway were a little noisy but as you moved toward the back the trees blocked a lot of the highway noise We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for one night while passing thru the area. Good clean park, professional staff. We had a 50A pull thru. It was level although a little short (but workable). Some trees but not all sites have shade. Utilities were good although internet was very slow for a while (got better, particularly in the morning). Note: we do have an antenna on the trailer. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent campground. Easy on/off from the freeway, level spots and close to town. The staff was friendly. We had no trouble with road noise and the wifi was excellent. What I liked were the huge, ancient trees throughout the park. Please stay at this park to keep the trees from being cut down. This is in a commercial area and, if the property isn't profitable, someone like Hilton is going to come in, cut down the trees and, in Joni Mitchell's words, put up a parking lot. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
