We've been driving across country and needed a site for the night. We were able to get a nice pull through site about 60 feet long. The couple that work here are very nice. We were shown to our site and they checked back to see if everything worked okay. We used the laundry and it was squeaky clean. We would defintly stay here again of we are in the area. We camped at Country View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Try the Front Street Steakhouse in town.

We had a short lay-over in this campground while returning to our home in the East. We wanted a rest day so stayed for two nights. The CG is easy on and off the highway. The host staff were very friendly and helpful and escorted us to our site and helped to get us situated. Internal roads and sites are gravel, level, with a comfortable amount of grassed space between sites. They have some really long sites making it easy to get it parked, and get out without taking off the car. We drive a 44 ft MH and tow the car. Wifi was a bit slow but the cell service was good. They had just installed new cable equipment and the cable worked well, after the host helped us get it correctly synched. It was surprisingly quiet given it's location to the highway. Trains do travel through the area and we heard their horns now and then but it did not disturb our sleep - we had to use the furnace anyway because of the temperature. They don't really have a designated dog area but there is grass around the park which makes a nice walk with the dog. We would stay here again. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.
Walmart and restaurants close by if supplies are needed.

Very nice campground on the south edge of town along Nebraska 61 from I-80. All states are pull throughs and are wide enough and long. Electric, w-fi and cable outstanding. Within walking distance of Shopco and Walmart (.5 mile). We camped here in a motorhome and would definitely stay again if in the area. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

Great choice for an overnight when traveling on I-80. Far enough off interstate to minimize traffic noise. Very helpful and friendly staff. Level sites, convenient utilities. Wi-Fi was fine. Cable TV a plus. Restrooms could use updating. Sites basic and close together, but this wasn't a problem for us because park wasn't at all crowded midweek. Very quiet! We would stay again. The rate reflects a Good Sam discount. This is a very pleasant park for a night's stay on a long trip. It is far enough off the highway to minimize noise but easy on/easy off. The staff was friendly and helpful - even led me to the site and gave me the high sign when I was opposite the hook-ups - nice when you travel alone, and the site is 100' long, gravel mixed with sand. Nice shade at my site but satellite friendly. I didn't use Internet or facilities so cannot report on that. I definitely will have this on my repeat list as I travel back and forth through this area fairly often. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a good place for a overnight stop. Easy on/off the interstate. You can see it from the campground but cannot hear any road noise. Long pull thrus with well placed utilities. Some sites have shade and for those who use a rooftop satellite, there are wide open sites. Trees are trimmed and cause no issues. Did not use bathhouse or laundry. Verizon cell and mifi worked fine. Staff was very friendly. We would stop here again if in the area. We camped at Country View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Excellent park. Easy access from highway, but about a half mile from I-80 so no noise. Sites are long and plenty wide. Utilities good. Cable TV and wi-fi good. Good satellite TV access. Parking sites are dirt. If concrete, this would be a 10. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a simple but pleasant campground, conveniently located south of I-80 but far enough that road noise is not a problem. Sites are level with numerous pull-throughs. Campground is shaded with nice boundaries for walking dogs. It appears that they have added 2-3 additional spaces along the west edge. Close to gas stations and restaurants at same interstate exit. We have stayed here 4 times and would stay again. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This campground was a great stop-off on our way home from Mt. Rushmore. They have a pool and a small playground. The restrooms/showers were in need of a little freshening up, but functional. The laundry was nice. We really just enjoyed the peace and quiet here. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

Easy to get to off of I-80. Sites are long but not much space between. My door opened onto the utilities for the next site. Easy to maneuver in and out. Wireless worked OK, not great but seemed to stay on. Bathrooms are small and older but clean and nice. Very Quiet! Perfect for one night. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This is nice park. We have stayed there 3 times, once going west and twice returning east. Easy to pull through with 40f oot and tow vehicle and wide enough for slides. Well maintained with on site manager. Used laundry once and it was clean and fast. WiFi and cable were quick enough for us; although, the park was not real full. We would certainly stay there again if in the area and would make it a destination while traveling. We camped at Country View Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
