First off the park is immaculate and very pretty for a desert park. Shows pride of ownership. The reason I picked this park was that I called ahead to be sure that the hot tub was working. My poor old back really benefits from a good hot soak after a day's drive. Lots of rules here. I was instructed to notify the office if I wanted to use the tub. They would then turn on the propane heater on 1/2 hr earlier. When I did this they forgot to turn it on, and I was told that their lawyer advised not to heat the tub over 101 due to chance of heart attack suits. At this point this place kind of lost it's camp ground flavor. These families have run this park for a long time and have gotten kind of defensive probably for good reason. I will not be driving the extra 10 miles from my grand kids house to stay at this park. Other than my hot tub fetish, I would recommend this especially for large rigs.

If you are looking for a spotless place to get in and out of easily, this will do you well. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed here before, it has paved roads and gravel sites. The sites are long enough for your rig but most must unhook. All the services are good and it is close to town. There are a lot of long term units here some are here for the winter others are longer term but this does not create any issues all the is sites are well maintained. The only negative to us was the price, it seems high for this park. We have stayed before and it was reasonable in the past. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate based on month stay. Park is well maintained, clean and quiet. Sites are nice, not extremely wide but plenty long enough for our 41 ft. fifth wheel and to allow parking next to trailer and open slides. Roads through park are plenty wide for easy travel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in area. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park, wide paved roads. Easy in and easy out. Very clean, nice size dog parks ( 2 ). Pool was nice, laundry and bathrooms very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Concrete patio would have been nice but we are finding out that this is not the case in most parks in Arizona and Nevada. Still one of the nicest parks we have been in. would highly recommend. Overall Rating:

We were very disappointed in our site as we were surrounded by permanent residents that woke us up daily at 5 am with noisy trucks idling despite the rules against such. Spaces are cramped; you share parking space with your neighbor. There is no room to put out a chair, no tables provided. It was cramped and depressing and we did everything we could to block out the environment, shades down, soft music to drown out the neighbors who LOVED playing theirs too loud. We did notice that the 5mph speed limit was enforced - we witnessed a few people screaming at "speeders". There were areas of the park that seemed to have more inviting spaces, but we did not have one. We will NOT return. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was our 4th visit to this park. Each time we visit I am impressed with how well run this park is. All roads are paved. Sites are gravel and very level with plenty of space. It is easy to get around and all the sites are pull-through. There are trees but they are still small and don't give much relief from the sun. The restrooms are nice and clean and the laundry works well. There are two dog areas to choose from. We did not use the cable but the WiFi worked just fine. Though not a beautiful park - it is in the desert so there is not a lot that can be done about that - it is still one of my favorite RV Parks. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean, easily accessible. Good, wide paved interior roads. Stayed overnight and did not use any of the facilities so was a bit expensive. Had to detach our tow to fit in the pull through site but plenty of room to park it along side. Electric and water pressure were good. Wifi was better than average for a RV park and was faster than our Verizon 4G. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is easy to get to, well maintained and a good location for exploring the Lake Mead Recreational areas. The MiFi was excellent the whole week. We Iike that they have recycle bins. The laundry was good with plenty of machines and reasonable prices. For people with pets the blacktop roads make it hard to walk your dog when it's almost 100 degrees out. The two pet areas are sand filled and good when you get there. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

There is a lovely Veterans Memorial Park maybe two miles down Buchanan Blvd that is very pet friendly with lots of beautifully landscaped grass. There is also a splash park for kids and fishing ponds. We loved it!

This is our second stay here. We chose to return. The staff is excellent, the location is great, access is simple. Just follow the directions and roadside signs. Sites are pull thru but may not be long enough for some tow combinations. Campground was upgrading wi-if while we were there. I hope it is better than what we experienced. We stayed here in April so did not use the pool. Interior roads are not as wide as we would like for our big rig but do-able. Good restaurants in town. Near the visitor facilities to Hoover Dam. Third year we have stayed here for two weeks each year. Wifi has been upgraded and is still being upgraded and works well. Didn't use cable but channel list was excellent. Sites all level, we had a pull thru. Customer service is excellent. A lot of monthlys and most are kept tidy, just a couple that could use some cleanup. Fairly quiet park with amount of campers. Enjoyed our stay as usual and will return. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

We arrived late at night (early morning actually), and I am always pleased to find "some type" of after-hours procedure at a park. Information was well posted and easy to understand, as far as available sites and how to get to them. Park host came around shortly after we pulled in, to check up and see if we needed wifi code, etc. Very few parks have someone patrolling about at 1:00 in the morning; I appreciated the fact that he swung by to see if everything was suitable. We did not use wifi, cable, pool, etc, as we just slept for the night and then departed in the morning. Pull through site was level and easy to get into, all utilities worked well and were well placed. Park is in nice shape. I would certainly return if in the area again. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was our second time here and it was just for one night, but again I was so pleased with it. Easy in, easy out, pull through that was level gravel. Utilities worked as they were supposed to. The sites are gravel and the streets are asphalt and plenty wide. There are trees but they are small and don't help much with the heat and sun. I loved that there are 2 dog areas. I can't find a thing wrong with this place. It is in the desert so of course there is no grass which is all that I thought was missing. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
