This park was delightful. We knew we were only stopping for one night and the office staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We camped in our travel trailer and our site was more than adequate for the trailer and our pick up truck. That was a nice grassy area with picnic table between our site and the one next to us and that was nice tree coverage. Though this is Valley view RV park from the area we were in we did not specifically have her view because of the trees. But that was not an inconvenience to us. The park is kept very clean the shower and bathrooms or individual indoors and kept immaculate. The Wi-Fi was little slow but did work. There were over air television channels but many duplicate channels. We chose not to watch. The laundry has two washers and two dryers very reasonably priced, and again the laundry room was very clean and comfortable to use. There are full timers here but they seem to be in a totally other area of the transient RV years. Though we are right on route 93 we did not feel that there was noise through the night. We had full connectivity and even in the cold we were quite comfortable. We stayed hooked up and did not go into town or to any of the stores but did notice that there was a small grocery store not far from the park. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in Space 59 for two weeks and it was OK--lots of folks in and out but mostly quiet despite being right off Hwy 93 about a mile north of Ely. One problem was that the lawn sprinkler system remained broken and made a muddy mess around our door despite the fact that they had folks doing a good job of mowing and weed eating. The office is seldom open but that was OK with us as lots of services are available back in town. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

No internet, unless you're right by the office. No cable TV, company went out off business, but still listed on site. Pull thru sites are close together and trees make it hard to park. The day we arrived they had watered and the road into site was nothing but mud, our trucks rear end slid making 5er slide into a low broken branch. Damaged about 4 foot of our roof! Our next door neighbors slide kept us from putting out our awning and impossible to sit outside. Had to pull way forward so slide would clear tree, so truck was partially in neighbors site, but they were nice and said it was ok, no other place to park. Sites not level, everyone on blocks. Watched a man yesterday try for 30 minutes to get into a back in site and get level, they finally gave up and left. Needless to say go somewhere else! We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We just needed a place for the night and felt fortunate to find this park since others in the area were full. There were a few empty sites when we arrived, but by dark, they were full. It is an older park for full-timers and a few spots for overnighters. The sites are small and tight. Some sites are difficult to pull into because of trees. It was dusty, but served the purpose for the night. The young lady in the office was very pleasant. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We chose to back in because those spots are a bit more away from the road. Noise from road did not bother us. Back in gave us a little mountain view and there was a large green area behind us.

Nice park. Lot's of road noise but that didn't bother us. Wifi was spotty but TV on the antenna was very good. Website said they had a RV self wash. Lady in office said they didn't. She did let me wash the bugs off my coach. Sites were level. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good Sam discount, lower marks due to high cost for this part of NV. Overall a very nice stopping point. We had a nice long and level 50 amp full hookup with cable & Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was mostly very good during our two day stay. Interesting cable lineup, I found network stations out of Vegas, Reno and Salt Lake City. So no matter which way your headed you can see what's going on. Very friendly check-in. The laundry was small, 2 of each, $1.50 for washing and $1.00 to dry. The dryers looked new and all machines worked great. The only negative was when they just shut the power off to our row to fix a problem at a site. It was during the dinner hour, fortunately we had just finished ours. No warning at all, there were only 3 or 4 sites occupied and it would have taken less than 5 minutes to notify us. Instead, we are checking for tripped breakers and looking for a problem that was not there. A complete lack of common courtesy by the maintenance staff. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Convenient to the highway, with fairly level gravel pull-throughs near the front of the park. Friendly folks at check-in. A bit tricky navigating the pull-through between the trees for big rigs, but doable. Trees blocked the satellite, but there were plenty of OTA channels available and a an extensive cable selection. Verizon cell and data were strong, and the park WiFi worked well. Plenty of truck noise throughout the night, otherwise a quality stay. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Restrooms and showers are combined. Ours was flooded and smelled of sewer. Laundry facilities but clothes didn't get dry. Pull through and back in spots. Hookups include cable. Park area. Residents don't always clean up after pets. Easy access from the highway. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park easy to get in and out. The park has long term and a short term sections. The park is gravel sites and road with grass between the sites. There are trees in the park. The pull thru spaces are long enough you can stay hooked up. The back-ins are wide and easy to get into also. The services worked fine. We have stayed before and find it a very convenient over night stop on our way through the area. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy in-and-out for an overnight stay, our 3rd time here. Friendly staff. The counter-clockwise entry loop past the office would have been confusing if we hadn't been here before. We purposely plan a stop here every time we pass through. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were assigned to an area that was pull through with 50 amp service. Sites were long and fairly level. They sell propane on site which was handy. There is grass between spots and room. The free Wifi worked very well. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. The traffic noise was not that bad and we were on the edge near the highway. We suggest visiting Ward's Charcoal Ovens which is a great historic spot. I understand there are caverns here that are a fun visit also. We would have enjoyed another day to visit the museums but were out of time. We would stop here again and will recommend it to others. We camped at Valley View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
