We stayed here during a long road trip to let the kids see Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. It was a nice camp ground and very clean. You could tell that most of the spots were taken by long term residents. Spots were not very big and were tight. Staff was friendly and the park was clean. There is no shade, and our AC had a hard time keeping up in the Las Vegas heat. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at the park for one night. Check-in was relatively simple and the park is clean and easy to navigate. The sites are close together and only long enough for our trailer. Backing up and un-hitching was difficult because you have to push your trailer up over a curb into your site. Our tow rig was significantly lower than the trailer tongue and took awhile to get the ball to release. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The site we stayed in was a concret pull-thru built out of former two back to back sites. Long enough for our 40 ft MH with tow but not very wide. If we had used our awning this would have touched the rig of our neighbor. Hookups worked well, also WIFI. I didn't use the showers and pool area but both looked clean and in good condition. Reservation /check in procedure was awful. Tried several times to call ahead to ask if they have sites available. Never got a person on phone only the answer machine. Left a message. They once called back but I could take the call at that time. Requested via their contact option on website with arriving date and vehicle size. Got an email: call us. So, we drove up and I went into the office. They immediately started blaming me that they couldn't leave a message because I don't have voice mail.f Next they wanted to make a copy of our insurance card. We are traveling since 7 years now and this never happened to me till this day. Should mention we don't travel in a trash truck but in a 40 ft class A MH in good condition. I asked vor 2 nights and Passport America Discount. Told me, they only give 1 night even though their advertisement on Passport America website still shows 3 nights. So I wanted to go first 1 night with the discount and maybe extend. Next they told me I can have the discount but only for the second night. When I asked why the lady told me, they are very good booked and it's their decision to give the discount. My decision is this was our first and last visit to Duck Creek RV Park. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Check in is long and quite ridiculous, they wanted to see our reg. docs and insurance, they inspected our fifth wheel to see if it was of a good enough standard for them, all together it took about 40 mins. We choose the premium site, which turned out to be long rather than wide, it was so narrow we could not put our awning out. most of the sites were occupied by people that lived their full time, in very old rigs, so the idea of tourers needing to be newer than ten years was ridiculous. Many residents had works vehicles blocking the roads, that came and went at all hours. Next to the site is a sports field that leaves their flood lights on six nights a week until gone 11pm this disturbed our sleep. The swimming pool was too cold to use, all bathrooms were locked so if you forget your code you had a problem. Friendly staff did not make up for other issues. Never again. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The entire facility is pet friendly and very clean. There are alot of permanent residents here but most of them are very friendly and well maintained. We love this park. Here they are just delighted that you clean up after you and your pet. Spaces are pretty roomy, especially the premium sights, we stayed in a pull through and it was tighter than we like but doable. But also big enough for both our SUV and full size car to park behind us. Will stay here every winter. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way up to Fallon, NV and I-80. It was a little tight parking, we had a back-in space, with close neighbors, but it was level! There was a local bus stop right out side front gate. It was quiet, even though we faced the Boulder Highway. We had to park on the street, space was for RV only. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Its appreciated. We always look at these reviews to see where we can make improvements. In my days of traveling with our 5th wheel I found city RV Parks to be less open than out in the country. Safe travels hope to see you again,

I didn't see any ducks or creeks, it was more like a nice parking lot in a very convenient location near shopping and Costco (1 mile away) but for the price it was very good. $16 for Passport America plus $1.92 hotel tax. I called up at 3 pm for a spot for the night. Paid over the phone with credit card. Pulled up to find my check in package in an envelope with my name on it by the office door. It was a bit hard to find my spot since the spot numbers are a bit worn out but I figured it out.

The regular spots are about a 12 x 35 parking space. You park your towed car across the front. Our spot was towards the back so the car noise from the nearby street wasn't bad. For the price, it was a very good place to pull in for the night. I wouldn't do a long term stay here due to the lack of green space and tight spaces. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are small....standard sites are 35' deep, which includes the bushes behind your unit. Everybody parks in the street, which makes the street tight. The premium sites are either deeper, or are double sites. The double sites are pull-thrus. All roads are paved, and most sites are concrete. There are 2 laundries, one by the office and one in the middle of the park. The only area for pets is gravel and not enclosed. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly staff, good location for what we needed. But- sites were VERY narrow! Boulder highway has lots of emergency vehicle traffic so not very quiet. Really puzzling was the fact that they said that their policy was to require rigs to be less than ten years old, but many of their full time sites were occupied by rigs much older than that. Will probably not stay here again. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Duck Creek is very happy that you gave us a try. Your absolutely right about the older RV's. But our full time RV's are tenants that came to our park when there RV was not over 10 years. But we do not evict based on age when their RV has been in park when the age limit expired. Quite a few of them consider Duck Creek RV Park their home. Because they work in Vegas. Happy Travels!

Very tight spaces and many are filled with long time residents. This is not a place for vacationers to stay a few nights as is it looks more like a trailer park for workers. Although the pool and hot tub are okay and relaxing. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay. Others talked about a $15/night rate, maybe that's a discounted rate? We were asked to pay $43. Arriving late in the evening we decide to just make reservations. The desk clerk was friendly, left a map with our site circled taped to the office door. We arrived at about 11:30 pm. The place looked nice, clean. Basically a parking lot with hookups. We weren't expecting much more. The site he had reserved for us was supposed to be a pull through, but we would have high centered the RV if we had pulled through this site. We couldn't stay in the site he reserved and had to look else where. I would have enjoyed staying here for $15/night. Not $43. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Duck Creek is on Boulder Highway, very close to Henderson, NV. The entrance is almost hidden approaching from the north and not a whole lot more visible from the south. Summer in Las Vegas sucks no matter how you cut it. Our back-in site was just barely deep enough for our 30' motorhome and not wide enough to deploy the awning. On the positive side, the showers and restrooms were clean and the park itself is well maintained. The electric power was good, clean and stable at ~118v which is good because the ac was on the whole time. The utility connections are clean and well maintained. Tips for other Campers:

It's Las Vegas. If you're into giving your money away, there are myriad ways to satisfy yourself. The park advertises Red Rock RV Wash as the only service allowed in the park. They're fast, sloppy and expensive but, when the temp is 112F, I wasn't about to quibble. The park brochure also advertises Momoyama Sushi about 3 miles away. The sushi was fresh and tasty but expensive (everything is expensive in LV.)
