Overall Rating:

This park was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much for $30 especially when they told us we got one of the last sites when I called for a reservation. When we arrived we were upgraded to a nice spacious pull-through near the dog park instead of near the entrance. You are escorted to your site which is a very good idea as the layout of the park can be a confusing. They warned us about the barking dogs but we felt it would be better than traffic. The services worked good including the WIFI which was another pleasant surprise. I can certainly see why people return year after year when in the Las Vegas area. What great value! We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean and well maintained. Overnighters mixed with longer stay rvers but all was good. Pool was very nice. Park was quiet as it does not allow anyone under age 18 to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Enjoyed going to Sams Town but found finding a good restaurant close by a little difficult. Many shopping opportunities and golfing st Stallion Mountain was fun and reasonably priced. Park is a straight ride down Flamingo Street to the strip but not within walking distance. Truly enjoyed staying at this park

We have stayed here many times. Secure, clean and close to anything you might need. The only negative is you must use the dog park for dogs to relieve themselves. Our dog won't use dog parks so we have to drive her anytime she wants out. A pain for us. Especially late at night. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

You need to unhook when you register. We had plenty of room to park our 40' Motorhome and car in front since hookups are at the back of lot. Close to Walmart superstore and Sams town. Water available at park.

The RV park and facilities were great. Very nice Pet area divided in 4 individual areas that help to keep dogs separated. Only downside to stay was the internet. Very slow or poor coverage at most times. We will continue to return each year. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an adult park (age 18+). Great value for the price. Make a reservation, as park was crowded. The park has 24-hour security and gate guard. The staff was friendly and informative. We had a level asphalt site with a picnic table. Wi-Fi is free with a 1-G limit. Antenna TV picked up plenty of channels. Some day noise from the airport, but it was quiet at night. Get a key ($10 returnable deposit) for the restrooms; showers were clean. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We were here for 2 weeks. Sam's Town is 3 blocks away; great buffet, best to drive there instead of walk. WalMart is across street from Sam's. We used 'Uber' to see the local popular sites, as even self-parking had hourly fees.

Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park for the month of January every year since 2010, and it is consistently outstanding. They have upgraded their WIFI and it works great. VERY clean park. Showers and restrooms immaculate. Paved roads and pads, with gravel areas between sites, all of which are well maintained. Well maintained laundry facilities (2 laundries). Good security, which is needed due to its location in east Las Vegas (Sunrise). Propane delivery twice a week, and the propane man from Vegas Propane, is great to do business with. The charge is $25 for 7 gallons, delivered at your site. The park is normally very full in January, so we book a year in advance. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed many times and enjoy the park with the Patrols at night giving a sense of security. We are finding that they are renting to many long term workers who seem to not follow the rules. Dog issues along with speeding noisy trucks leaving early for work. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Close to Sams Town and their free shuttle to the strip and downtown. Gated and manned 24 hours along with patrols at night give a feeling of safety. Located in a questionable part of town.

Things just didn't start well here. Pulled in with our C-RV attached to our 37' Class A just before sunset midweek. Unfortunately there's just enough of a slope that it made unhooking difficult. I was pretty much so told that was where I had to unhook (which made sense later). A very nice guy patiently waited before escorting us to our site. He politely stood by while my wife navigated me into our standard back in site. Part of his job was to make sure that I was only in my site. That's a great policy. All hook-ups at our site are behind the coach in a shared gravel area. Our 50 amp outlet is located so low to the ground that the portable circuit breaker thing I use is essentially lying on the ground. I use one of those blue disposable water filters attached to a gauge pressure regulator for the water. The faucet is about 9 inches above the ground pointing down at a 45* angle. It required the short little hose attachment that they often is included with the filters, an item I had neglected to bring this trip. Good thing we had plenty of water in our fresh water tank! Then there was the dump hose issue. It's a long run (about 20' for our coach) to an elevated connection on the far side an asphalt curb. These hoses ". . . should be raised off the ground . . ." at this park. Our dump orifice is located so very close to the utility box that I had to cut off the lever on our attachment designed to facilitate an easy solid connection or dumping would have been impossible. But . . . The site is pretty wide. Plenty of room to park the car in front of the rig. It's hardly more than an asphalt parking lot, but that also makes leveling easy. All the employees have been just great. We look for a quiet, safe park and it most definite has been that. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We paid $585, for a month, which works out to be $19.50 per night, less taxes. The park has 24 hour security, including a 24 hour gate guard. We found the employees to be friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were informed that even though we had a pull thru, all the connections were in the back of the site, so we would need to unhook our toad, before getting to our site. We were also told that unlike most parks, parking and driving on the gravel is allowed, when necessary. The interior roads and pads are asphalt. We found that a lot of the interior roads were narrow, and there are some tight turns, especially for a larger RV.

The strip is about 15 minutes away, as long as traffic is flowing. The park sets right on Nellis Blvd, which seems to be a major through fare during rush hour, other then that, there is not much traffic. If we ever go back to Vegas, we would stay here again. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Excellent location to explore Las Vegas. All interior roads are paved and this is an adult park only. Three pet areas including one that has smaller spaces if your pet needs to be "alone". Hookups in perfect location, all appear new. Park is clean, quiet, and very well managed. Pool and hot tub very clean as well. First time ever Tengo net worked flawlessly. You are escorted to your site. Will definately stay here again. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Fantastic bathrooms! Pull through with plenty of room for both cars and between our neighbors. Site level. Staff was very nice. Corrected an error of theirs whereby the person helping me by phone made the reservation for the day I called rather than the day I requested. Only staying one night but nice location from the strip and plenty to do in the area. The overall feel of the place wasn't fantastic but goods. Black top and pavement, no grass and very few trees. We would stay again. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Nicely kept park, easily accessible from Interstate, 6 miles down Flamingo from strip ($25-30 cab ride). We had a pull through site 302 for our 40' 5th wheel. Streets a little narrow. We pulled in ok, but pulling out was tight and unavoidably wound up scratching side of RV on a small dead tree in front of site 301 that should have been cut down. New dog park was nicely done and staff was very friendly and helpful. Upgrade sewer connections with threaded pipes. Would stay here again. We camped at Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
