Not good place to stay. Bad management with an attitude. Asked about pool water treatment? Bad/no answer. Bathrooms may have?? TP/Paper towels & soap. RV park is trashy with litter all about. Just pass on this dump!! We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed in the RV park after visiting Death Valley NP and on the way to Quartzsite AR for the rest of the winter. The park is well managed and very clean. It is noisy at night due to the proximity to the street but the close proximity to shopping and other services is a big advantage. Wifi services are reachable only to those sites close to the office. We recommend this place to any RVers visiting Las Vegas. Please bring cash as payment as they do not accept credit cards. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stay was terrible. Park is right on busy highway with drug dealers and hookers. While sitting by rv awnings my husband was asked if he needed A hooker. Drug dealers were doing buisness on wall surrounding park and items in front of RV were stolen. Jacuzzi was old and jets barely worked. When we asked about fixing it they stated it was 30 yrs old and there was nothing to do. Water faucet spigot leaked and when we came back to rv there was a sign on door stating they turned off our drinking water We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is right off Boulder Highway and they have a special for $16 a night for the first 3 nights, then it goes up to $20. Most of sites are pull-through and blacktop, with a little landscaping in between. About 75% of the occupants are permanent, run down trailers. Staff in office is very nice. Wi-Fi is available in the office only. You are also required to give a $10 deposit on a key which gives access to the bathrooms, laundry ($1 wash and dry) and the pool. A major safety concern is the key is needed to open the pool area and to get out of the pool area. My husband and I went in together, but he left when the sun got too hot, and I was actually locked in the pool area until I found someone walking past with a key to let me out! For the price, we would stay here again. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Not in the best part of town. They were just finishing an upgrade on all their bathrooms and showers. We were here a month and enjoyed the facilities and the location. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We have been in this RV Park for 3 months tomorrow. When we first called this park last Sept we were quoted a monthly rate and asked the year of our RV. I must have passed muster, so we headed here. When we arrived we checked in and were charged substantially more than the quoted rate. They maintained my RV was too big for the lower rate. The quoted rate for elect. was .25 per kwh. I found out later in the next week that all the parks around us charge .13 per kwh. While the Park is clean and well maintained, homeless and druggies wander through at will. I finally met the security guard very early one morning. There was a major water main break in our row and we were without water for a few hours. One of our bikes was stolen the second night, and periodically we were visited by people with one sort of scam after another banging on our door. They were quite brazen. I would have moved after the first month if we hadn't gone through a big hassle getting our mail routed here. So we just decided to stay put. We probably should have moved. The whole experience left me with a feeling of just having had to deal with a used car dealer for 3 months. Kind of bait and switch. We are not gamblers so our overall experience in Vegas was not pleasant. Never again. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This is a typical Las Vegas asphalt parking lot. They offer a good rate, posted on the large sign out front. The site size is good, wide enough for slideouts and your vehicle. There are bushes between sites which makes it a bit nicer. Hook ups were good, pool was nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in Las Vegas to visit family and would have stayed here longer except they would charge for electric if here for more than a week. There are lots of permanent RV's and some pretty old. This is a good location, not real close to the strip which means less traffic. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

We would stay here again. Spaces are large, paved. No shade but not a problem with awnings and AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not fancy, but we enjoyed our visit here. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

Better than the Walmart parking lot. This is good if you are passing through and need an easy cheap place to park the rig with full hook ups. Spots are large and accessible. Location is in a hard neighborhood way off the strip but there are some casinos within walking distance. Probably will stay here again due to the price/amenities, and would recommend it to anyone passing through. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We had an appointment at Freightliner (they did great work and have a separate RV department) in North Las Vegas, and we had stayed here once before overnight. This time we were staying for 4 nights but turned into 6 nights because of the high winds. The whole park is asphalt except for the strips in between sites that have bushes that were trimmed down so you could get your slides out. The asphalt surface comes off onto your shoes and if you don’t take your shoes off it ends up on your carpet. It was really a pain!! We had a back in site away from Boulder Hwy against the wall with the trash building in front of us. It’s the only trash area for the park so everyone stops there in their truck to dump their garbage. They have trash pickup every day even Sunday (5:55am). Unfortunately, there is a speed bump there too so they get over the bump and give it gas and it’s loud, day and night. The sites to avoid are 28-38. The pool is very nice and the office staff was as friendly as could be. The rates are $16.00 a night for the first 3 nights and then it goes to $20.00. Weekly rates are $89.00 + tax. They don’t take reservations. No problems with the power, we could run our AC and washer/dryer at the same time. Water pressure was adequate. You could get a sewer smell outside once in a while but it really wasn’t a problem. There are other RV parks nearby (Sam’s Town and Arizona Charlie’s) and will probably stay there instead next time. The grime from the asphalt was really too much to deal with. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here five months for work. The place was always very clean, and everybody up front was always happy and helpful. They went way beyond the norm for us while we were there. Bathrooms and pool were always spotless, as was the hot tub. Great security also. Price is for monthly rate we paid. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice, clean park near all the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas without being in the middle of it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rate reflects a weekly rate plus electricity added on. We found that even with the air conditioner running most of the time, it was cheaper to pay the weekly rate and have them charge us for electricity, than it was to have a flat nightly rate. But then, we had a small RV and we were here for 2 weeks. (there is a set up charge and then a per kwh charge). The sites are basically paved areas and relatively small but we had enough room for what we needed. There is some desert landscaping between sites, which gives a little bit of privacy. The showers and restrooms were clean and roomy. They also have a community pool and hot tub. The pool water was very cold but we did enjoy the hot tub. We would definitely come back. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.

I will agree with other post of this campground. We had a site next to the main highway so it had a lot of vehicle noise and heavy foot traffic on the sidewalk in front of the park. The grass area in front between the sidewalk and road was the dog walk area. I would stay here again. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Road Runner is a nice park with an excellent rate. The first three days are discounted to $16; the rate increases to $20 after the third day. There is no WiFi at the individual sites, but we could use it in the clubhouse. For the most part, this is a large parking lot, but it is comfortable and well kept. The rate is for the 1st three days after which it becomes $20/night. Nothing fancy here but all services were clean and as advertised. The park itself is clean and well-maintained. This is a great place to use as a base to visit Las Vegas and the surrounding area. We would stay here again for the short term. We camped at Road Runner RV Park in a Motorhome.
