Have been here many times. The park seems to be showing its age and high usage. Most of the restrooms were under some stage of remodel and closed, with no one really working on them. Staff in office was nice, trams were basically non existent. Seems many of the trailers there during this visit have been there for some time, and have accumulated some level of junk around them. Never saw security in this park. Probably will not come back when in the area. Felt safe, but this park is definitely not at the level it used to be. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nothing special, really. Just a big terraced park with tons of spaces. Quite dusty but fairly well maintained. Cater to those wishing to get away from the snow in the winter. In August it was searing heat like in the 105 degree range. Fired up the AC and took the slow shuttle to the walkway to the casino. Had to wait a long time for the shuttle to return us to our site. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lots of levels to this campground. We requested a 50 amp pull-thru and drove past a lot of spots that would have accommodated us before we got to Level 7. The directions on the map to guide us had us on the wrong side of the site for our connections and since they park rigs in opposite directions, we were unable to make the hard right into the spot from the opposite direction because the big rig on the left was pulled all the way up to the front edge. Had to call and get routed thru the casino switchboard to the RV office. She insisted we would fit in the site! After pulling down a few spaces we found one that could accommodate our big rig & tow and gave her the site number to change in her files. Clean campground with good connections. Cable TV. Had no problem leveling. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

As usual everything was good for the price. Love the free breakfast coupons. Elect was good, water was good, but for some reason they have the sewer connections jacked up higher then needed. This causes you to lift your sewer hose up by hand in order to have it drain. Wonder why they did this. I would like to offer a suggestion for the improvement of the Maintenance folks access to the Maint. area. Take out space 498 along with the tree, elect. box and water and sewer hook up. Pave it so that there is a smooth approach to the Maint. Area. I've seen cargo vans, flat beds and other vehicles twist to use the current access area through the cement drainage ditch. This has to affect the under carriage systems of these vehicles. Money saved on shocks, bearings, springs and alignment would certainly offset the loss of revenue of this one space. And it would make it a lot safer for your folks. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

The ONLY place to stay in this park is on Level 5, maybe Level 4, but 5 is the best for this place. Our rate was a weekly rate divided by 7 and they threw in four b-fast buffets. The lower levels aren't fit to stay in and are not quite as good as a Walmart parking lot. Many of them are gravel. Level 4 seems to have a few picnic tables with none to be found anywhere else. We stayed next to the restroom on the 5th level and it was loaded with dog poop since it seems to be the only place with a spec of green grass, and since there seems to be no dog runs. Our sewer connection is higher than our vehicle which makes it a lot more work to dump. With a modest investment and much better management this has the potential to be a great place, and maybe it was 20 or 30 years ago. We only stayed here 4 days but still saved money with their weekly rate, and it was their idea! Not sure if I would stay here again, maybe, but ONLY if I was on Level 5. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a large park and our review may not be reflective of the whole park. When we arrived, they discovered that they reserved the wrong spot for us (30 AMP vs 50 AMP). After some time, they found another. When we got to our spot, our first impression was bad. Our (long term) neighbors had vehicles parked on half of our spot. There were baggies of dog poo laying on our spot. Plus plenty of dog poo on the ground. Our spot had large potholes in the gravel. Our neighbors told us that the last couple left all the dog poo, yet as the week went on, we watched our neighbors leave their dog waste where ever it was dropped. We were also told by our neighbors that everyone uses half their spot and the North half of their neighbors spot. So we parked our car in the North half of our other neighbors spot. Our spot was almost level. You can use the hotel pool, but it's a long walk. We will not stay here again. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

The casino runs a free 24hr shuttle from the RV park to the casino. There is a movie theater, bowling alley, car museum, etc. in the casino. Lots to do beyond gambling!

This is a very large park with sites on several levels, or tiers. The higher levels looked like they might be nicer than the lowest level where we were. Sites are gravel/sand with no grass or trees. Only 30 amp power was available in this area. The hookups are side-by-side, with the spaces being alternately back-in or pull-in. If both sides of the site are being used, you will have very close neighbors. We arrived late in the evening and were assigned a site that was very unlevel with another coach on our driver side and a storage building so close on our patio side that we did not have room to put out a chair, much less our awning. Several times during the day park employees were in and out of the building to pick up supplies. We complained to the office and were moved to a better site across the street. Fortunately, there was no one in the neighboring sites during the rest of our stay. Wi Fi is provided for a charge by an outside provider. The sites in our area had cable, but only one hookup at each side-by-side utility post, so if your neighbor gets it first, you are out of luck. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cheapest place we've stayed, good location! Front desk ladies are pretty cranky and the wifi that cost $19.99/week doesn't work hardly at all. Walking distance to the casinos and the nice Riverwalk Trail. Big park with all the usuals but nothing special. The weekly rate comes with two free buffets that was not good but ok since it was free... We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for 3 nights, spot #515 on the upper level. The site was a back in, a large gravel lot with a concrete slab. All the utilities were in working order. The cable TV had been converted to a digital system that didn't work with my 2005 motorhome. A cable box is available from the office, I didn't try it though. The restrooms/laundry were clean. There is a fee for laundry. A shuttle is available to take you to the casino. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

The casinos are located along the Colorado River, River walk to many of them, also a water taxi for a fee to casinos beyond walking distance. We found the River View Restaurant was a good alternative from the buffet. Great prices.

We stayed during Thanksgiving which we do most years. The sites are wide and most sites have a great view of Laughlin & the Colorado River. There is a shuttle that takes you to the casino. This isn't really a campground for kids no amenities. Definitely a good park to stay. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is terraced into the hillside above the Riverside Casino. The RV pads are concrete and the surrounding area is crushed rock (its the Mojave Desert). There is virtually no vegetation but I wasn't expecting any. The utilities worked great. We didn't use the shower or bathrooms but the ones near us were being remodeled and will be quite nice when completed. The park is quite large, over 700 spaces.

The RV park provides easy access to hotels (free shuttle bus was running 24/7 over the weekend) and the Colorado River - good utilities and large spaces - very friendly employees. Excellent Verizon cell reception.

But this RV park is just that, a great place to park. One must go outside the park for activities / shows / restaurants. If you are someone who needs a lot of in-park activities, this park won't work for you. No shade since you're in the desert.

We spent our days on the river and had several nice dinners in the hotels. We were near the top of the hill and had a nice view of the river and the town lights at night.

A group near us was using it as a base for riding their motorcyles along Route 66.

We will return. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.
