8 Parks near Mesquite, Nevada
Jan 2017 - $22.00
Older park very tight and Narrow road ways for maneuvering. You have to go to the Casablanca Hotel for check in. All hook ups seem to be sufficient and 50 amp service was efficient. It's just if you come in here with a long couch wanting to just spend One night you're probably going to have to unhook your car . Weather permitting I would probably just Boondock and move on the next day . We camped hear in a motorhome. - monaco cruiser
Apr 2016 - $22.00
There is very little room between spots, we couldn't put our awning out because it would hit the next trailer. Checkin people are extremely rude. Keep driving, it was awful. - Candykerr
Mar 2016 - $20.00
This park has very short sites and no room for your tow vehicle. You have to try and find some place you can park????
Otherwise our site was level, power was good.
There is no wifi at the park.
It is quite a hassle getting booked in as you have to do that at the Casino which is then about 4 blocks from the RV park.
If you want your receipt, you have to come back to the casino when you check out. Another hassle as parking for a fifth wheel and truck around the casino is a challenge.
I think even through it was $20.00, I would look for another bonafide RV park. - cooter5
Jun 2016 - $35.00
The only negative thing I had was the WiFi. Spotty, weak. Other drawback is most sites are only gravel - and maybe a patch of weedy grass. Otherwise, great place to stay! The camp host is terrific. We arrived late and it was dark but he helped us set up even tho he had a broken foot in a cast. This was our 2nd time to stay here. Gorgeous views of Mesquite lights at night. Park is on the side of a mountain just above the hospital. This is a fairly new park and last year the grounds weren't as nice as they are this year. Grass is thicker and greener; nice landscaping and park lights. The clubhouse has a pool table, big screen TV, big comfy furniture. Close to fast food & Walmart. Lanes are wide and accommodating; spacious sites. No obstacles. Don't have to worry about hitting your neighbor's rig with your slide-outs! - Pamilu
Nov 2015 - $35.00
Great park. Original plan was a high end RV resort where you could purchase pads. I hope it will be even better when it is finished. Everyone on staff was friendly. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. They had a nice grassy area for pets. It sits on a bluff above town so you are away from the noise of the casinos. There are a lot of places to ride ATV's around Mesquite and this park has excellent access to some of the best trails. They were good about letting you ride in and out on your ATV. Please be courteous so that this can continue, as I would hate to see another park ban being able to ride directly from your camp site, due to other people using the streets of the rv park as a place to ride for fun. There is a club house with a pool table, exercise room, etc. We were told they were going to begin work to finish it after the first of the year. For now it is our choice to go in Mesquite. The only reason it does not get a 10 is the noise of the circulating pump for the small lake they have. It was a bit annoying. - CortTom
Nov 2015 - $50.00
As others have said the campground is being sold and it is not completed yet but it is still very nice and could be much better in the right hands. I was disappointed that the putting green was no longer being maintained. No pool as of yet. The clubhouse has plenty of other things to do though. WiFi was very good and secure.
The only negative we had was the hosts. They were not very friendly at all. One gentleman barely looked up at as when we went to the clubhouse let alone say hello. You would think they would try to be pleasant given their circumstances.
We would probably try the park again to see if they complete it. - John Borajkiewicz
Jan 2017 - $40.00
Loved this park. We stayed overnight on our way from Park City to Vegas. Extremely clean grounds, level gravel sites, and friendly camp hosts. There is a gate from the park to Smith's grocery store. There was also a mobile RV wash service that we used. Landry room was clean and convenient. We would definitely stay here again. - OpenRoadJedi
Nov 2016 - $35.00
Campground was easy to locate just off the interstate and well located to shopping (right next door) and casinos. Sites are gravel, spacious and plenty long. Full hookups worked fine. WIFI worked OK. Not many extras here, but everything you need to camp. We stayed here six days in a fifth wheel. We'd stay here again. - Hurqleez
Nov 2016 - $40.00
Great location for an overnight stay. Wide, long pull thrus with trees and bushes between sites. Smith's grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. - 5th wheel cmpr
Oct 2016 - $28.00
Stopped here quite a bit over the years, the prices have gone up this year. Still an OK stop. Different sites fit different size rigs. The pull thru sites are short, you cannot remain hooked up. Both ends of the RV area have big long sites but cost more. Lots of room to maneuver. Pool and casino are nice, food great and reasonable priced. - RDRV
Sep 2016 - $25.00
On checking in you had to go inside casino. Not easy to park rv and not have a long walk inside. Receptionist I checked in with had no clue about anything regarding rv park. We chose a pull through. Very short and tight with someone on each side. No place to park tow vehicle. Wish we would have seen review about pull throughs. Would highly recommend a back-in. Cable very poor. - alsan
Jan 2016 - $24.00
Nice place to "unwinterize" for a couple of days. Get a back in as the pull through are not real level. - Smokinghawk49
Oct 2016 - $49.00
Notice all pull throughs are one line of gravel and one line of concrete for the placement of homes, all utilities are therefore in rear end of pull through so unless you have a short vehicle you must unhook and pay for a real pull through. Booked a pull thru with exact needs not to unhook for two nights, they had the size of our 35ft plus vehicle, sites are made for eventual homes and all hook ups are at rear, husband ill and needed to make things easy for night. Was charged more each night for a pull thru, they put me in another lot also supposed pull thru. We asked for a $6.00 per night refund as that was charge for pull thru without unhooking, and when I spoke to the manager nicely in Spanish, she screamed at me I was racist and this was the USA and we speak English here. I could leave without a refund for the night as my husband was too stupid to hook up properly. - rvalways
Oct 2016 - $32.00
Stayed here one night. Requested and received a pull thru site so didn't have to disconnect enclosed trailer. Lot's of park model homes, but not a problem. - ORAZRVR
Sep 2016 - $47.00
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a closed office. To be fair, I'd been told that the office was closed on Sundays and had received a site #. The sites are not RV friendly at all. If you want to be close to your patio you are 10 to 15 feet from your hookups.....if you need to be close to your hookups you're, again, quite a distance from your patio. This park is very definitely geared for park models. When I asked why the price was so high I was told it was because of the "amenities", pool, hot tub, etc. Their wifi was terrible and there weren't that many people there. I would expect that when the park is full only a few can get on. For the price they charged they should know better. We will not be staying here again. - C Kelsey
Apr 2016 - $25.00
Excellent WiFi, easy enough back-in, no TV reception.
Had to raise wheels 4" on one side, needs a raking. Hook-ups well placed, both water values leaked. Overall, a good park just needs a little TLC. - can'tstayput
Aug 2015 - $25.00
"Excellent Management Staff"; Super Clean/Quiet Facilities, Nice Clubhouse, etc., etc., etc...
"What more could you ask for?" - dugb
Mar 2013 - $20.00
Spaces are a little tight but we had no problem here. Very friendly and helpful park managers. No cable but TV available in the clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again. Rate is based on a weekly stay. - daveinaz
Sep 2011 - $25.00
Excellent park in quaint little border town next to the Freeway. Clean and quiet with friendly hosts and nice sites. Would stay here again! - User1969
Mar 2011 - $25.00
Kings Court and Chief Sleep Easy RV Park (their sister park right next door) are in my opinion the best around. They have a very nice Clubhouse with a pool table, a big screen TV, a kitchen and even a community computer with internet access, they have a dog run, lots of trees (and grass in areas), and the best Wi-Fi that you could possibly hope for. They actually offer four different Wi-Fi routers between the two Parks and they absolutely fly. Streaming Video is no sweat and the staff is just great. - dugb
Nov 2016 - $3.00
We camped here in the fall. Weather was fantastic. Scenery was spectacular. The place was filthy. Trash cans were full. When they were emptied trash bags were stacked up around dumpster. Directly off interstate. It feels like you are camping in a rest area. We visited with an Arizona State Trooper and were told the only way to make camp safe was to lock gate at night. Of course BLM didn't care to do that. We might overnight here again in a pinch but we would stay inside and keep doors locked. - pegleg118
Oct 2015 - $5.00
This is a beautiful place but VERY bad for dogs. There are lots of tiny cactus all over the campground that are very difficult to see. One of our dogs stepped on one and we had a heck of a time pulling all the spines out. If you're a dog owner, skip this place. Otherwise, lovely, with views of the river and cliffs. - User3011
Sep 2015 - $4.00
Very scenic campground. Sites are roomy pull-throughs. Will definitely return. - mockturtle
