Nice they accept Passport America. Great Lake resort in the desert. Found road access very good, for all rig sizes. They do offer some long pull thru spots, great for staying all hooked up. Most of the sites are back in, but easy angled approach. Some spots have trees, so use of your sat. dish may be in question. Overall you won't be disappointed. The Casino located on the property is nice and offers a great breakfast special. They offer a shuttle to the other casinos in Pahrump if you ask at the RV check in desk. Nice clean attractive setting, a nice man made lake in the middle. The lake makes for a nice dog walk, dog bags are provided around the lake. All the RV sites are well spread out around the lake, so the sites are fairly large, so there is plenty of room for the largest of motor homes or 5th wheels with slide outs, and a tow car. The nicest park in the area, also get their players card and the rates are very reasonable. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Off season, quiet park. Very comfortable. Wifi worked reasonably well, no cable tv, but could still get over the air channels. Would stay here again. Lots of ducks that live on and near the pond. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Campsite was level. Park is scenic and a nice path around the lake to walk dog. Pet friendly. Adjacent casino had some good food and very good specials, i.e. steak and fries - $4.99, $2.99 breakfast etc. Unfortunately, the casino was smokey from cigarette smokers and cold. Lots of ducks and geese so watch where you walk. Overall we will be back. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Green grass and an artificial lake. One begging goose who wanders from site to site. Lots of ducks. Free use of paddle boats. Trees. Paved level sites including pull thru and back in sites. Big rig friendly. Pet friendly. Paved walking path around the lake. Heated pool and hot tub. Free t-shirt and buy one get one free buffet at the adjoining casino. Buffet was kind of marginal. 30 long terms sites. No social activities or organized get togethers for the the long termers that I saw. Very clean place. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Drove to Ash Meadow National Wildlife refuge which is where the endangered Devils pupfish is located. Also nice walks around some springs. Also toured 13 mile Red Rock Canyon National Preserve about forty miles from here. Free Pahrump city museum worth visiting.

This park is our local getaway from Las Vegas. The park is an oasis in the middle of the desert, with green grass, mature trees, a pond that hosts a ducks and geese. We have visited this park 9 times in the past year, staying 2-3 nights per trip. During this time, we have stayed in almost every area of the park. I am convinced that there are no bad spaces in this park. The spaces are all paved and very level, and most have gravel parking for an additional vehicle. No fire pits, but you can bring your own portable one if you choose (and we do). Some sites have picnic tables, but all of them have a nice 10x10 concrete patio. The campground offers free paddle boats and kayaks for exploring the lake, and I have seen many people fishing in the lake during my visits. The attached casino is small, but friendly. There is a cafe with both menu and buffet service. The attached convenience store has most items you need, but is significantly more expensive than the grocery stores and Walmart available in town. I highly recommend this park for any visitor, especially in the Fall and Spring. Be aware that Summer temperatures can easily exceed 100 degrees! We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Visit the Pahrump Valley Winery for wine tasting and have lunch at the attached restaurant.

This is probably the nicest RV park in town, with beautiful landscaping, paved roads, and cement pads. If you like casinos and gambling, this is very convenient. However, this place gets a low score from me for not letting me know that the time I planned to check in was a trick or treat event for the entire town and that 700 kids plus parents, food booths, and a bouncy house would be there, basically closing the campground from 5-7 pm. They did call the day before and ask me when time I planned to arrive, and said it would be best to arrive before five because they were having "some" trick or treaters, and said they would escort me to my site, which did not happen. The security guard directed me to a dead end in a parking lot where I had to keep moving to let cars out as people left. I am an older single woman who travels alone and was stuck for over an hour standing in the parking lot, avoiding a drunk in the parking lot who followed me around! I finally got set up at 7:30 pm. The manager did call me two days later and apologized and said they would not charge me for the two nights, although this does not completely make up for my experience. I told them that next time, they needed to be more complete in their warnings to people with reservations. The park is clean and well-kept, but I will not stay in a casino again. We found Lakeside to be one of the nicest parks we've ever visited. Neat, clean, beautifully landscaped with lots of trees/shade I doubt there is a bad site in the entire park. The staff was very friendly, competent and just a pleasure to deal with. The amenities are first class from the large pool to the lovely sand beach on the lake. The adjacent Casino is small, no table games just electronic games of chance, not loud or smokey; it was pleasure to spend time in. The restaurant has great food at very good prices. We enjoyed both breakfast and the buffet. We only stayed one night as we were returning home but will be back soon and for several nights. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Wow! This was a great find. It is one of the most beautiful RV parks we have stayed in. Sites have cement pads and lots of grass and shade. There is a wonderful path around the lake. Staff was great. It was really clean and there was fishing and small boats free of charge on the lake. It also had a very nice pool. A number of folks there had been returning for years. They make their reservation a year in advance. You can't go wrong with this park! We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

One of our favorite stops this park is an oasis. Sites are paved and level with lots of grass. Even though park was full it was very quiet. We usually only stay a couple of nights and do not use the facilities. The staff was nice and helpful. Rate was Good Sam. We will stay here again. As others have said, this is what an RV park should be. Many great spots overlooking the lake, friendly staff, and just a short walk to the casino. Showers and laundry located in at least 3 different areas of the park so you are never far away. Kayaks and paddle boats are available to take out on lake. Nice level sites and good hookups. Very relaxing stay and we will return. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This is what an RV park should be. Nice lake, very dog friendly, nice people, grass all around a cement pad. Could not be better. Cheap as a Passport America rate. It is very hard to find such nice parks as this. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Oh WOW! This park was sparsely populated at this time of year. Ducks everywhere caused havoc with our dogs, but the areas were clean and plenty of walking space for the dogs. Very beautiful park! Some road noise am and pm, but with inland space, I suspect this is minimal. We were located closer to the highway. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

We have stayed numerous times and will continue to return when we're in the area. The mountain coming out of Vegas overheated our rig's engine, but we made it. The park is a beautiful spot on a small lake. They provide kayaks and paddle boats. Fun! The pool and spa were clean and refreshing. The restaurant has a nice, reasonably priced buffet every night, and it's great fun to walk the dog on nice sidewalks around the lake. The bathrooms were clean, but could use an overhaul and more showers. A real treat to stay here. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate reflects summer special and is all inclusive. No cable, however Direct TV was fine. Due to time of year, we chose a site (42), which had a lake view, but is heavily shaded. Lots of shade and grass in park, so sprinklers can be an issue for some. Although clean, the bathrooms and showers are in need of updating. There is a small casino and restaurant on the property, which are very adequate. Keep in mind, Pahrump is not Las Vegas, there is not a lot to do there in comparison. The Pahrump Valley Winery is nearby, and has a great high quality restaurant open for lunch and dinner. This is a very pleasant place to stay, and the lake makes it a jewel in the desert, for sure.
