This is one of the best sites we have ever stayed at. Everything is perfect. The staff are friendly, the park is clean and it is very well organized. The cactus garden provides good photo opportunities. The pool is much larger than most. The park is very close to many stores. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a really nice park for the area. There are lots of trees, unfortunately we were there at a time the sap was dripping a little. All utilities worked well and were located well. We were able to get satellite with no problems. WIFI worked well. Laundry was clean and inexpensive. There are lots of things to do in the park along with activities but we did not participate. There were lots of permanent residents but everyone was friendly. Probably the only reason I haven't rated this park higher is the number over very old RV's in the park make it look rundown. There was trash left at our site from the previous RV'er. I do recommend the back-ins if you want space between you. The pull-thru sites are closer together. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was great. Making reservations was tough. The website link took me to a page that said on-line reservations could not be made. When I called the park I was told that I could not make a reservation more 30 days after my call I was told to call back nearer the time I wanted to arrive. I called two days later (still beyond the 30 day window) and was able to make a reservations; however they would not take a credit card to hold a site. On arrival the staff seemed to scramble to find my reservation, but every thing worked out. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Price reflects Passport America discount. Arrived with a reservation made a couple of months ago. Price went up $3.50 during that time. We were put in site 318; very tight, staggered parking. Utility connections are at the very back of your rig so make sure you have the hoses you will need. Shared water connections but water pressure is still good. You will need to seal your sewer connection. Satellite signal good from this site. The free internet is provided by Tengo Internet and is often very, very slow especially in the mornings and early evenings. There were times that we could't connect at all. Verizon cell signal was 3 bars of 4g. Plenty of activities including woodworking, stained glass and more. Important: Stop on the side of the road when coming in and walk up to the registration booth. We failed to read the signs but all worked out. Next time here we'll stay at the Elks Lodge for $10 a night with electric and water. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The PA price was 16.50 per night. I don't think I'd pay full price but this was a nice park. The bathrooms have been remodelled and are very nice a clean. Hookups are good but spaces are extremely close together. Laundry was good: $1.25/wash and $1.00/dry. They seem to have lots of activities but we didn't use the clubhouse or pool. Good internet. WiFi was free and good. Sites are mostly pull thrus with the amenities at the back of your site but easy to get to. Sites are close together but they let you go forward so you are not with your slides against each other. A little older park but well taken care off and very quiet at night. Nice covered swimming pool. Every site has a table, the entire park is on gravel so it can be a little dusty. We found out that everybody (mostly) are driving very slowly. We didnot use the clubhouse but it seemed very busy and the do a lot for the guests. We will be back, it was a nice surprise. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We were in a back in site that was sufficiently deep & wide for us. Water & electric connections were at the rear of the site so it could serve our row & the row of back in sites behind us. There was ample distance between the rows so that units are not backed in close to each other. The sewer connection was more conveniently located to the side of the site. The park has 2 separate sections. There are 3 laundry facilities in the park, one in each section & one at the clubhouse. There is also a wood shop, stained glass shop, & a sewing room. The pool has a retractable enclosure over it. The clubhouse is very nice & has a billiard room & a tv room. There is also a very nice koi pond near the clubhouse. Horseshoes, shuffleboard, & an exercise room are also available. No cable tv, but plenty of OTA channels. WiFi is only available in the clubhouse. The members are very friendly & have a lot of activities that can be enjoyed by everyone. The park is conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. We stayed 7 days on Coast to Coast. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay another 14 days on Passport America. Rate shown is an average of the 2 rates. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The pool is excellent. The laundry room is so clean and convenient, and reasonably priced. The site worked well, as we were traveling with a fellow RV, and our awnings faced each other, but were staggered, giving us a great shared space. It was easy to find, easy to get into, and gave easy access to all the fun in Pahrump and Las Vegas. We were in a gravel, pull-through site, in a motor home with toad, and had room to park the toad at the site. The rate is Passport America. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rate is for monthly stay. We enjoyed this park - friendly people, great location in the "heart" of town, and excellent facilities. Large recreation center with pool, sauna, billiard room, and library. Relaxing Koi pond next to horseshoe and shuffleboard courts. Sites are reasonable level, gravel, and long enough for tow to be parked, and most have shade. The park WiFi was excellent, Verizon cell/data were strong, and although no cable TV, there were ample OTA channels and clear view of satellites from most sites. Dusty when windy, and it's almost always windy here. The entry booth often is overwhelmed by new arrival check-ins and visits from residents and can result in delays in entry to the park. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Motorhome.

All gravel sites - nice and long with full hookups & 30/50 AMP power. Gravel with concrete pad for picnic table. Tall pine tree at each site. Hookups are convenient and all hookups work well. We were put in Row W. I don't recommend that row as it backs up to a small street and the trees are still small with just a little shade. The advantage of Row W is you have lots of side to side space. Beautiful gardens with a koi pond. Nice kids playground. No fenced dog park. Staff and other RVer's are very friendly. This park has many many activities every week including an enclosed Heated salt water pool, extensive wood shop, stained glass shop with available instruction, arts/crafts & sewing, and a full activities calendar every week. No cable TV but excellent over air TV. We would definitely look forward to staying here again. We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We came for easy access to Death Valley, 45 minutes away. That worked fine for us (spent all day on long drive--great, worth the visit). The CG had its own veritable forest, a lot of green in the desert! We aren't much for pools or activities, but they clearly have a lot. Park is huge and caters to families thru retirees. They even had a greeter who came to our campsite with all sorts of suggestions, including planning our trip thru Death Valley--sage advise, as it turned out. We arrived mid-afternoon and were greeted with smiles and a welcoming attitude. Made us feel very welcome. Our reservation packet was complete upon arrival. Check in was easy and smooth. This is a Coast to Coast member park so fee does not reflect actual cost. I did have to pay a $3.00/day surcharge for 50A electricity however. Security guard at entrance 24/7. Interior roadways are easily navigated to our long pull thru. I had room for my 40' Phaeton towing an 18' car hauler trailer. Still has room at rear to park my 2nd vehicle. Electrical pole close but a long run for sewer. Required my extension hose to reach receptacle and on my site, flow was a little up hill. Good thing sewer connection on my RV was a little higher than site sewer connection. Somewhat level, gravel with concrete patio sites. Trees provide shade. Sites are configured so RV direction is alternated so you share a single pole with two electric panels on driver's side and you share space with your neighbor but have your own patio and picnic table. There is an outside, heated pool. The club house has a kitchen. Many park-hosted activities are held there, like breakfast, or Bingo, or a host of other activities!! Clean showers and bathrooms available. We were met by the park host, who suggested various day trips and other close to park activities. He asked several times before he left us, "do you have any questions that I might be able to answer?" He was very conscientious!! We were quickly greeted by our neighbors and we're made to feel welcomed!! Surrounded by the Spring Mountain range. Some peaks are snow covered!! We camped at Preferred RV Resort in a Motorhome.
