I have a 38' motorhome towing a Tahoe, and I was able to get in and out of my spot easily; however, there are a few low hanging branches on the perimeter trees that scraped along my roof as I drove to my spot. The spaces here are very wide and long enough so I didn't have to unhook. The hook-ups for 2 adjoining sites are together. This RV park is a parking lot with no trees except the ones surrounding the park. The pet area is tiny with nasty, stained gray gravel and signs posted to keep your pets off the "grass," which is mostly Johnson grass. The park is very clean and spacious. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Registration is in the casino, so I suggest you park near the casino front entrance to pay and obtain your space number then drive to the RV park as it is quite a bit of a walk.

Overall Rating:

This is a great place to stay to see the area. It is an asphalt parking lot with long wide sites. Most of the sites are pull-through. It is very easy to get around the park in your RV. The dog walk area was small but there was lots of open space right across a small street at the back of the park. The park is off the main road but road noise was not a problem. The WiFi worked well. All the utilities were great. The lot is on a small slant but we had no problems leveling the coach. The restrooms and showers were clean. This was a great RV park for the all inclusive price of $25 per night. You go into the casino to the registration desk to pay for your site. There is a large parking area near the park where you can park while you register. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We like to stay at Saddle West as the ground are all paved, full hook-ups, dog area (not fenced), grass walking area, small laundry, good restaurant with lots more nearby. The monthly rate is $400 including wifi. There is no host. You can choose your own spot and if no one is currently renting it and just not there at the moment, it's fine. Check with the desk before you hook-up. Just give them a call. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

$20 is based on the weekly rate of $140 all inclusive. It is basically an asphalt parking lot with back-ins around the perimeter bordered by grass and trees, and pull thrus in the middle with shared pedestals (which can make things a little close when two alternate rigs are sharing a pedestal - only inches between slides; having your own pedestal on one of the islands is the way to go). Several gravel islands between pull-thrus with trees and pretty rose bushes. Sites are good size, utilities are convenient and worked well. Lots of cable stations. WIFI wasn't usable at our site. Restrooms always clean, laundry is $1.50/$1.50 but only 2 washers/dryers. It is convenient and clean, walking distance to casinos, food, shopping, etc; a good stop for overnight or longer. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean and well planned park. Landscaping all around perimeter and some on the interior of the park. Security cameras seen in the park. Check in was quick. Hookups were fine. We backed into a space with landscaping on one side. Mountain view when we looked out the rear window. Covered picnic tables scattered on the perimeter. Overall Rating:

Your basic casino parking lot with FHU. There are registration phones on the outside of the laundry/rest room building just after entering the RV area. If you don't have reservations you simply pick up one of the phones and you are automatically connected to registration. I told them what I needed and the girl at the other end gave me options which I drove around and checked out, parked in one and walked to the registration office (at the casino portion of the complex) to complete the process. FHU all worked properly; site nearly level and extremely long and wide; probably could've fit 2 RVs into it easily! Did not run my slide out to help cool the rig more easily. Showers have some sort of water saver on them so it takes a few more moments of rinsing in the greatly reduced pressure. Pool area (at the hotel) laundry and rest rooms all spotless. For $25 its a pretty good deal. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lounge across the street has live music and a killer "Garlic Special" pizza that will keep werewolves away for more than a few days. Appears to be a favorite of the locals who are tremendously friendly.

This was our second time here on our way to California. We absolutely love this place. For 25 bucks you get a level, paved, full service lot with access to a great pool, modern laundry, clean washroom and showers. And to top it off, their casino has the loosest slots around and of course free drinks.

The only awkward thing is that they put a $50 hold on your credit card when you check in. But like I said, we've been here before and they are good at releasing the hold. Nothing to worry about. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Try the casino here. Loose slots! We paid $25 for the lot and walked away with $ 175 winnings from the slots, plus lots of free drinks.

Big rig friendly with full hookups, 50 amp, cable and real good WiFi. Level parking spots with very little adjustment needed on an asphalt covered parking lot. Clean laundry and rest rooms. Reasonably priced daily, weekly and monthly rates with all utilities included. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Convenient to highway but quiet with room to maneuver a big rig. Park is a paved lot close to the casino. Showers are clean and plenty of hot water. Casino has a buffet – small but the food was better than expected. Wi-Fi was good. The dog area is tiny but there is a large vacant lot just across the street where the dog can walk around. Great for an overnight stop. We would stay here again. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is an asphalt parking lot with full hookups in the middle of downtown Pahrump (in this part of the world, spaces are going to be gravel, dirt, concrete or asphalt; lawn and tree county it ain’t). The RV Park is about a hundred yards away from the casino. The lot slopes for drainage, so be sure to carry 2-3” of leveling blocks. Select your space carefully (the host can help) if you want your front door closer to the ground, rather than higher. There is some landscaping and lamp posts around the perimeter, and the restrooms/laundry room, an ice machine in the laundry room, and a sand dog walk area with a bag dispenser. The spaces are big enough for a big rig plus ample parking for the tow vehicle or the toad. There is a full-time host onsite, and I never saw any part of the facility dirty or unsightly. The spotless restrooms are among the best we've seen for availability, cleanliness, and maintenance; they are cleaned in the middle of the night, so you are unlikely to encounter any “down time” if you are on a schedule. The Wi-Fi is superb, simple, fast, dependable, and free. The guests are quiet and courteous, and we noticed very little road noise, although helicopters sometimes fly over after dark but before about 9:30 PM. The town in general seems friendly, with reasonable prices (gas here was nearly a dollar less than over the border in California). If your interests run to the out-of doors, Pahrump is pretty centrally located to reach most of Death Valley, Ash Meadows, several sand dunes areas, Red Rock Park, Las Vegas, and a ghost town on day trips. The rates were $25/night, or $152/week (or $375/month, and there are some long-stay residents). I can only rate this park as a nine compared with some parks in more glamorous areas, but I'd give it a ten for western Nevada and eastern California parks. Although we don’t typically stay in parking-lot type sites, or in the middle of towns, this will definitely be our first choice when we come again. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: October, 2011 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

The rate we paid was by the month, $325 including all utilities. The internet was not the fastest that I've ever seen, but adequate. It has the cleanest restrooms and showers that I have ever seen. After looking it up and seeing all "asphalt", I was pleasantly surprised. Immaculate grounds, quiet at night, the only negative was when I paid to have my RV washed (by a completely self-contained outfit, including their own water), the Saddle West charged me an additional $12.00 for allowing me to have my RV pressure washed. Other than that there were no negative experiences. We camped here for a month waiting for our home to close escrow. We camped at Saddle West Hotel Casino & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
