This park is pricey for what you get, but it is a very pretty RV park with beautiful grass and nice sites. The only problem we had was that the lanes are pretty darn narrow. The sites are big enough but short. There is a good walking area for you or your dog, out the back gate of the casino parking lot...you will end up on an old RR right of way and lots of open space. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here in a 40 foot 3 slide motohome with towed. The sites were clean but close. They came will all hookups and were pull thru. Grass on both sides accompanied by a picnic table with stone benches. The interior roads are asphalt and narrow, so narrow that my drivers mirror got clipped by a guy arriving. No damage done. Good power, water pressure good, sewer hook up, wifi not real strong even though there was a repeater right outside our door. AT&T was strong enough to use as a hot spot. The California line is right over the back fence. There was a really good mexican restaurant fairly close, Feliz Mexicano. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is very simply one of the prettiest RV parks you'll ever see. Sites are concrete and asphalt with nice grassy areas between sites. Leveling was a breeze. Hook-ups were handy and worked well. Cable TV was decent with a limited number of channels. WI-FI worked well if a tad slow. The dog park and the dumpster were convenient to our site. There are also some grassy areas where your pooches can do their business. As always seems to be the case, we saw piles of poop in the grass and dog park (gravel) that lazy, uncaring, inconsiderate dog owners were too lazy to pick up. Shame on you. This is a beautiful park. Have some class. My wife picked up droppings that YOUR dog left behind. The gentleman in the office was very helpful in helping us get checked-in and settled. I know I can't use is name here (think Bogey's character in "Casablanca.") And the mountain scenery north and south of the park is wonderful, too. The roads are a bit cramped, but you can navigate using a little careful driving. The only negative was the on-site casino. It was smoky and worn looking, and just sort of sad and desperate. We ate in the restaurant our first night there and it was average at best. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for three nights in site 7 while passing through in a 27 foot motorhome with tow car. This is a casino, restaurant, gas station, and RV park complex easily accessed from US395. It is extremely well maintained (looks new). There is a dog park -- gravel and sand with a tree with chairs and table underneath. No playground. All sites except one (which is next to the restrooms) are pull-throughs with perfectly level concrete pads with an extended concrete patio with concrete tables and benches. There is lush grass between the sites that gets watered every night -- they warn you not to leave anything out -- and gravel. The sites are far enough apart to comfortably accommodate big rigs with slideouts without encroaching on people on either side. Lengthwise big rigs with tow cars are a close fit. There is additional parking available. There are trees but not yet big enough to provide useful shade. It was hot. Nobody was hanging around outside. There were no kids. There is a dump site. Roads are paved but surprisingly narrow. Things can get backed up at the dump site because there is only one way traffic leaving the campground. Office staff were extremely pleasant. Wifi was truly excellent -- I uploaded 1600 photos during the night -- however my site was directly across from the restrooms which is where the Wi-Fi antenna is located. Verizon was excellent as well. Downtown Reno is 25-45 minutes away depending on the time of day. Water, electric, and sewer connection (takes the small connector) all worked well. I suggest calling ahead or booking a reservation online. They were filled up every night I was there. I don't gamble and didn't eat at the restaurant but lots of folk were headed that way. There was some road noise but not bothersome. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If your RV engine needs maintenance or repair I can highly recommend A Master Mechanic in downtown Reno. Not a chain store. Had a leaking steering stabilizer and they fit me in on one day's notice and got me in and out in a couple hours at a very reasonable price.

The park roads are paved and the sites are cement. There is nice grass between the sites. Easy walk to the casino. Propane and fuel available at the park entrance. The spacing is about average. There is easy access to the sites. All the services are good. The area is well landscaped and maintained. Good spot to stay in the area. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed for 1 night at a pull through spot. We showed up, registered and we're given a list of the rules including the unwritten rule of no driving on the grass while parking our 5th wheel. We drove to our spot while being shadowed by the groundskeeper and the person that checked us in. The access road was barely wide enough for our rig and while we did the best that we could to stay on the concrete pad I had my drivers side 5th wheel go off the edge of the slab by 4 inches or so. We were then informed of our transgression and were made to feel like we should leave. We will never go back to this RV Park again! We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a lovely park, grass at each site, enough room between sites and plenty long for toads. The manager is very nice, he's cheerful and loved our dogs. This park is very dog friendly which is why we chose to stay 3 nights on our way home from Oregon. There is a huge grass & tree area for dogs & people and a large fenced separate area for dogs to potty which is dirt. Laundry is clean and reasonably priced. We don't do casino's but it was convenient to have a deli & to-go restaurant right next door. The park is kept in pristine condition & we appreciated it. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Every time I visit my friend in Reno that lives near Bordertown we stay at the RV Resort. It's incredibly pleasant. Level concrete sites, bordered with grass, trees, and a small patio with a concrete picnic table. The staff is wonderful, bathrooms are clean, showers are a bit small and dated, however, the shower is a private room with a sink. The laundry was also very clean. Very quiet and easy access from Highway 395. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

April 28 Bordertown Casino and RV Resort, Northern Reno, Nevada 50 sites with Good Sam $40 We drove 23 miles today from Sparks to Bordertown which sits on the border of Nevada and California. There are 50 sites in a very nice RV park next to the casino with full hookups and cable. The sites are nice with round cement tables instead of picnic tables. The campground has a pet run, Wifi, laundry and showers. When you check in they give you $5.00 each to play at the casino and if you sign in for a players card you get another $5.00. Very easy to get a players card. You also get some coupons for a free drink, money off for the Deli and a bonus coupon for gambling. This was just an overnight stay and were not gamblers and if you saw us trying to do the slots with three others trying to help us - you would agree. We really enjoyed our stay here and found all the employees very nice and helpful. The little restaurant in the casino was very good and reasonable. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stopped for one night and stayed for four as we got snowed in with the roads we needed to use were closed. Lucky for us this was a great place to hold up. Not a real big park but clean and safe. Pads are concrete and all roads are paved. Although close to a highway it is very quiet. Lots of coyotes late at night that are fun to listen to. Utilities are very good with excellently water pressure. Good space between pads with lawn. Wifi very good at times and good the rest of the time. Some long terms but have to play by the same rules as overnighters. Casino next door with good restaurant, fuel on premises as well as propane. Reno is a quick 10 minute drive on 4 lane highway. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We read the reviews before we stayed there. Some mentioned lots of watering of the grass areas. Pictures looked good. We were looking for a relaxing park to stay for a week. Check in was simple and they even allowed us to pick our site. All the pads are the width of the motorhome with grass on both sides. Slides hang over the grass area and the door opens onto the grass. Length of site was adequate, but width is an issue. This park was probably built before slides became a reality. Got up the first morning with both sides of the rv dripping and stepped out onto slushy grass. I spoke to the office and asked if they could possibly turn the flow down a bit so the rv wouldn't be getting sprayed. I understand grass needs to be watered but this was beyond excessive. The next morning, same issue. I went over to speak to the office receptionist and the maintenance man was there. I asked about turning the sprinklers down and his answer was"no", If I didn't like it I could go park in the casino/gas station parking lot. So, a relatively simple request became an issue. Obviously, the maintenance man needs some customer service training. We checked out the next morning. They did refund the balance of our site rent. Nice park, just understand that your rig will be watered nightly. No way to avoid stepping on the soaked grass when you exit your rig. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is actually at the Bordertown exit on 395 several miles north of Reno. With no nearby poor neighborhoods it is secure. The park is new with modern, working hookups. Landscaping is too new to provide much shade. The check-in clerk said there was little noise from nearby Hwy 395 and he was right. I got a good sleep. The concrete pads were almost level. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

I'll have to differ from most of the others. I have been to lots of resort RV parks and for the price I have seen better. Sites are nice and level. Power is good. Road out of the side is narrow and if a auto is parked in front of you you may have a hard time getting out. Bathrooms and showers are just OK to me. Seen lots better. This is an older park. Nice grass between sites. I will probably not stay here again. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A little far from Reno but not near the airport. The park is clean and quiet. The spaces a a bit cramped but the concrete pads are long enough to accommodate our 40 foot motorhome.
