The park is a line of pull through very close sites The area is 100% black top. All spaces are about 4" out of level, right to left. First site we had #8 had a short in the 50A plug that sparked. Moved to site #1 and had a 15 vol voltage between lag 1 & 2. Our Precision power unit probably dropped our power 10 times or more due to low voltage in the one leg. At lease it's protecting the AC and not letting them run on low voltage. This place is definitely a poor one night stop over half way between Reno and Las Vagas. Wish we had tried one of the other parks in town. Sites are on a first come, first serve basis. You pull in an empty site then go in casino and pay. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Not much in Tonopah, don't get fuel up the street from park, go into town and get it to save about 40 cents a gallon.

This is definitely a one nighter. It's half way between Reno and Vegas. So, a convenient location if you're not tough enough to make that trip all in one day. Sites are ALMOST level. Therefore you'll need some leveling material. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

No reservation system. First come, first parked. Pumpkin, set up, register at Casino motel desk. All spaces on blacktop, in parking lot behind Casino. Spaces are long enough for a 40 ft motorhome, but not for a motorhome and toad. This would primarily be an overnight or two day stopping place. Water and sewer power located at the middle of the site. Sites wide enough for slide outs on two sides. Some sites have 30A, some 30/50. Longer sites are at the bottom of the hill. Shower room available but it was in bad repair. Also not cleaned recently. Use the bathroom at the laundromat if necessary, or in the casino. Casino shares a parking lot with a small supermarket, good for resupply. Restaurant in casino is good, opens at 7AM serves breakfast all day. Generous portions. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Not much of a park. basic casino parking lot some sites not very level but if you arrive early you have a good choice of spots. Water and electric and WIFI worked well. We did eat at the casino but found he food to be on the pricey side for a casino. The casino itself is very small and one thing that we really did not like was that every time you changed machines you had to wait for them to hand pay what was left on the machine. Will probably never stay here again. One good thing was there is a grocery store next to the casino but again their prices were a bit too high but that could have something to do with their location. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Please remember you are out in the middle of the wild west in Nevada. The park is definitely adequate. You may have to get out your leveling blocks but they let you drive around and pick your on site so pick one that is adequately level. Water is fine with plenty of pressure and the electric is, well, it's electric, what can I say. They have free WiFi but it is horrible. Reminds me of the old 300 baud modem days. You are probably too far from real civilization to get over the air TV, at least we never could, and there is no cable. The restaurant is nice, good comfort food. There is a small casino that doesn't pay very well, but I don't think any of them do in these small towns. This is a nice place to stay if your expectations aren't terrible high. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is just a parking lot behind the motel/casino right off of the highway...but, it was level, with a long enough site that we didn't have to unhook and had full hook-ups. All for only $23! We ate inside at the cafe and it was good food too! Very quiet and secure place. Great for an over-night stay. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

There is not much that can be said about this place. We have stopped here before and we will again if we are on this route as it is about all there is. Full hook-up but ugly and not at all level. It is simply a parking lot with hook-ups added. The wifi did work and there is a laundry in the casino but I didn't use it. When you arrive, select a site, park there and then go pay in the office and tell them your site. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The entire parking lot is on a slope. Spaces are close together with no vegetation of any sort. We pulled into space 2 but could not connect to electric. The registration staff suggested we "just move". We took space 7 and all was well. Even though the hill behind the park has numerous antennae we could get no TV reception with our antenna. WiFi reception was very good as was Verizon signal. Laundry room was nice but we didn't use it. The restaurant offered tasty food. Found out later the other casino in town offers free parking. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

There's a casino and bar as well as the restaurant. A supermarket is nearby as well as McDonald's. There is a very nice museum in town as well as the old Mizpah hotel. Lots of history in this town.

Asphalt spaces adjacent to the back of the Casino parking lot. You select an empty space, hook up and go to the registration desk inside the casino and give them your space number and pay. You get a paper with your release date and information on the free WiFi. The WiFi is very good. There is no Cable hook ups for the RV spaces. There was a large Trash Can at each space. Some of the sites are not entirely level. The laundry room is inside the Casino Building and the Restrooms also. There is a full restaurant inside the Casino and a Cafe/Bar area also and of course the gambling rooms. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The casino restaurant has a lunch special for the day...it is a discounted price, than the regular menu. WiFi is free, but you have to read the agreement policy for using it, and accept it, before you are allowed to use it. WiFi was good. Inside the Casino was entertaining. There is no cable TV hook up. No over-the-air channels received from my motor home TV antennae

Bear Bones Basics No Frills Most recent stay was 05-11-16 [I'm late with submitting my review] ~ We camp in a "Tear Drop" style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table and set up our dining fly for sun and weather protection and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities and being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. Well we DID get fairly close to the restrooms so that was good, but that's about it. Like previous reviews, there are full hookups in the parking lot behind the casino - no picnic table but there is a big trash barrel. Don't recommend hauling out the lawn chairs and of course no green-way between other RV's which are sandwiched together. The restrooms/showers are adjacent to the loading dock, they have private locked doors co-ed style (2) only. Older setup - 50's era but they're roomy and water is hot with good pressure, and all in 1 single room like a being at home - so so on the cleanliness but they didn't smell; wear your clogs. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park does not take reservations but we are always early so there was no problem. They did fill up by the end of the day. We didn't know but they want you to come in, pull into an available site and then go to the hotel registration and check-in.

It is camping on asphalt in a parking lot with full hook-ups. Some of the sites are level. Ours wasn't too bad but some looked difficult. We did not visit the restrooms but did see a large laundromat right inside the door.

This is not a place to put your camp chairs out and enjoy the evening or early morning and I would never stay more than one night. It is simply a place to sleep along the way. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

By looking online and for the name Tonopah Station RV resort, you will be very disappointed. Definitely not a resort. They do have full hook ups. But I think the service is iffy. Even though it says 50 amps, we were not getting enough power to run two air conditioners.

They have about 15 spots, all back behind the casino in a paved lot. They do have laundry facilities available. If you want to use their showers though, you need to provide $5 ransom for the key. We did not check them out.

Extremely small casino. They do have a few good machines. Interesting thing here is that every time you want to cash out to go to another machine, you have to get a slot person.

For a one night stay, I guess it's okay. But definitely not worth the money. It is easy in and out though. We camped at Tonopah Station RV Park in a Motorhome.
