We liked this campground so much that we returned. It is very grassy and is right next to the bay. You can enjoy a lovely sunset from your site. The owner is very friendly, and the town is also great. You won't find much English spoken, but the people are very nice, and the lobster and crab are wonderful. The campground does not have very good wi-fi but there is a Tim Horton in town that has great coffee and wi-fi. The campground has well spaced spots. We camped at Camping Caraquet in a Motorhome.Undo

Park is situated on the shores of Chaleur Bay, with some direct waterfront sites. There is a cycling trail nearby, also within cycling distance of a great cheese shop. Our site was level enough not to unhook the truck, a bonus as we were only staying one night. Park was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Good Wi-Fi available at the office. We had an enjoyable stay and would come again. We camped at Camping Caraquet in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This campground started life as a provincial campground several years back. Most sites have a slight to moderate slope and many have at least some water view, unless a giant motorhome blocks it. The beach is definitively a no swimming beach, even though the water is quite warm. There are too many plants and it is too shallow. The sites closest to the water have no hook ups and are for tents or Westfalia type RVs. The next rows have 15 amps and water hook ups and then you get the 30/50amps W/E/S sites. Free WiFi works well but has a very limited reach, there are comfortable chairs on a veranda at the office if you do not get a connection at your site. The manager and employees are very friendly but not well organized as far as reservations are concerned. They lost ours! Even if you do reserve, I suggest you get here early to make sure you get a nice spot. We camped at Camping Caraquet in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Open, grassy campground on the Acadian coast. Very well maintained. Laundry consists of two washers and two dryers outside the bath house, but they worked just fine (and only $1 per load). Free WiFi that works. There are tent sites right above the beach, but the serviced sites are further back. All are less than a minute from the beach. Excellent park, very nice owner. We camped at Camping Caraquet in a Motorhome.Undo
