6 Parks near Saint-Jacques, New Brunswick
Aug 2015 - $40.00
Park hosts are very nice. Never seen the river. Dumping station is awkward on side of hill. Sites are pretty level. Nice trees. Wifi is good. - Tworetired
Aug 2015 - $45.00
Beautiful campground backing on to a river. It has a small beach with lawn chairs set up for you. Lots of open spaces, it is amazing it is not very full. Mature trees in the interior, open spots at the river, with full hook up. Fireplace and wood delivered right to your site. - acadiandave
Jun 2015 - $30.00
Open campsite. If you want 3-way, it is a back-in site. Pull through is a 2-way. Owner was on site at the time we were there and helpful. Host was also there and helpful. Site was open and the kind of park we like. - 1coloradan
Aug 2008 - $28.00
Interior roads are narrow and hard to turn rig. Most of the RVs are seasonal. Nice little restaurant Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole campground and the dryers didn't heat properly. You couldn't access the dump station for the correct side of sewer on RV. We had difficulty on the roads with our 31 foot rig. The spot itself was nice and right along the river. We would not go here again. - Awesome Navigator
Sep 2007 - $27.00
A very nice campground with all the amenities one would expect. It caters mostly to seasonal campers who obviously enjoy settling here as the majority have dressed up their sites with fences, potted plants, patio lights etc. Minimal number of sites are set aside for overnighters. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone passing through. - BillandEila
Sep 2006 - $20.00
This is a trailer park with a bunch of seasonal sites and maybe 30 grass transient sites in a different section. Site were large, with a couple of pull-throughs. It was raining hard the night we were there, but it didn't get muddy. Free WiFi but only in the vicinity of the office. An OK spot to spend the night. - Denali
Jun 2016 - $31.00
Nice park. Level sites, lots of trees, and quiet. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Car museum and gardens withing walking distance. We did not find the wifi site and there were too many trees for our satellite but this is a very nice park and convenient to the highway. - RayN
Aug 2015 - $25.00
Wonderful campground. Spacious treed lots, very quiet, well laid out and very clean.
It is right next to a beautiful botanical garden and an antique car museum. We didn't explore the museum but spent several relaxing hours in the gardens. We could walk to the gardens from our campsite.
Staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful.
I definitely recommend this park. - Byebob
Aug 2015 - $25.00
There is nothing not to like about this park in the North part of the Province. We had a site with just electric but there was water available just inside and at different areas around the park. The sites are very private, surrounded by trees and greenery. The staff is very helpful. The washrooms are as clean as any we have found in our years of camping. There is a pool, trails, you can get Wifi at the store, and the walk by the Madawaska river is great for birding or just enjoying nature. - Ron and Lynda
Aug 2015 - $34.00
One of the best places we've ever been. Great view of Long Lake and the surrounding valley. No problem leveling on grass site. Cable TV worked well. Wifi was excellent except for Saturday night when it was unusable because all the weekenders were there. Quiet and peaceful, not over-run by ATVs but maybe because it's the end of the season. Will definitely return. - all4pets
Jul 2013 - $30.00
The name says everything you need to know. "Long Lake" is beautiful, in the valley below. Sites are level, the seasonals are nice, well maintained, and you pay a fair price. The camp store was closed, and I am not sure why, but you've got a picnic table, fire ring, cable and Wi-Fi. This park has a real nice, laid back feel and you can walk to their restaurant for a pretty good meal. ATV's are big here, but they don't over-run you. No pool, but there is a playground for the kids to have fun. It's a novel idea. You can camp and you can dine. I believe that "Lakeview" deserves a nine. - prose4those
Jul 2012 - $33.00
A lovely park! Only reason it didn't get a 10 was no water for swimming, but beautiful location and right next to one of the best restaurants in the St. John Valley! Family owned. A lot of seasonals and very neat and clean. Beautiful views and right on a major ATV trail. Will return again. - Trucker Lady
Sep 2015 - $16.00
Stayed overnight on the way to PEI but would certainly stay again for longer and would recommend this campsite to others.
The owner/managers were very pleasant and helpful and allowed me to print off a large number of personal documents on the office printer without charge.
Our pull through site was level and grassy with lots of room and the water pressure was fine. - 2onthemove
Aug 2015 - $30.00
Very nice small commercial campground just off the Trans Canadian Hwy and a few miles E of Edmundston. Quiet place with several seasonal campers; train line across the road caused little noise problem; camp recently bought by new owners (very nice folks) with good ideas about enhancing services. - North Texas DJC
Jul 2015 - $35.00
An overnight stop and it was convenient place for us to stay. The pull-through site was far from level, just on a grass field. The showers were dated, but my understanding was the place was in the midst of an upgrade. Showers could have used a little more light in them. We were in a motorhome so a more level sight would have been nice. There were several long term residents here. This campground is just south of Edmundston. - normajean303
