Stopped there as a night stop, very nice campground with an incredible view of the ocean. Site was fairly flat and had to do very little jacking. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Travel Trailer.

Campsite rate is in Canadian dollars. A very popular campground located downtown St. Andrews. The lobster dinner previously mentioned is now $16.50 (CAD), delivered to your RV. If you try to make a reservation before they open in the spring, you will get an automated email response that says don't duplicate the request. Turns out the campground never got the reservation request I made in January. They don't know why they lose some requests. Anyway 30 amp service (shared box), water (40 PSI) and sewer. Utility connections are at the back of the campsite, I need extra water and sewer hose. WiFi was not secure, and dropped out frequently. Verizon cell service was weak 2 bar reception. 5 OTA TV channels. About 50% seasonal residents. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

This is a beautiful village. Ice cream shop downtown sells an ice cream cone for $4 small size. There small is equivalent to a large size elsewhere. There are numerous places to eat & prices are very reasonable for a tourist location. There are numerous whale watching boats & we saw several humpbacks as well as Minkes. There is a fantastic golf course with unbelievable views of the bay. This campground was one of the best of our trip through the Canadian Atlantic Provinces.

One night stop. Went for the Oceanfront full hookups which they reserve for short stays. Hookups have electric and water on one side and sewer on both sides. Great view of the bay so we pulled in (vs back in). Staff very helpful with our stupid questions! They were offering cooked, cracked and delivered lobsters for $15/ea which we took advantage of. Lobster and a view! Nice location to walk our dog, lots of scenic spots. Showers and laundry nice and clean. Definitely recommend. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

This is a wonderful spot for a summer vacation or in our case for relaxing a couple of days after a long drive and crossing the border from the US at Calais. The office staff kindly switched us to an empty seasonal site location closer to the laundry at our request. The town of St. Andrews is very pretty, with numerous green areas and parks near the water for walking the dog or a rest on a shady bench. This park is popular and has many seasonals, so my advice is to reserve as early as possible for a waterfront site. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We had a lovely site in the trees. The sites are a good size. Since it was in May that we stayed, there were not many tents in the campground. They are a bit of a walk from the washrooms but just don't leave it until the last minute. There was a great building where there were chairs and kitchen facilities, so if it does rain and you are in a tent, you have somewhere to go! Fortunately it didn't rain when we were there and so we could walk to the beach, walk easily into town and get onto the paved bike paths. Saint Andrews is a very beautiful interesting town and this campsite is a perfect location to base yourself to see it. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Tent.

Overall Rating:

The location of this park located right on the bay in St. Andrews earns the 9 star rating. There are a variety of sites to choose from including ocean front, which we had, ocean view and interior. The seasonal residents have the interior spots and the spots with the best views are saved for the travelers like us. The sewer hook ups are on both sides of the camper so RVs can pull directly in and face the water with their big windshields. Some might find the spaces a bit tight depending on who is parked around you and which direction they are pointed. We were fortunate to have a small camper on each side of us so it was not an issue. The firepits for the ocean front spots are behind the campers so you can enjoy the view. Wifi was fairly strong. The laundry had 4 washers and dryers and they cost $2.50 each to operate. The campground is located within easy walking distance of the downtown area and you also have access to ocean front trails. We would definitely stay here again. The price quoted for the site is in CA$. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park right on the Bay of Fundy at the tip of the peninsula. We were glad our site was at the back when the wind came up off the Bay. There are seasonal campers from all over Canada and the US and they were very friendly which we haven't experience at other places. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Travel Trailer.

The previous comments pretty much sum it up. Nice clean restrooms / shower house. Level gravel sites. We decided on a 3-way (W/S/E) back in site, which was about a 2 minute walk to the beach. You'll need to watch for fire rings which may be in your way when getting into your site. Good 30-amp power, easy to hook up all the utilities which were located behind our camper. Biggest downside is the RVs are packed in and you'll be pretty close to your neighbor. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Travel Trailer.

It's about a 25 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops to visit. There is a small grocery store in town which carries the basics, and it was fun looking at the different foods available.

If you go here...step up and get one of the oceanfront sites...spectacular views and steps to the "beach". As to the basics, the site was level & reasonably sized, level and the services all worked fine including decent wifi most of the time. Only 30 amp available but the July weather was cool enough that we didn't need much A/C with the cool wind blowing in off the water. Many seasonals but a neat and friendly group and you can walk the 1/2 mile or so into the VERY nice little town for shopping and eating. Bathrooms & showers were clean enough but not impressive. The surrounding area is wonderful and we would go out of our way to stay here again. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Do the whale watching tour in the Zodiac boats...even if you never see a whale...you'll feel you got your money's worth...and there's like a 95% chance you'll see them. We followed two Minke Whales....30>>>60' long and there were sightings of Finbacks this week. Later in the summer other species like humpbacks come in. Try the Clam Digger take out outside of town for some great clams & other seafood. Just a roadside stand with picnic tables in the shade and ice cream for dessert!

Park is big rig friendly with no low tree limbs to scratch your rig. Interior roads are paved. Site pads are gravel. 30 amp with water and sewer. Nice campground right on the water and walking distance of town. Can't believe no one told us about this town and campground. We just happened to go check it out one day and no regrets. Great place to stay. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground right on the ocean. Several "pull in" sites to front the ocean in a motorhome. Others are back in full hookup 30 amp river rock sites. Small store and great Wi-Fi. Can use satellite, and cell service is good. 30 amp only is the only drawback . We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

In all my travels this is the best waterfront view (270 degrees) from my site. The park is at the end of a peninsula next to Saint Andrews. Interior roads are paved and sites are gravel with some grass between sites. We got a pull in waterfront site #14 where we could see the spectacular view out our front window. The staff was very nice, park well maintained and clean. Only issue here is FHU sites have only 30 amp. This was OK as we could run one AC and outside temperature was moderate in day (60-70's). The power pole has 2 30 amp connections so if no one at the site next to you and if you have a 30/50 amp splitter (available at Camping World) you can get more power if needed. Wifi was OK and park is open so we could get satellite. Sites have picnic table and fire ring. Site was level and long enough for my 45 ft MH and room for tow next to MH. All this for only $46C per night. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

We stayed in a "premium" site, right on Passamaquoddy Bay. This is a convenient stop about 30 minutes from the US border. The waterfront sites are a bit close together, but very nice. You can watch the huge tides come and go. There are quite a few seasonal RVs here, but they seemed very upscale and nice.

Very nice showers and restrooms and very clean. The only drawback is depending on your site, it can be a bit of a walk since there is only one building. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.
