I have been coming to this campground since 2007. Every year there are upgrades and improvements. The pervious summer the owners added two water slides and enlarged the swimming pool. I had a premium site which overlooks the lake on the property. The lake allows swimming, fishing, kyacking, paddle boats. The campground is very well maintained and the owners and family are very friendly and helpful. There are several new cottages on the lake side of the campground too. This is by far my favorite campground ever and why I return year after year. It is truly a very family friendly campground with activity for children including a wagon ride around the park. There is a mixture of sites in the open and some more secluded sites with plenty of shade. The back side of the campground is a bit more hilly and roads are easy to navigate. They always have fireworks on the lake on the 4th of July. This is a gem in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A clean well maintained family owned campground with a special area in the valley for big rigs. The owner who owns a Class A was a delight to talk with and very accommodating. We will return if ever near this area again. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

We used this campground as a base for exploring the White Mountains. It is probably located a little too far north for such exploring, but it's still a good starting point.

This campground is VERY WELL taken care of by nice owners. They were very accommodating t our requests. We had our mail forwarded here and they made sure they picked it up from the post office on the day it arrived.

The campground is well maintained. The sites closest to the road might be a little tight for big rigs and you will experience road noise. But they have a lovely view of the lake. We ended up at the back of the campground down in a valley due to our size. It was very easy to get in and out our site and no road noise was heard. The site was grassy with a gravel pad, a bit of shade.

There are some seasonal sites, but they are well kept up.

The pool is excellent with a slide the kids would love. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We didn't use the restroom facilities. The WiFi was very good and accessible most of the time. We would experience an occasional slowdown. Verizon 4G was very strong.

All in all, this is a great campground. It didn't get 5 stars due to the sometimes variable WiFi and the road noise at the front campsites. But we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

This is an okay campground - a little tight for big rigs. It has gravel roads and pads with grassy areas between sites. In our section, we had no issues with trees or satellite, and the wifi was good. While we did not use them, it appears they have many amenities for kids, a great pool and waterslide. The campground is in the woods, so it's pretty quiet, but there is not much else in the surrounding area. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

This campground had a great staff and nice size sites. Although #90 was not level side-to-side, it was very private. It has a beach area and nice pool. Don't leave here without having their homemade muffins for breakfast. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A nice campground out in the woods, with excellent utilities including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our rate of $21 was the Passport America rate. We had a nice level site, in the open, so we could get satellite reception. The site was a level gravel pad. The only negative was the prevalence of mosquitoes. The campground is on the shore of a lake with facilities for boating, canoeing and kayaking. There is also a playground for children. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

About 50% Seasonal sites - we had campsite on the back side. It was level but took several attempts to get in because of another campsite had a large and very long motorhome (seasonal unit). We could not use the fire ring because it would have set our rig on fire because it was so close. I observed most all of the campsites were this way - doesn't make any sense because there is plenty of room to locate them away from the rigs. They advertised LP fills but when I went to the office the young lady running it said they did not sell LP. (don't think she wanted to be bothered). This was an OK campground and we were gone on day trips most of the time. This is not a campground I would spend a lot of time in. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice campground. I was put on site 2; this is probably considered one of their premier sites. The view is spectacular and it close to everything. The problem was, it’s close to the road noise and very close to the new pool and slides. If you don’t mind the noise stay up front, if you want peace and quiet insist on being in the back. I would give up the views for peace and quiet. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice campground, narrow roads in and out. Think all of the sites are back-in. Quiet when we were here. Would return again if in the area. Good utilities. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

This is our "go-to" Labor Day Weekend campground. I prefer the smaller campgrounds; which this is. The entire area is always so clean; including the pool. The pool is heated and can get crowded, however, it is cyclical - people come and go constantly, so you can find a chair. They have just expanded their cabin rentals, although a few were not completed in time for Labor Day, 2013. The cabins are beautifully built and are interspersed throughout the campground. This campground is definitely gaining in popularity as it was fully booked this Labor Day. You will enjoy your visit here. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Our site was on a steep slope. Our intent was to stay one night hooked up. However, since the truck would have been pointing down to get the 24 ft trailer half way level, we felt it necessary to unhitch. The staff was very friendly. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We had a very pleasant experience at Mountain Lake. We stayed in site 74. The sites were large and flat and we had a great view of the pond. The bathrooms were spotless, showers free and the staff was friendly. Our two kids enjoyed the pool and modern playscape. Pets are welcome but the $3/night charge is a bit excessive. Wi-Fi is available for free on one device. Additional connections are $3/day. We used a Verizon card which had slow but usable service. 30A service was stable and water pressure was high, so bring a regulator. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely campground. Only stayed one night. Campsite was level, though not huge. Beautiful looking cottage down the road from us. Extremely well maintained. Lots of playground area for the kids. There is a beach area, though we did not get the chance to use it. Pool was clean. Lots of washrooms, several showers, all extremely clean. Beautiful scenery: mountains in background, water view. I would return to this campground, though it was expensive: the most expensive of our entire trip! We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Sites are not level, staff was friendly but store was closed by 4;30pm. Wi-Fi and cable worked well, sites are gravel. Nothing fancy but overall not a bad campground. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.
