Park was located on a mountain next to a lake and very beauitful and peaceful (before the kids got out from school). The park was clean and every campsite was secluded by trees and shrubs on 3 sides - very private. We had a lakeview waterfront spot that was spectacular!! The management went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The fresh muffins and coffee in the morning were an added bonus. We would definitely come back and recommend this campsite to all!!! We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

We really like this camp ground. There were many things to do. The pool was nice and the lake was clean. There is an on site mile long walking path for our dogs. The showers and bathrooms were clean. When the sky was clear the night sky was great. (not a lot of ambient light) We stayed a week and really enjoyed our selves. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

Roads are in bad shape - narrow, curvy, bumpy and dusty. We made a reservation in February for a pull through, to find that we were given a back in site. It was too tight for our 38 ft. 5th wheel. Map on web site appears to show water view sites in some places, where in fact there is so much vegetation growth you can't see it. Bring bug repellent - mosquitoes are plentiful. We were disappointed in park. Wifi weak where we were. Cable good. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Unfortunately, you have put your review under the wrong campground. We are closed during the months of November through April and you indicated you went camping in February. Also, all of our sites have pictures so you can see the exact site you reserve simply by clicking on the site #.

This campground is very nice on a beautiful mountain lake. There's a dog dock where your dog can dive into the water. The sites are in wooded areas which feels private and relaxing. We would stay at this campground again. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

Beautiful and well-maintained park in a great location. They have worked hard to give campers space and privacy. Roads were well-maintained and all trees and shrubs were nicely trimmed so as not to interfere with big-rig travel. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Everything has a dollar value attached to it. "Make your own sundae" night was $5.00! A small bundle of wood was very expensive at $6.50 a bundle (bring your own kiln wood) it's cheaper! Lots to do for children, not much for adults except rest. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The CG is in northern NH and about 20 miles off the interstate, but the roads to the campground are good enough. Roads inside the campground are gravel and sites are gravel; some are quite level and others have a bit of a slope. We drive a 45ft MH and were towing a car and were able to get to our site with the car on, but we would not try it that way again. The internal roads are tight when the campground is busy as most campers have to park their cars in a way that makes the travel lane pretty narrow. If we were to use this CG again, we would take the car off before we got there and at that, getting to the site would still be pretty tight. We had a back-in site at the back of the campground and it was plenty roomy for us and nicely spaced from the next camper. The campground was full of families having a great time on a hot summer weekend: using the pool and the little lake for swimming. There seems to be lots of activities for children in the campground. Utilities worked well and were placed well. Wifi worked well, despite the campground being full. We did not use the public restrooms, showers, or laundry room. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

I have been coming to this campground since 2007. Every year there are upgrades and improvements. The pervious summer the owners added two water slides and enlarged the swimming pool. I had a premium site which overlooks the lake on the property. The lake allows swimming, fishing, kyacking, paddle boats. The campground is very well maintained and the owners and family are very friendly and helpful. There are several new cottages on the lake side of the campground too. This is by far my favorite campground ever and why I return year after year. It is truly a very family friendly campground with activity for children including a wagon ride around the park. There is a mixture of sites in the open and some more secluded sites with plenty of shade. The back side of the campground is a bit more hilly and roads are easy to navigate. They always have fireworks on the lake on the 4th of July. This is a gem in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We used this campground as a base for exploring the White Mountains. It is probably located a little too far north for such exploring, but it's still a good starting point.

This campground is VERY WELL taken care of by nice owners. They were very accommodating t our requests. We had our mail forwarded here and they made sure they picked it up from the post office on the day it arrived.

The campground is well maintained. The sites closest to the road might be a little tight for big rigs and you will experience road noise. But they have a lovely view of the lake. We ended up at the back of the campground down in a valley due to our size. It was very easy to get in and out our site and no road noise was heard. The site was grassy with a gravel pad, a bit of shade.

There are some seasonal sites, but they are well kept up.

The pool is excellent with a slide the kids would love. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We didn't use the restroom facilities. The WiFi was very good and accessible most of the time. We would experience an occasional slowdown. Verizon 4G was very strong.

All in all, this is a great campground. It didn't get 5 stars due to the sometimes variable WiFi and the road noise at the front campsites. But we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

This is an okay campground - a little tight for big rigs. It has gravel roads and pads with grassy areas between sites. In our section, we had no issues with trees or satellite, and the wifi was good. While we did not use them, it appears they have many amenities for kids, a great pool and waterslide. The campground is in the woods, so it's pretty quiet, but there is not much else in the surrounding area. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

A nice campground out in the woods, with excellent utilities including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our rate of $21 was the Passport America rate. We had a nice level site, in the open, so we could get satellite reception. The site was a level gravel pad. The only negative was the prevalence of mosquitoes. The campground is on the shore of a lake with facilities for boating, canoeing and kayaking. There is also a playground for children. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

About 50% Seasonal sites - we had campsite on the back side. It was level but took several attempts to get in because of another campsite had a large and very long motorhome (seasonal unit). We could not use the fire ring because it would have set our rig on fire because it was so close. I observed most all of the campsites were this way - doesn't make any sense because there is plenty of room to locate them away from the rigs. They advertised LP fills but when I went to the office the young lady running it said they did not sell LP. (don't think she wanted to be bothered). This was an OK campground and we were gone on day trips most of the time. This is not a campground I would spend a lot of time in. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice campground. I was put on site 2; this is probably considered one of their premier sites. The view is spectacular and it close to everything. The problem was, it’s close to the road noise and very close to the new pool and slides. If you don’t mind the noise stay up front, if you want peace and quiet insist on being in the back. I would give up the views for peace and quiet. We camped at Mountain Lake Campground in a Motorhome.
