Wonderful place. The lake is awesome and the campground is very nice but not all sites. Take the number 78 : perfect and very spacious and private but the wifi don't go there (ok at 4 meters). The showers are perfect and spacious. A very very nice laundry room. We can rent canoe or kayak at the campground to go in this wonderful clear big lake : $30 for a day and $15 half day. We loved this place. We camped at Long Island Bridge Campground in a Motorhome.

For what we want, this was a great place. Smallish with a few seasonals but very friendly. It is an old family run place with a sort of terraced type feel. There are a few sites on the lake but most across the street and up a hill. If you are worried about driving in a small hilly area, this might not be great for you. The top, where we stayed is up the hill and in an open area but the terraces are slightly tight. Great small view but the lake is right down the hill and access is good except crossing the road. The beach is great. Some people had jet skis and left them on the beach. We had a small boat and used it every day. The lake is lovely there with nice homes on the island. There is a small state park across the bridge. The people are great. The sites are big enough but the power is sort of questionable. We lost it a couple times and blew it with too much usage but it was OK. There is a play area on the top of the hill we saw kids playing. Other campers were nice and very friendly. We would stay there again because we like the feel. It is a little out of the way from any town but we enjoyed the lake. We camped at Long Island Bridge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This camp is a gem. It's on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach for the kids, canoes and kayaks for paddlers and moorings for boaters. (Marina next door). They feature tiered sites so all sites have lake view. Roads are paved. There are 11 sites at the lakeside; 8 sites on the tiers plus various camper and tent sites up on the field area. All the rest of the sites are neat, well-kept seasonal campers. Our spot was on the second tier, reasonably level, good voltage, good cable TV, good Wi-Fi because near office and good for units up to about 30 feet long. Maybe longer rigs can use the field up top. Big rigs: no. We camped at Long Island Bridge Campground in a Motorhome.
