We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. This was an extremely quiet campground. Even the dogs were quiet. Didn't see any kids. Our site was nice. Easy to get into and out of. There are some group type sites that we would definitely consider for a family trip. This campground was also clean. We camped at North Star Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the showers and bathrooms. We wish they had Wi-Fi and other than pine firewood, but we will definitely camp here again. We camped at North Star Campground in a Tent Trailer.Undo

Came here for a quick weekend get away. Campground immaculate, clean bathrooms and showers. Quiet campground, level sites, adequate water pressure. The only reason it does not get a 10 is because it had no camp store. We will camp here again and we recommend this campground. We camped at North Star Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This campground is very nice. Its not very big but they have some really nice sites. They have some great activities for everyone! We went here twice in the same month, but the weekends that they have activities, the place is packed, so I'd say, book early! Our site was large and shaded. There is a swimming pond for the kids. The only downfall is there isn't fishing allowed in the pond, but the kids are able to catch frogs and salamanders. I think this campground would be a lot better if there was a pool. There isn't really a lot of places to access the river, unless you go through someone elses site. I would definitely camp here again. We camped at North Star Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This was a nice little campground. We had sites right on the river. Nice and clean. There was no one watching you waiting for you to break rules. Sites are pretty roomy by the river. No sewer hookups but they do have a dump station. Small store with basic stuff, minimal kid junk to buy. Pond to swim in very clean and nice area. We plan to go there again We camped at North Star Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo
