This is a very large campground with lots of activity. Most of the sites were seasonal and the residents and guests get throughout the park in golf carts. We were here Memorial Weekend and it was so crowded you could hardly get to your site for all the kids on bicycles and the golf carts. This is a huge community of weekenders that leave their rigs here throughout the season. They had lots of staff that were very helpful. Interior roads are very tight. Had to unhook the tow to make the tight turns up the hill. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take the Cog Rail up to Mt Washington. Very interesting. Bring heavy coats. It's windy and cold at the top and foggy the day we were there. It was 70 deg. at the bottom and 30 deg. at the top. Nice visitors center and snack bar at the top.

Great pool complex. Our site was plenty big enough, larger than many campgrounds we visit. Enjoyed a couple I've creams from the restaurant. Many seasonals with nice sites but they are some that are cluttered with too many tarps and canopies. The entertainment was enjoyable, loved the pool side music. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We arrived in the dark Friday night to a very crowded and busy entrance. Crowded and busy from people, bikes and golf carts, which just makes me a little nervous trying to drive through. Our site was plenty big enough and easy to back into with our 40' fifth wheel with Freightliner.

They have lots of activities specially during the Family Fun weekend when we were here. The pools and hot tubs, yes plural, were the nicest pools and hot tubs and area we had EVER seen camping. Certainly looking forward to going back.

My only complaint was the communication from the office to the gold cart escort should be more clear, as they took us the wrong way and then couldn't go over a bridge, so had to back out part of the way to get turned around. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a very heavily wooded and scenic campground. The facilities are incredible with 6 pools, adequate laundry and restrooms, a small beach area, and more. Everything is maintained exceedingly well and the staff is fantastic. They even have a snack bar that is open on weekends only and cooks a nice breakfast. There is a heavy seasonal contingent on the grounds but their rigs are well kept and everyone is friendly. Activity on the weekends gets very active...lots of kids on bikes and golf carts buzzing around. My only complaint was that there is little-to-no cellphone reception in the area and there are no circuit breakers on the electric pedestals which I think may be responsible for killing our coffee pot during our stay. Overall a very nice stay and only about a half-hour from downtown Manchester. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Fantastic spot; lots of swimming pools and an adult hot tub. People are very friendly and staff are excellent. The WiFi is very good and the cable TV is great. You are only half hour from Concord and Manchester and golf courses are nearby. A great campground and we will be back next year. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

As fulltimers here to visit family, this was a convenient stop with 6 pools to keep kids and adults entertained. Very attractive entrance and common areas. This is a weekenders place, but in June was very quiet during the week. But in the land of the tall pines, we had one of only a few sites with satellite access - and it was through trees so signal was very weak. Had to use their cable regularly and it was very decent. Wi-Fi varied from very poor to totally unusable. And Verizon signal was almost non-existent. Rate reflects monthly stay. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Really big money, and it's mostly for the many seasonals. Someone told us 300 out of 400 of the sites are seasonal. One adult pool, two kid pools, one spa - all very clean and nice during the summer. Since we were there so late, the adult pool wasn't usable as it was too cold. Lots of rules, and they "security" folks take their job seriously. Very busy during the weekend, dead after that. It was nice, clean, big. Make sure to drive to Goffstown up the road, cute town. Sully's Market in Goffstown is the bomb. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

An incredible campground. A gem. We traveled down from Nova Scotia, and we always stay here. The place is spotless, the pools are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the location is great. I am sitting here now in the campground writing this review. If you want a beautiful spot to camp, you should come here. Awesome. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We liked it here very much. They even blow the dirt off the streets. Site are large and level. We had a stream behind us which was very nice. We walked around to see if there was another area we would like to be in, but we think we had the best site in the place. Activites going on all the time. They don't bother you about your fire. Pool area was really nice. Piped in music in all the out buildings including the bathrooms. We will return. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We've encountered a number of RV Parks that have adopted the name "Resort" without any upgrade of their facilities to justify such a classification. You can't say that about this place; if there is such a thing as an RV Camping Resort, this place defines it. It really has it all, something for everyone in the family, a great place for kids, some very good separate facilities for adults, and obvious good management of the operation. We got exactly what we were looking for, a secluded pull-through in a quiet part of the park, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Can't knock this place; would give it a 10 rating, but we reserve that for places like Seven Feathers in Canyonville, OR that have achieved absolute perfection in RV park design and operation. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

We were very impressed from the moment we arrived. They have plenty of activities for all ages and the park is the cleanest I have ever been to. The heated pools are beautiful and also beautifully landscaped. They have a snack bar with great food and ice cream. All roads are paved. We strongly recommend this campground. We will be returning for sure. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We really enjoyed this campground! We were way up near the top where it was mostly well maintained seasonals. Everyone was friendly. We had a great pull through site with full hook ups. Internet and cable TV worked great. Good W/E. Lots of trees for privacy. Sites were spacious. I did see that sites down closer to the pools were closer together and I would hate to be in the group section as they were extremely close. It was family weekend and they sold hot dogs, popcorn, soda, water and popsicles all for a quarter apiece. Ice cream was good and reasonable price. First campground I have been to where people were actually using the horseshoes, basketball, etc. Nice looking playground. Loved the adults only pool. There were a lot of golf carts, but after walking up and down that hill a few times, I could see why you would want one. The only thing I didn't like was the congestion at the entrance: RV's arriving, bikes, pedestrians, golf carts all crowded together. I do like the rule that bikers have to walk their bikes through that area, and the security guard did stop them if they forgot. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely go back. We camped at Cold Springs Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

The Good: This campground has it all, pools, playground, paved roads, store, restaurant, good service and different activities. Most sites are good but like any other campground has some bad sites too. Clean bathrooms and showers. The Bad: Rules are not enforced and camping etiquette does not exist among the campers. People cutting through sites, cars parked all over the place, no security enforcement of the rules, basic free for all. Adults there get drunk and let their kids run wild throughout the park again without a word. Parents leaving their kids at the park while they go out to drink and party at the local bars. Not only golf carts but jacked up speed machines that fly all over the place well above the speed limit again with no enforcement of the rules, normal carts are not too bad or as fast. A security staff that only drives around in their fire engine golf cart putting fires out at midnight and letting everything else go. Kids still running around past 11:00 curfew because parents are out of the campground. Language, language, language. This campground is not as advertised, family fun.
