We had a pull thru close to the highway but the traffic noise didn't bother us. Grass and small trees. Wifi worked. Verizon cell worked. Cable worked well on higher channels but the lower channels were snowy. Those were the major networks. Don't know if it was related to the bad thunderstorms that were going on. Didn't try the breakfast or pool/spa. Just stopped 1 night but we would stay again. A very nice park. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Gated, paved roads concrete pads, gravel and dirt patio. Office Staff very nice and efficient. Free Continental Breakfast. Our pull through was only long enough for MH. Tow parked sideways behind MH. There are some pull throughs long enough to not disconnect which are nicer sites. Out site was nice however, on the end with a big grass area which our dog liked. We stayed two nites before going to Balloon Fest. Most of the RV's in the park were going to Balloon Fest too. I'd definitely stay again. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Balloon Fiesta where prices are 50% higher! Nice park with sealed roads with concreted areas to park. Some nice trees around and grass areas. Continental breakfast is included which includes of cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, juice and coffee. We camped at American RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful RV Park with paved roadways and concrete pads and picnic table area. Nice to step off onto concrete. This is a completely gated park with automatic gates leaving but coded when you enter. Free continental breakfast in the morning. I was going to extend one day, but since it was the day before the Balloon Fiesta and their rates more than doubled to $95.00; I did not extend. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Called to reserve 1 hour prior to arrival. Excellent service and friendly staff. Very busy when we arrived, but handled very well. Nice level site. Quiet. Would stay again in this now "gated" community. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our 2nd time staying here, paved roads, concrete sites. All hookups worked well. Cable good (40 plus channels), wi-fi password protected and fast. Free breakfast every morning, laundry 2.00 to wash, .75 to dry, small rv store on site. Only downside is some road noise from the 1-40 adjacent to the park. Would stay here again. We camped at American RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We are a big rig, we always tell campgrounds this when we call to reserve a site. The staff seemed frustrated and had to shuffle around their computer system to move us to a larger pull through site. We stayed 9 days on one of the noisiest sites-facing the frontage road and expressway. It was miserable. You couldn't sit outside because of the noise. Take a close look at the site map if you plan on staying here. After signing a couple pages of "not liable for" at check in our radar should have gone up. Our unfortunate camp neighbors had their electric bike stolen, it had three cable locks on it. Keep in mind this CG has a security gate and cameras and lots of lighting. The gate was malfunctioning for a couple days. We decided we will not stay here again. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Albuquerque is a lovely town. It's unfortunate the crime rate is awful. Every night the news reported shootings, thefts, etc. Be mindful when staying here.

Very polished Rv park, although they call it a resort. Very close to the interstate 40 so there will be road noise. They have an excellent big rig section. Park is also gated. We noticed at night, lots of people would take their cars down to town for dining or events, but the traffic backs up from a stop sign down the road, and it's stop and go for a long way for these cars. Our site was very clean. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sites are close together but each (except those #200+) has some green space with shrubs and/or trees. Prefer the trees and green to bigger space without those. Easy pull through spaces. Sites on the north side of the park are close to I-40, so request south end if you think the noise will bother. Continental breakfast was fine, and dining room was pleasant. Store and gift shop are adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool or spa. DO NOT USE GPS to get here. Watch the signs and turn RIGHT onto Central Ave, not left, from the freeway. We enjoyed our stay here and the ease of driving into Old Town Albuquerque and other attractions on the west side of the city. There is a security fence around the park. We camped at American RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

South end of park will be more quiet - farther from I-40. Spaces numbered 200+ are bigger but no trees or grass.

Awesome park!! Just awesome - that's about all I can say - clean - neat - big spaces - nice doggy park - sparkling clean showers and bathrooms - wonderful breakfast with rolls, bagels, waffles and hard boiled eggs and more - good cable and internet service - actually no problems with either. Just an amazing park - near I-40 but enough buffers that you really cannot hear much noise from the road - a little west of town but close enough to everything. Just across from a Camping World if you need any supplies - trees - paved lots - picnic tables and patios - couldn't ask for more - truly - we will be back and back and back. We camped at American RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Easy on and off I-40. Can hear I-40 noise if up front so ask for site in back. Gated entrance so make sure you get code if you leave. Cable and Wi-Fi typical for RV parks. Very clean showers and bathrooms. Sites was easy in and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Would stay here again. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We camped in the new section. Pad was level concrete and large enough to handle our 43 foot rig. The city water connection was in a box underground that made it hard to connect but water pressure was good. Wifi was good as well. The escort to the site was a big help as the roads in the older section were a bit tight for our big rig. We would stay here again. We camped at American RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
