Trains pass through almost hourly all night long, just across the street. There was just one bathroom for both men & women & it was awful. Sites very poorly maintained, there was a sewage spill next to my site. We camped at Sands Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Though our cost was more than other reviewers paid. It is an excellent value for a basic overnight stop with Wi-Fi. Sites are fairly level and vary in width; length was adequate for our 31' motorhome with a SmartCar in tow. Check-in and parking were very quick and easy. We would stay here again. 10 bucks gets you a site with full hook ups and free Wi-Fi really? Yes. You pay $10, select a site and get free (pretty fast) Wi-Fi, power, good water and sewer. Our site was spot on left to right. The roads are not paved and there are a lot of work campers. Park was very quiet and only an occasional train going by. Basic, no frills, great place to stay when passing through. Will definitely stay again. We camped at Sands Motel & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very cheap for full hookups but very noisy due to freight trains blowing their horns at the grade crossing. Expect 4-5 trains per night. Very quick check-in, just a name and phone number required. Sites are basic and tightly spaced. You get what you pay for here. We camped at Sands Motel & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
