Overall Rating:

$40 gets you full hookups on a dusty, gravel back-in site. There were two RV areas, one near the road and one behind a "cowboy cabin" that is more private. Sites are very close and trees prevent back-in accessing some sites. This is suitable for 1 night if necessary but seems over priced for the facilities.

Owners are very welcoming and friendly. RV park seems neglected in favor of the Inn part of the business. We stayed 1 night. Probably won't return. We camped at Cimmaron Inn & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overpriced for what you get. They recently canceled their cable TV so you can use either your rooftop antenna or satellite dish. Wi-Fi is a household router that works if there aren't more than 2 or 3 others connected. Gravel sites with old picnic tables and little else for amenities. They are right off the highway and convenient to Philmont Scout Ranch, but other than that they don' have much going for them other than friendly owners. We camped at Cimmaron Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Good for a night or two to learn about the area. Friendly owners. Life in Cimarron moves at a slower pace than the rest of the world so relax and enjoy the culture. We camped at Cimmaron Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
