This park is all stone, with no real street delineations. An excellent price for a three way site but no cable, no pool and no wifi, although they are available at the hotel next door. When we checked in, we were given a schedule of events but it turned out that most weren't held and we weren't exactly welcomed at the ones that were. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Good overnight place. We have used it several times when traveling between Arizona and Texas. Sites are gravel with mostly pull-throughs. The spaces are generally too short to leave tow cars attached, but if the park is not busy they will let guests pull further forward and leave tow cars hooked up. Since our last visit there is now an agreement in place to share the gym and pool at a Quality Inn next door. WiFi is not available at Dream Catcher, but it can be used at the Quality Inn. Our Verizon service worked fine here. The motel also offers a lounge and restaurant. Dream Catcher offers the standard Escapees 4 pm "Happy Hour" in their large community room. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

This park is always consistent for a stop over or sightseeing in the area with friendly service, parking, FHU and easy off/on to I-10. Nothing fancy, but always reliable. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

Our second time at this SKP park. Kind of typical southern New Mexico park with gravel sites, electric pedestals, hose bibs and sewer drops. What sets it apart imo is the friendly staff and clean grounds and sites with some trees in areas of the park. There are seasonal and long term folks but no junky sites or loose animals. DW says the laundry was clean and no issues with the machines. One nice perk is they have combined smaller sites toward the rear of park in to super sites 70 plus feet and more long and wide enough to park your TV or Toad next to your rig if you choose to or stay hooked if doing just a quick night. No cable but ota is spot on with multiple channels. Park guests can use pool and hot tub at Quality Inn right next door. Also 1o% off b-fast buffet with campground receipt. Only negative was h-hour at the park. Been SKPs for 7 years and not a warm SKP welcome. Cliques are in place. But to sum up we would certainly stop again when passing through the Deming area. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Luna Mimbres museum is a must see if you have time or just make time. Allow three hours to take it all in. Runs on donations and volunteers. Palomas Mexico is a small village 30 miles south of Deming with the "Pink" store the dominate building. No haggle, set prices, buy or don't. Eat at the food truck kitty corner from the "P" by the curb. Set at a Coke card table under the tree and eat real Mexican burritos and such for small money. Check out the Pancho Villa museum in Columbus.

We are Escapees and stayed here on our trip East. It was a nice place to get off the road for 4 nights and relax. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and even attended the Dine-In meal. No frills here but everything worked and was clean and neat. No park WiFi but the Quality Inn next door allows campers to use theirs. We would stay here again. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

As others have stated, not much aesthetically speaking, but very level pull-through sites with all utilities in the proper location, functioning correctly. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Saturday morning breakfast for $4.00 was great! My only 'ding' is quite a bit of road and train noise. Still, a great overnight spot at a great Escapee rate. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stay here every year overnight on our way to Tucson. Great level graveled park with restaurant steps away. Staff terrific, great sites, can't beat the price and if you are an Escapee member it's even cheaper. Only negative is there is only paid wifi but my 4G worked fine. Nice park. Gravel but clean and spacious. Some road noise but not bad. A very good stop off place. Close to 10. Some sites have utilities that could be slightly better located. On the whole, if all campgrounds were this good, RVing would be much more pleasurable. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

Easy access from I-10, large facility gravel with large pull-thru sites and utilities well situated. There are activities on site plus guests have access to Quality Inn, next door, great margaritas in the lounge. Very close to I-10 and Union Pacific mainline. Freight trains moving east and west day and night, but no crossings, so no horns. Our T-Mobile Hotspot pulled in a full strength signal, all week. HDTV pretty pathetic, 6 stations and maybe one network station. There is lots to do in and around Deming, use your imagination and have a great time. The park is busy during the week with folks stopping for overnight before moving on the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in this Escapee RV Park and would return when in the area. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We'll echo previous reviews - large, level gravel parking lot; no trees or table, just hookups. Sites are well spaced and are easy to access. Convenient to I-10, but the noise was not intrusive, and within walking distance of a good restaurant at the adjacent motel. Limited OTA TV, no obstructions to TV satellites, and no cable. Pay to use WiFi but Verizon cell/date worked well. Friendly staff and very helpful individual at the desk. We don't have much reason to stay more than overnight in Deming, and this is a great place to spend the night. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is an excellent RV park for an overnight stay. It is just a vast gravel area with widely spaced meter boxes. One row of sites has a few trees. The sites are gravel just like the access roads and just like everything else. The exception is a grassy area for pets and a dying grass lawn on one side of the clubhouse. The advertised Wi-Fi is actually the network of an adjacent Quality Inn, which allows users of the RV Park to use the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi does not extend into the RV Park. The Quality Inn allows the RV Park users access to the pool and the fitness room. The pool is not heated. After a few weeks on a journey to campgrounds and RV Parks well beyond the city life, the noise of Deming was noticeable. Train and I-10 traffic noise woke us up several times during the night. We have been here before and will likely return for overnight stay. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

Rate based on monthly. If staying monthly you pay electric at $.13 KWH. Park is a large gravel lot with full hook ups. Long term lease are in the back of the park. If you are parked along the south edge, you will get some afternoon shade, but there is not a lot of it elsewhere. Sites are a bit close together. The water pressure is good, the power is steady. Club house and kitchen area are kept very clean. The washers and dryers work well and are clean, $1.25 per. Management is friendly and competent. The park has a good working relationship with the hotels on either side. They let you use their wifi, pool and exercise facilities at the Quality Inn. Restaurant there is very good. We would stay here again if in Deming. We camped at Dream Catcher RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lazy Lizard has good $1 taco's on Tuesday nights, China restaurant in town is good. Visit City of Rocks, Rockhound and Pancho Villa SP's in the area. Old Mesilla in Las Cruses is an hour drive, eat at La Posta. For a quirky experience, search out the Adobe Deli...but you might want to split a sandwich, they are huge.
